Hi,

I am looking to confirm if there is any way to do in app messaging using campaign. I know we can send silent messages to iOS app using push notifications, but what about android.

in app messaging: message sent to app that open as a popup or something inside app only.

Hi,

There is currently no in app messaging functionality in Campaign v6.1. Deliveries to applications are limited to push notifications.

Which version of Campaign are you using (AC Standard, AC Classic)? To make sure, you are talking about in app messages, not push notifications, right?

Yes, I am talking about in app messaging and not push messages.

Hi Pauline,

In-app messaging is not yet supported in ACS but it is in the Road map for the features to be added and should be available by 2018. Keep an eye on the release notes to know when the feature gets released.
