Moving Personalization Blocks from Staging to Production Environment

I trying to find out from the community what is the best method to move personalization blocks created in a staging environment into a Production environment.  Is it to create a Adobe Campaign Package?  Any other options?

    Yes you can create package if you give an unique internal name to your perso blocks
