Enhance GDPR package with Encryption, Obfuscation of PII data

Description - A lot of my clients request data obfuscation/encryption rather than deletion, GDPR package could be enhanced with an option to obfuscate rather than delete.

Why is this feature important to you - Client's request

How would you like the feature to work - Add an extra option in the GDPR package to obfuscate data rather than delete.

Current Behaviour - GDPR deletes data
