Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8

Description - Enhance native webapp error validation to be in line with modern web standardsWhy is this feature important to you - modern web developmentHow would you like the feature to work - to be more inline with bootstrap, currently, an ugly error pops up on the top left hand corner, and error validation is only done after the user submits the form, perhaps this could be enhanced to perform validation on pre-submission, I've had to completely supress native error validation by using bootstrap and a lot of custom code. furthermore, enhance the error box to be displayed under the field rather than top window, this is bad usability experience.Current Behaviour - errors displayed on top-left corner of webapp Suggested behaviour, below, is my bootstrap validation which is what AC webapps validation should be providing natively.

Description - Allow Custom Target Mapping access to subscription servicesWhy is this feature important to you - Multiple client's requestsHow would you like the feature to work - If I create a custom recipient target mapping, they should be able to be registered against subscription servicesCurrent Behaviour - Custom target mappings cannot access subscription services

Description - Current connector does not allow ACC to fetch data from ms dynamics viewsWhy is this feature important to you - Should be a standard feature which is not working on current connectorHow would you like the feature to work - Allows ACC to fetch data from ms dynamics viewsCurrent Behaviour - Can only pull data from tables/buckets but not views.

There should be some functionality inside Adobe campaign, which will allow us to have the shorten url for any WebApp or other URLs. Many a time we see there is a need of placing some URL inside the SMS, where character size should be limited. Now there might be a chance to integrate third party tool, but which will obviously incur additional cost.

Description - A lot of my clients request data obfuscation/encryption rather than deletion, GDPR package could be enhanced with an option to obfuscate rather than delete. Why is this feature important to you - Client's requestHow would you like the feature to work - Add an extra option in the GDPR package to obfuscate data rather than delete.Current Behaviour - GDPR deletes data

Hi, It would be nice to have a complete Password management in Campaign Classic:At User Creation:Generate a temporary complex passwordSend the "Create my password" link via emailWhen the User is created:"Forgot my password" featureFrom an admin perspective, re-send the "Create my password" link for 1 or more users at onceAs it is currently a long & manual process. BestFlorian

The development could be more easy if AC can support the npm packages and we can install and use it as we do in a NodeJS code.Using JavaScript is a great way to deal with may problems. But writing every code from scratch is tedious as well as error-prone. If we could use a trust-worthy package, we can save a weeks effort and a months maintenance.Currently we could add packages to configuration>javascript codes section only if the package is available as a single file like a min.js version.

Add recipient time zone scheduling to deliveries using recipient's location or explicit preference, e.g. nms:recipient/@timeZone.Deliveries gain another enumerated value in their scheduling time zone dropdown: Recipient time zoneWhen applied, deliveries will stagger sending across target population's timezones. so that everyone gets their emails at the same time on their clocks. E.g. Hawaii and New York recipients will all get their emails at 8 AM.

description Today we can send attachments to recipients using standard ACC functionality:Attaching files | Adobe CampaignHaving an OOTB functionality that would upload automatically files configured as attachments to a public ressource and create automatically the links(ex: https://<%= external.attachment[0] %> to access them would be a great feature This OOTB functionality is important at different level:1- sending attachments in emails is tricky for deliverability purpose: depending of the attachment size, the nature of the attachment, the ISP of the recipient, the amount of emails... It can badly affect your different ISP reputation.2- it affects your throughput as more an email is heavy, more the MTA takes time to process it... If you add the point 1, it can slow down your entire platform sendings during hours (retry feature)3- the ecological footprint created when downloading a file through HTTP is smaller than sending this file through SMTP (email). For compa

Right now adobe client console does an api call to list all the data like data schemas, campaigns, deliveries and input forms. Most of the adobe campaign server are secured to have access via VPN and many time we get error and slow response resulting in crashing. I think it will be great If there is an option for work on Offline data. Where we can browse the campaigns make the changes and then sync the data with the server. I know the downside of doing this will be to sync the 2 different versions of the same campaigns and the offline data cache size. But It will be really great from use-ability perspective.

Sometime the Alert emails or any other informational email should be going to multiple recipient, We can achieve it through recipients which will send individual emails or we can send it to DLs, but there are needs from few projects I came across to have the cc/bcc in place. It would be very nice to have this feature in Campaign classic.

Hi,It would be nice to be able to add comments on every page of the documentation, like on php.net, e.g. https://www.php.net/manual/en/class.pdo.phpIt gives:- real life examples- snippet sharing- provides fix and best/bad practicesetcRegards

It only matches attributes in the root element but will not search in any toggled down  sub elements. As  an example:  in the delivery schema find the contact date. If you toggle down the Delivery scheduling element and search the phrase again it works

Implement feature to rollback to previous revisions/changes for workflows and templates. It gives the user the option to switch between historical revisions and also drafts(that is changes not being saved)A good example can be seen in WordPress, Jira, Confluence, whereby users can rollback changes made to pages and even compare changes between revisions.

Hi guys,I  think we should have version control for Transnational  Messaging templates .Because when X creates  a template and Y working on the same .Y makes some changes which X is not aware .If something goes wrong during production stages we cant roll back or have name of person or version number  in the changed document. So its better we have version control system in adobe campaign.

It would be great to have the ability to preview delivery templates that use targetData using seeds where the targetData has been configured for the seeds without having to create a workflow.

Its good to have a locking feature by default on the campaigns/workflows/web-apps or any other such activities on the platform which are already in editing mode by an user.

It would be nice to get update for jquery library currently we have 1.9.1 which has some security vulnerabilities and we cannot choose not to load the library in our web app.

Using or trying to use successfully emojis in the mail object and Adobe Campaign classic (v6/v7) is a pain at the moment. In most cases, it doesn't work correctly, even by typing such sequence of chars:=?UTF-8?Q?=F0=9F=8F=A2?=By chance, if some people succede to use it (probably due to different contexts (version of AC or charset used by the AC environment), it often breaks with a mix of special characters to use. Please find a way to ease typing emojis in the mail object field. And don't limit such improvment to Adobe Campaign standard version, it must apply to AC v6/v7RegardsJ-Serge Biron

Installing Adobe Campaign Classic seems to be only possible with a GUI. For automatic deployment it is better is the choices can be also defined by parameters. And thus allow a silent install of the application that can be distributed to multiple of users.Note: the configuration of the application it self must be done by the users. i.e. what server to connect to etc.

The Creative email designer has been released (beta tests at the moment) but only for ACS (Adobe Campaign Standard version). Please make it available for Adobe Campaign classic version (at least v7, and possibly v6).
