Hi,We are trying to integrate AAM and AC together. There are couple of clarifications around this1. Recipient - Visitor ID in this Target Dimension is given as  Recipients (nms:recipient). We are not using the default schema for customer. We have another schema called iag:customer. Can we use this in the Target Dimension ?2. Reconciliation key - How do we populate this one?3. Also we do not have Adobe Id used to login to AC,  As AC is on Premise we use single sign on  to login to AC.  Will this create issues ? Because of this we do not have an option to create Shared Audiences. Can Anyone clarify these questions? Thanks and Regards,Anumol Antony

Does anyone have any experience using CreateWorkflowFromModelId method on the nms:operation schema?I've tried to call it using a valid workflow template, but every time it returns "0" for the plWorkflowId, and there is no workflow object being created. I use SOAPUI to make the call using the nms:operation schema WSDL.I've also tried adding an operationPlanning element in <urn:elemOperationPlanning>, but this also returns the same result.Request XML:<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:urn="urn:nms:operation">   <soapenv:Header/>   <soapenv:Body>      <urn:CreateWorkflowFromModelId>         <urn:sessiontoken>XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX</urn:sessiontoken>         <urn:lModelId>1234</urn:lModelId>         <urn:elemOperationPlanning></urn:elemOperationPlanning>      </urn:CreateWorkflowFromModelId>   </soapenv:Body></soapenv:Envelope>Response XML:<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xm

Hello,I am trying to add content from my workflow into the body of an alert.  I'm using the process outlined by Adobe via inserting a javascript code activty.  The workflow appears to run but the alert is not properly populating with the data.  Below is the code i am using in the javascript activity as well as the alert. Hello, I have an internal email campaign that sends out to our salespeople every day with an email they need to forward along to their clients. Ideally, they should receive one email per client that meets the criteria for that days send (some days they could have more than 1 that meets the requirements). We do not have any deduplication suppressions in the workflow and I've unchecked "exclude duplicate addresses during delivery" but we're still seeing people being excluded for the reason "double" and the text "recipient already targeted". Is there anything else we should be doing to ensure these salespeople receive a unique email for each client? Thanks!Hillary

HI all, there is an issue with an email pressure rule which takes to long to execute. Interesting thing is that takes around  ~1,5 hour for 10.000 customers and also 1.5 hour for only 3 customers. There is no locks on DB or similar things. Below is the configuration, it just takes too long. Optimizing SQL query does not help.Any idea?SELECT   R0.iRecipientId FROM NmsRecipient R0 WHERE EXISTS (SELECT   1 FROM NmsBroadLogRcp B1 WHERE (B1.iRecipientId = R0.iRecipientId) AND (((B1.iStatus NOT IN (2 , 7)) AND ((((case when IsBitSet(B1.iFlags , 8) = 8 then 1 else 0 end) = 0) AND (B1.iStatus <> 0)) OR ((case when IsBitSet(B1.iFlags , 8) = 8 then 1 else 0 end) = 1)))))Regards,Milan
