Is it possible to restore a campaign ?

Hi guys,

Can we restore a deleted campaign? Also, can we know who has deleted the campaign? Should we contact Adobe Support team?

    Hi Priyanka

    If a campaign has been deleted, the only way to recover is to restore last DB backup.

    Problem with this approach is you will face downtime and it is not worth the effort.

    Best to recreate the campaign.

      Hi Priyanka,

      Unfortunately for now there is no audit logs to track who have deleted campaign
