Hi Team,We have a message center use case to be implemented for Hybrid ACM Installation, I had a query whether we can use same sending email domains for Mid-sourcing and RT server. If not do we need to ramp up the sending domain used in RT server.with regards,Richa Chaubey

Hi All,We're trying to send Delivery information over to our CRM system, but are encountering significant slowness and eventual timeouts. I'm curious if others have experienced the same situation? How do you send email information into CRM?We are trying to send only a few fields -- a mirror page URL link that we used javascript to create (but is just text at the time of being sent), the label, the description, and the Delivery Code. This works perfectly on a small scale, however when put to our actual sending scale, it appears to send only 500 records every 4 minutes -- this results in hours of transmitting data and then the connector activity eventually times out and stops transmitting. Adobe support found at its peak it was sending as many as 51K per hour, but this is still well short of our desired goal.- Customer service needs insights into the email sends right away, because thats when customers call in.So my question is -- what do you send over to CRM? Do you experience latency wh

Hi everyone,Is there a limit on the number of Recurring Email activities in a workflow? I know the limit of a workflow in a campaign is 28, I was just wondering if there was one for activities.

Hello,I need to know how it's possible to implement data validation on input formSimple case (value not dependent on persisent data) is clear to me:  <leave>    <check expr="@id !=''">      <error>You must populate the Id</error>    </check>   </leave>I don't understand how to make more complex check on input dataFor instance: Avoid that ID input data typed by the operator already exists on the table MyTable (whose key is ID) that I'm populating with this formJean-Serge Birondavidk23955130wodnickiAmit_KumarAmy_WongAdobe Campaign Classic

Hi,I have a query, and then a split activity to split based on the trigger segment locale. Now I need to count of records in each of these split subsets stored in a separate targetData variable. How can I achieve that?Tried adding an enrichment activity in each of the split subsets to try and get the count of primary key (or countAll). But throws an error not a single-group group function.Tried checking the "GroupBy" and also Group data by targeting dimension element in advanced properties. Then getting an error groupBy function is not allowed here.Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks,Vignesh

Hi,Our client has a requirement to save the delivered email content into a external file for retrieval of email history. Is there any option to store body of delivered email to a file system from campaign? How would we tackle this requirement?I believe one of the possible ways would be manually exporting the data to a file but how can we export the email content only from campaign??

Hi,I am unable to send SMS's exceeding 160 characters even after setting the Property: "Max. No of SMSes per message" to 2 in the Delivery Activity as shown in the below screenshot.  My message text is Hello ABCDEFGHIJKLM! Morning!Today is quite sunny. What's your plan to celebrate today? Workout or healthy lunch? Or both?Make your day better by listening music or dancing or painting. From XXX Campaign Service team Within the Audit log, I am getting error : The SMS message content is too long. It contains 267 characters whereas the maximum authorized is 160.I am able to send SMS having content within the 160 char. limit. I am using SMPP setup.

I am getting this error message.  I have configured a landing page.  When I send an email with the landing page.  I click on the URL for the landing page and I get this error message..  WEB-530009 Access denied.  Page is Published.  What does this mean and how do I resolve it...

Hi everyone,I was wondering if it is possible to hide a specific data schema except for a certain user? Why do I need this? Our developers need to have the right 'admin' so that they have access to all areas in Campaign and can adjust these. But they shouldn't be able to edit or delete users in access management - they should be still visible though. Therefore I adjusted the data schema operators:<!-- No other user can add users than the one mentioned below. -->    <sysFilter name="writeAccess">        <condition enabledIf="$(loginId)!=32387063" expr="FALSE"/>    </sysFilter>This works fine. But if a developer wants to, he can delete these rows since he has the right to edit schemas - which he needs to keep! So, if I hide it from everyone except the Administrator it should be fine. Thanks in advance!Bella

Hello,I'm trying to configure an advance pressure rule that is able to dynamically set the delivery weightWeight formula is something like that:Case(When([emailInfo/delivery/@nature]='firstDelivery',6 ), When([emailInfo/delivery/@nature]='secondDelivery',5),When([emailInfo/delivery/@nature]='thirdDelivery',4),When([emailInfo/delivery/@nature]='fourthDelivery',3),Else(0) )I used also [currentDelivery/@nature] but I anticipate that the results are the same. The single delivery is configured in this way:I realized that the pressure rule works only with a constant weight but doesn't fit expectation if weight depends on formula described adove.Could you tell me if there is something wrong in my configuration? Thanks in advance,SalvatoreJean-Serge BironAmy_WongVapsyflorentlbAmit KumarAdhiyanAnanya Kuthiala

Hello everyone,I'm facing an issue when I want to send out an email containing a web app link (as a button) I created. When testing in preview mode with a random test personalization. I can go through my email, click on the button to access the web app and it displays well. The problem occurs when I try to send a proof to see how the render looks like and it seems that when I click on the link to access the web app, that window prompt with just an "ERROR" message instead of the actual web app :Here are the delivery logs but nothing much to say about that :Does this error happens to someone already when sending a test proof and have a clue on how to fix that ?If you need more information for solving my problem, feel free to ask EDIT : I check both link in my preview (the one that work) and in the email (the one that doesn't work) and it looks like the URL that different. That should be the case, right ? Both version applies for the same customer.Thank you in advance.Kind regards,

Hi,The Vaccuum process runs on a regular basis and we notice it sometimes blocks Update Data on tables such as Recipient and even an Enrichment activity on Recipient which is basically a select. The Neolane Support told us : Does anybody have any suggestion regarding this? Can it really not be excluded during some time slots like the office hours?Kind regards,Pierre

Hello,My goal is to have a webform with a link for the client to download a PDF, this PDF should come from a HTTP request from a server in our network and I will display it via webform to the public.I'm not able to receive the full response for a PDF on an HttpClientRequest, it seems that everytime the pdf is incomplete, if I try with a website URL the response is longer and ok, but never with PDF.I've try all kinds of hearders but with no success. Here's a sample of the code:Codevar url = 'https://www.soundczech.cz/temp/lorem-ipsum.pdf';var http = new HttpClientRequest(url);http.method = "GET";http.header["User-Agent"] = "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36";http.header["Accept"] = "application/pdf";http.header["Content-Type"] = "application/pdf;charset=utf-8";http.header["accept-encoding"] = "gzip, deflate";http.execute();logInfo(http.response.body);pdf = http.response.body;;The logInfo goes to web@default

In Adobe Campaign Classic, is it possible to allow non-admin user to create new user?  We had a multi tenant AC implementation.  Thx in advance.

Hello, this is my first time using the "External Signal" in Adobe Campaign Classic and I am completely lost...My goal is to get a signal from an external database as soon as the loading process for the tables is finished. This signal triggers an import workflow in Adobe Campaign. I know how to refer to a workflow within Campaign but how can I catch the signal of an external event?I found sth like this PostEvent(sessionToken, workflowId, activity, transition, parameters, complete) but I am not sure which parameter needs what info or if it is even the right code...Some hints would be really appreciated!Bella

I'm looking for a description of each of the different icons that are used for representing the links between schemas. There is nothing in the Campaign Classic documentation that describes what the links represent. There is of course the 2 most obvious ones, which are the blue one-to-one link and the orange one-to-many link, but there are others that are less common. For example a grey link that looks like the one-to-one link, the blue and orange one-to-many link. Is there information somewhere in that provides the description of all the possible link types?

Hi,I would like to filter information in the tracking log to include only logs where a link was clicked in the delivery. Thanks,Newbie

Hi,How do I go about setting up predefined filters that only members of a certain group can see or use?Thanks,--Erik
