Hi ,We have created a Trigger in ACS following the guidelines of Adobe doc , Marketing Cloud Triggers . We followed all the steps mentioned in the doc.Triggers are getting fired when the respective website activity happens.(clicking on a button).the values like visitor id, evar1 (from analytics ) are also getting captured , we verified this from Adobe Debugger. However , events at Adobe Campaign Standard are not getting processed. We came across Adobe Postman Test your Direct Entitlement API V2 . When we checked the event via Postman the event is getting processed and we are getting Email as expected. However when we are doing the same from website , the trigger is firing at analytics and it's coming to campaign but the event is not getting processed.any help regarding this is appreciated.-Senthil

Hi,We have a requirement where we want to initiate an email proof send (out of Adobe Campaign) via AEM for internal QA. The client has sensitive data on Adobe Campaign and they don’t want people to log in on AC, so they want the proof send from AEM.I thought I can create a workflow for that, and call API methods from ECMA script so I can use it in a step.I have 2 main questions where I would like to have some feedback from the community:Do I need a special certificate for AEM accessing Adobe Campaign API web service?I found this https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/standard/en/api/ACS_API.html#setting-up-api-access but I’m not sure if I have to get a special certificate being AEM and AC both from Adobe, and properly registered. They are also connected between each other, cause we are able to send newsletter content to AC for sending emails. I have found JSAPI documentation but for creating workflows within AC, I want to know how to access those functions from AEM.How can I use the Campa

The concept is based on our monthly subscription model product. The reasoning is the subscription model app is not indicating a non-renewed customer. So I need to look at the past 2 months (from GetDate()) to see the $ value to figure out if I need to treat the recipient as a customer or lost customer(non-renewed).I need to pull back the most recent purchase month and log the transaction total for each recipient in my workflow. For example:Previous month 1 transaction total (1 month ago (0-31days ago))Previous month 2 transaction total (2 months ago (32-60 days ago))Basic Rules:If Previous month 1 > 0 && Previous month 2 >= 0 that recipient is current customer.if Previous month 1 == 0 && Previous month 2 > 0 that recipient is a non-renewed customer.I've got most of this done BUT, im having trouble inserting the date var into the XML queryDef. And I'm also not sure if I am constructing the data correctly. The logInfo() seems to be returning the correct dates but

Hi,I setup an email delivery with dynamic contents that change based on a specific field (eg gender or country).I want to test that email and send proofs for all the variants. How can I do this thing? Learning any new software can be challenging. Even after the initial training, there may be a lot to learn and you may not know where to start or who to ask for help. You’re not alone. In MIT Sloan Management Review and Deloitte’s most recent study of digital business, 90 percent of individuals report needing to frequently develop their skills, but only 34 percent say they get support from their organization to do so.When it comes to learning Adobe Experience Cloud, you can expect a different experience. Unlike any other guided learning program out there, our Experience League enablement program is uniquely tailored to your individual needs — and free for everyone. Hello Friends,I have a requirement, where we have to fetch some recipient data and export the same data in a file. Let me give background in detail:1. Initially we will be fetching some Recipient Data (say 10 records) and retrieving their First Name, Mobile and Email (just example) from Query.2. Next we will be inserting a record in schema (Transient) created. This schema consists of below fields:     a. Campaign Identifier (A string value passed in JavaScript as input)     b. Record Count (A Integer which will store the number of recipients fetched from query (Count)     c. Primary Key (Auto - generated, whenever a record is inserted)3. So assume Campaign Identifier is XYZ, Record Count is 10, i will be inserting this two fields in above schema and it somehow looks like belowPRIMARY KEY|Campaign Identifier|Record Count154878931|XYZ|104. Now i need to export the First Name, Mobile and Email of the Recipients to a file using Data Extraction along with PRIMARY KEY mentioned above.5. So o
