A few new attributes need to be added to an existing Data Loading (file) import workflow.  Is there a way to add fields without rebuilding the entire file format?  The 'add' option is greyed out.  Only the details on an existing row is available.

Hi, My email was approved and I clicked play on the workflow. My delivery is now pending confirmation but I've noticed a small error in my email. I've gone back into the email, made the change and clicked save.a) Will it be okay to click hit 'confirm delivery'? Will the emails sent out contain the change that has been made? Or will the original with the error be sent out?OR b) Do I need to 'Restart' workflow to ensure that the emails are sent out with the change?

Hi,I am looking to confirm if there is any way to do in app messaging using campaign.  I know we can send silent messages to iOS app using push notifications, but what about android.in app messaging: message sent to app that open as a popup or something inside app only. Thanks

We have a scenario where AEM forms data will be submitted to Adobe Campaign and thus we are using Custom Form Mapping technique as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-3/sites/developing/using/extending-campaign-form-mapping.html. We have been successful in mapping our standalone tables, but are facing problems in mapping tables which have a JOIN relation with other Adobe Campaign tables. Please suggest if this is feasible and how? Are their some samples that we can refer to?

But when I am trying to login using my Marketing Cloud ID it says that I am not authorized in the Campaign logs. The exact error is:XSV-350039 'smriti.b@xxx.com' operator has no rights. Unable to connect. (iRc=-69)Can some one suggest what could be missing here? Thanks.Additionally, when I log in using my Marketing Cloud ID, I get a dialog with null string. Screenshot below:

We have just successfully turned on the Genesis connector to analytics to start tracking our campaign deliveries. We can see the results for any activity since the switch on where web analytics has been tagged/linked.I'd like to know if there is a way to go back retrospectively and gather MI from previous campaigns and deliveries as we have been using Campaign v6/v7 since October last year.Any suggestions welcome!

Hi All,I am facing below error while sending the Daily NL ,I have understood two option from the below error :1.As per my understanding : The error message states that there is a missing record in the related table on the other side of relation 'FK'. It seems we have a table inside our database and for this campaign, the foreign key field holds some value. We need to check if the table has a record with correct primary Kay . If not, try to identify what value this record held and try to add a new record with the same PK.2. Hi everybody,I have a question about publishing custom resources.I created some custom resources (SKU, SKU2 with format floating number but I never use them as destination for the fields to update.Now, I have to change the format in text for these custom resources but when I prepare to publish I have an error :My question is: if I proceed with the publication, do I lose only the values of these custom resources or all the values related to the customer profiles?Thanks,Eveline

All Campaign User,Can anyone please suggest how to delete data from mobile app subscription schema in ACS."Mobile app subscription" schema is not being displayed under identification table (dimesion to delete) in the 'update data' activity.I am flitering  the records form 'profile schema' in Query activity follow by using 'Update data' activity to delete those records from "app subscription" schema.Any suggestion oo help would be highly appreciated. Daily I am running deliveries to a prepare and validating counts prior to confirming them all to deliver. There are 116 deliveries each day, so confirming them one by one after validating the quantities of each is tedious. Is there a way to confirm multiple (all) at once? Thank you,Keith

Hi Folks,I am facing trouble while publishing any webapplication in Adobe Campaign 6.1.I am trying to create a simple unsubscribe Landing page and if I am trying to preview it using the Preview tab, I am getting a blank page. Also, I am getting the below errors once I click on the Publish Button:---- Cache invalidation on frontal servers ---Empty return for method 'InvalidateWebAppCache' of service 'nms:webApp'Communication failed with tracking server 'http://xx.xx.xx.xx'. Please check that the server is started and check if the connection parameters defined in the deployment wizard (or directly in the options), are correct.Cache invalidation failure on frontal servers.Troubleshooting tried yet:-1. Tried Restarting the site on IIS on the application server, no successAny suggestions would be really appriciated ?
