Hi all,Hope to find you well.For our client I am trying to set up a simple profle transactional message when a customer subscribes to a NewsLetter service. I can successfully send test proofs to my test profile from within my Profle transactional message but when trying through a workflow to subscribe to the service then absolutely nothing happens. Is there a way to see if the event is triggered, a log of some sorts or some sort of method to debug what goes wrong?Kind regardsRobert

Our Adobe Campaign worked without issues until recent update. Now landing pages cannot fetch header image. When I upload new header image to brand, system doesn't save them. Only thing that is working correctly is newsletter delivery item because it uses image from AEM instance. Every image in Campaign instance in unreachable. Any ideas?

I'm interested to know if anyone has had any success in using the Dreamweaver integration feature?I seem to be going round in circles trying to get it to work. I downloaded the extension (the website says acquired) but it's not present within Dreamweaver.I have downloaded the extension manager and the Integration extension file, however when I try and install it, it tells me I need Dreamweaver Version 17 or greater. I am running Version 18.If anyone managed to get this feature to work I'd love to know how.Many thanks,Bob

The customer deleted the invoice from mail by mistake and now needed the bill and contacted in the respective portal as resend the bill invoice. Hi All, I am trying to configure offer catalog for PoC work and I am struck with security zone setting for interaction module in Adobe campaign - Azure sandbox. It would be great to have information on any/all of the below mentioned questions1. Will there be any extra costing if those 2-3 folder are provided to different service providers?2. Hi all,I am wondering if there is a technical workflow I can set up to upload a file from my local machine into the Adobe server. I am currently building technical workflows to automate a data loading process in the background to update my recipients list, and to automate data loading to update my non-deliverables list. But each time I want to run these workflows I have to open the data loading pocess and click the "upload on to server" button to make it work. I want to schedule an upload of this local file, then redirect that data loading workflow to grab something from the server (rather than the local machine) so I can have this scheduled process work in the background automatically. please let me knowthanks so much in advance for everyones help

I have an API pulling back the data. I have configured the writeCollection(). But was wondering how I can also subscribe these users to the correct service.I couldn't get the subscribe() method to work on the collection. I tried to use RecipientSubscribe() but I kept getting a error with the third argument. Is there somthing I am missing? I have setup Adobe Genesis account for integration between AC and AA. The "Sending of indicators and campaign attributes" workflow was running fine for a month until last Friday when it started throwing the below error.Anybody knows what could have caused this and what is the solution? I have checked that there were no changes to the operator rights.

Hi,I am trying to send campaign attributes like no. of emails sent,opened, link clicked to analytics for each delivery for common reporting. I have done all setup as mentioned in the document. But there is no data flown to analytics account. When I checked technical workflow in campaign , found that it is getting error out at 'sending campaign attributes' as shown in below screen shot. I think this is the problem. Please help me to clear this issue and also suggest me if there could be some other problem as well.Regards,Manish

Hi there,I have imported some recipients into campaign and they appear in the database, in generic query editor, etc. but they do NOT appear in the recipients tab on the explorer. I was trying to install the interaction packages in our on-premise Adobe Campaign instance. I selected interaction, interactionControl and interactionExec together (should have done one by one with interaction first I think as that is how the dependency is shown in XML packages dependency). Now I faced some SQL error during the installation as below but the other parts of the installation were done. Is there a way I can get the list of SQLs that were executed and I can manually check them and run if it has not done what it was supposed to do. If not, can we rollback the installation? If that is also no, what are the other options to fix the environment? I have a workflow that takes a group of recipients and spilts them into subsets, emails those recipients, and saves the temporary table with a ListUpdate so that we can associate the results of the tracking with individual segment codes. However, I need to save additional information during the workflow. Specifically I need to associate more data per segment code that is not consistent between sends, (external_system_ids, specific variation codes, and a pre-personalized subject line). Is there any simple way to enrich the temporary table by INSERTING data directly into it from some bit of code provided from within the workflow? Hi All,Version: AC 8893 v7I have setup RedShift successfully before with out SSL, however, our AWS infra team has now enforced SSL on RedShift, therefore, I need to enforce SSL on the connector configuration, however, there isn't an option to set this.Requirement: enforce ssl on redshift connectorIssue: Connection droppedFurthermore, which method does AC use to connect redshift? I am more than sure that is not JDBC, from the looks of it is ODBC. I found a workaround to get my connector to work by setting up an ODBC data source on the server and enforcing SSL through that then instead of RedShift connector I use the server odbc alias, but I do not like this workaround, I have spoken to multiple other clients that use redshift but it appears that SSL is not being enforced on their aws redshift setup so thay are not facing the same issues as I.

Hi everyone, I asked this a couple months back so I'm re-writing in the hopes someone can help with this.Our company have a bespoke table that holds up to 10 friends/family members' names and birthdays:And I've created a birthday journey for all of them that will send an email to them if they met my criteria (in this case their birthday is in 14 days). Problem is it looks like this:Ew. Right? It's very hard to read and if one of these fails for any reason the rest won't get sent.The dream would be to send one email that looks at all those records and pulls out the family member and birthday that meets my criteria (i.e. birthday is in 14 days) then enrich the email with that guests' personalized information (i.e. their name, their age, etc.) in a workflow that looks like this:Mmm. Right? This is my single birthday journey.Can anyone think of a way of writing this so a single delivery can be personalized from enriched data across multiple data fields?Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We have a requirement from client, the major ask from them is to change the priority of campaigns while campaigns are running? And can we define our own custom priorities additional to OOTB.For example:If Campaign A is running with High Priority and Campaign B is running with Low Priority. After some time, we change the priority of Campaign A to low and Campaign B to high.Will this change in priority taken into consideration by campaign dynamically?Another question is, can the priorities of deliveries be overridden after the delivery is prepared? Example : If in a campaign, total 1000 deliveries were targeted, after some deliveries are sent, say 250, we want to change the priority of the delivery and wants campaign to send the remaining deliveries as per new priority. Is this possible?How to achieve these two scenarios? Can we customize this code?My thought is to update the delivery priority via script code. But, I am unsure if campaign picks that up while the delivery is running.Vipul
