Hi again!

So my name is Florent and I’m working for Adobe as Community Manager for Adobe Campaign. I have also been working for 5 years on several aspects of our end-user documentation, mainly for Adobe Campaign Standard. Besides these roles, I also have a background and interest in localization.

I live in Western France and enjoy walking by the sea with my family when it’s not raining… or reading when clouds are too threatening, with a cup of hot chocolate not too far away! Also, when it’s too dark to read, I usually end up playing some online video games...

Hello everyone!

I am Mike Nelson, Email Campaign Analyst for Cru, based in Orlando, FL, USA. I am originally from South Africa.

We have a que of 20 teams who are all working to migrate from separate email systems to send all emails from ACS. I assist with training, building out the foundational systems, helping to execute campaign sends and assist with campaign reporting. We currently have 5 teams in the system, and are working to bring in the rest as soon as possible, but it is a large feat!

I have been using Adobe Campaign Standard for just over a year, but have 2 years experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products, mainly Adobe Analytics. I have 5 years experience in the field of email marketing with most of my knowledge coming from a background in MailChimp and IBM SilverPop.

I am hoping to use this community to help navigate some of the hurdles that me and my fellow team members come up against using a tool that is still being developed and optimized.
