My company is using Adobe Campaign installation (Browse Collection) and doesn't have Mobile App Channel module installed. I'm thinking about using this module in order to send push notifications to Android/iOS applications. I could find instruction how to set up communication between iOS/Android app and Adobe Campaign server (Configuration​). However, I wonder if it is possible to set up communication between no-mobile Java web application and Adobe Campaign server. I would like to be able to register particular mobile devices using my web application as a middle layer (between mobile app and AC server). In other words, I want to execute:Neolane.getInstance().registerDevice(registrationToken, userKey, null, context);inside my Java web application. Does Adobe provide a jar or maven dependency that can be included in Java project and gives a such possibility?My additional question is about Android SDK. Hi!I noticed some changes in ACS service creation and according to the latest release notes, services are now attached to an event instead of a transactional template. Despite this change, is it still possible to not use subscription confirmation messages?With the service I'm currently working on, I don't want to use an unsubscription confirmation message. However, when I delete the unsubscription confirmation, ACS says that the field is required and won't let me confirm and save the service (see my screenshot below). Is this some kind of a glitch or meant to be? How can I use services without using confirmation messages? Br,Sonja Luoto

Hi everyone,I have published the offer in a webpage (ie using inbound channel) and the proposition status are not getting captured in the recipient proposition table. But when I use outbound channel (ie through email), proposition status are getting captured.Could you please help me to figure out why inbound propositions aren't getting captured. How could we brand the tracking URLs when using midsource deployment mode?All the links in our emails are transformed to  https://<customername>mid-stage1.campaign.adobe.com/r/?id=h617791,71ffa3,71ffa8&p1=BareBy clicking on the links, it will quickly redirects to the actual link; but still, when we hover over the links we can see the  url as adobe.com?Is there a way to brand these tracking URL? Hi, I am currently working on attaching some files in a recurring delivery. The files are meant to contain personalized information, so I've set up everything as elaborated here: Attaching files Everything works as expected with the file and the send-out. However, there is one thing that I cannot find a solution for: the font on the generated PDF file. So, the font on the .odt file attached is Arial, but following the generation of the PDF file, the font changes. I have looked into the documentation, checked the forum, but I cannot find anything that would help me figure out how to change this. Any ideas? Thank you,Catalin

Hi all,my client is working with Adobe Campaign v6.1 (on premise) and I'm wondering if there is any possibility of tracking the Conversions / User-Events without using the whole Adobe Analytics (Google Analytics) module? Hello,This question is about the "Delivery-Message tracking".I hope to add some variables to the URL Labels to separate the duplicated named links. So that, when there are multiple versions in one delivery, I could segment the links for each version.But unfortunately that the variables I added (such as "targetData.segmentCode) were regarded as a "String".  The variables' values won't be actually pulled through the report.It is just read as "<%= targetData.segmentCode%> GIF Module", but I would like to let it be read as "V1_GIF Module".Does anyone know why the variable failed to work and is there any method to solve this problem? Or, do we have any other way to version out the links in the delivery tracking?Thanks a lot!Regards,Alger

Hi Please help me with approach for below implementation.Adobe Campaign by default does not support all the functions residing in the underlying PostgreSQL database.Add a custom function to encrypt the input string using AES256 encryption algorithm. PostgreSQL supports this algorithm natively.You will need to add a new category (‘CC Custom Functions’) and a new function (‘AES Encrypt’) to right-side list of functions of the Advanced Query window.Configure the input parameters and key values accordingly. Please refer the documentation for more details (the exact steps to add a new custom function are mentioned there).

Hi - currently we are storing the data in cosmos structured streams and planning to map those with database of Adobe campaign. we have found that currently Adobe doesn't support the cosmos streams, is there in way we can build the custom connector to consume the data? Hello,I have a client who wants all bounce emails sent to their particular email address (i.e. bounce@example.com) for their campaign. This is a compliance requirement for the client. They will monitor the bounce account on a regular basis.So: what this would entail is ensuring that the "Return-Path' SMTP header for each message is set to bounce@example.com.How do I do this in Adobe Campaign? Keep in mind that this is just for this particular campaign, other client campaigns can't be impacted by this.Thanks!  --Brian

This will be used in a transactional email sent by the message center; the service calling MC will provide all the information needed:- file name- cid- encoded dataWe tried to add an additional SMTP Header with the option provided by default in the delivery. The additional header was looking like this:Content-Type: image/png; name="sig.png"Content-Disposition: inline; filename="sig.png"Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64Content-ID: <0123456789>Content-Location: sig.png base64 data but it doesn't work (also this completely broke the delivery body).How can we achive our goal, considering that this is the only way the image can be provided to the Message Center? Hi,We are integrating the target recommendations with ACS. On Target side all the setup is done, we created a form based recommendation activity.I tested outside of ACS with an API call and it returns the recommendation as an HTML.My question is how to inject this into a content block ? The problem is that with ACS we don't have javascript activity in the workflow or call an API in a content block.Would this only be possible in Adobe Campaign Classic or is there a way to do it in ACS as well ?Thank you in advance,

Hi,is there a way to "pass" a set of parameters to a ACS WF execution using REST API?We figured out a process in which this is built in a two-step process and with the use of a "semaphore" custom entity that is filled with execution data and therefore read by the WF itself. But this approach seems to us weak in terms of management of concurrency and isolation.Is there a better way in your opinionto manage this requirement?Fabio

Unable to load the document of identifier 'nms:deliveryAlert' and type 'xtk:schema'. Reply address is empty. Cannot deliver the message. The campaign is in the Retry pending status.
