Hi. We are looking to run AB split campaigns using script (I am referencing to A/B testing, which is documented in the workflow v6.1. documentation) with criteria Highest Conversion Rate and Highest Transaction Rate. The problem is that AB split script is looking for data in the delivery table only. I wanted to check if there is a possibility to add transactions that are made offline, as all our transactions are made at our physical stores.What we can do from our side is to add a parameter that would indicate recipients in the delivery and then pull in/update list using external import. But how can we then have this information added to the delivery report - web tracking? Therefore allowing the AB split script to run campaigns successfully based on the transaction data.Thanks,Kriss

Hi ,I have some calculations I am doing on the fly in the campaign and the data is captured in the instance variables. I want to use these instance variables in the delivery while I am sending the proof using seed list. How can  achieve the same?Can I use targetData  from Seed list for this? Hello Techies,Is there any way, we can hide the name of the schema (along with its structure and data) for the operators other than admins?I have seen few ways making the schema as read only for the users, but have not found any way to hide it completely from the users as mentioned above.Is this feature available in adobe campaign ?

Hi Experts, I am relatively new to Campaign and gradually getting acquainted with the tool. I have a very simple requirement, trying to understand if there is an easier way to solve this problem. I have a Data Loading activity followed by an Update Activity.A column from the Data Loading Activity needs to be transformed before pushing to the Update Activity.So I am using an Enrichment activity in between the two.However when it comes to adding an expression in the Enrichment activity, I am struggling as how to achieve the following:If(column1 not equals value1 and  column1 not equals value2) {    set the value of column 1 to value 3;}Please advise.Thanks!Souradeep

Hi,I have a monthly campaign and there is only 1 workflow in this campaign. In this workflow basically there is 1 Query activity (simple filter to select recipient who has subscribed to a service / subscription) and 1 email delivery.My question is what is the best practice to set up and send out this monthly campaign in Adobe Campaign ?at the moment,  I am creating a new campaign with 1 workflow with 1 Query and 1 email delivery activity every month. Don't think this is a correct way.Or should I be using the same campaign, then in the same workflow, just replicate the Query activity and email delivery activity for each month ?Thanks and Regards.

Hi all,I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to call a stored procedure by customer and store the output of the stored procedure into the workflow temp table and assign it as a targetData.For example, we have a stored procedure on our sql server called GetCustomerName, with an input of the customerId. The output is the customerName. Hi,I have published one offer space (Inbound Web Recipient New) and  2 offers in the offer catalog. The eligibility criteria of my offers depends on my interaction schema columns. I followed the documentation and created a HTML page with the interactionProposalScript and server details.Also included a <div> tag to refer to my offer space. <div id="i_inboundWebNew">        </div><script id="interactionProposalScript" src="http://ac167us.adobedemo.com/nl/interactionProposal.js?env=liveRcp&cb=alert" type="text/javascript">        </script>    I included a interactionGlobalCtx variable to pass my interaction value. When I run this HTML , it gives me an error. How to identify which PostEvent (of a WKF Activity) has trigged a External Signal of other workflow?I have more than 1000+ WKF's, and I am not able to identify which WKF is triggering the external signal of a particular WKF? There is no unique identifier for the External Signal activity, to know how it triggered. Also, display logs of External Signal Activity doesn't give much information of who had triggered.

In ACS env, before deploying the changes to prod env, if we want to take the back up of profile data and client data of custom resources just to be safe for any data corruption that may happen due to the changes, what are the options we have? Does the DBA's from Adobe hosted env takes care of backing up of data and will be able to recover the data upon request? or Do we need to run daily / weekly data back up in a workflow and store the data in flat file on our own and restore it by importing them back as part of the disaster recovery plan? or there are any other best practices to follow?

Hi All,I know that I can go into the properties of a folder and sort the subfolders alphabetically. Can I do the same for recipients within my Seed folders? Because each seed recipient is not listed as a subfolder, the sorting doesn't affect them. But, it's hard to look at these folders full of people in reasonable order or sort.

Hello Team,I want a solution for Workflow failure due to Id disabling.When we disable any Operators id then workflows that are last run or modified or Assigned to that operator gets in Paused State with below Error Message."XSV-350012 Invalid login or password. Connection denied.""Unable to connect with login 'Operators id'. Make sure that the login is correct and that the account is not disabled. Hi we have a unique key "account id" which is string by data type, we were trying to make it PK but found that it is getting repeated through several markets.So we would be making it a composite primary key of account id (string) and market code(string), but as per the best practices composite key is not recommended & also strings in keys should not be used.Could you please help us to get a work around this to define a key using account id and market? or how we can go with string composite keys without having any issues.

Hey all,I want to schedule the delivery of emails but without using the scheduler activity. Simply put, I want to schedule deliveries on a delivery level without the use of a scheduler in the workflow.Is it possible to configure this within the 'Delivery' activity and how would I go about doing this?
