Hello all,I am trying to investigate about the integration Adobe Analytics ---> Adobe Campaignin case we would like to implement trigger-based campaigns (Adandoned Cart, Back in stock etc.) near-real timeI found this implementation guide:Analytics to Campaign Classic Implementation Guide Might you confirm that this is the right way to implement trigger-based campaign AA-AC?Could you give me a brief explaination of how a "re-marketing" campaign workflow (see image below) works?Which is the workflow or the system (and in this case how?) that is triggering the External signal?Thanks in advance,SalvatoreVapsyAmy_WongJean-Serge BironAdhiyanPS: I have a past experience with Experience Cloud Triggers (How to use Experience Cloud Triggers with Adobe Campaign Classic ) but it was kind of a nightmare!

Hi,It's surprising that there is no First name and last name field from RT event table. So I decided to extend the RT event table by adding First name and Last name field to map the data from the SOAP API. I don't want to map the data from CTX as it's difficult to export the CTX data to CSV .I used <%= rtEvent.firstName %> in HTML to populate the first name from SOAP call, however, when I receive the email, it says this field is "undefined". Has anyone has successfully populated the fields from the extended RT event table?Thanks,Jason

Hello everyone,I have a question concerning an external ID value that is not always stored when using real time and I do not know why, here is my analysis : Here is an example of XML where we store the external ID.<ctx address = "test1.test2@mail.com" externalId = "30840601581360886" template = "CONFINSCTHECARD_NEW_US"> <recipient> <cin> 30840601581360886 </ cin> <firstname> TEST1 </ firstname> <lastname> TEST2 </ lastname > <segment> 10 </ segment> <title> 0 </ title> <urlPDF> TESTPDF </ urlPDF> </ recipient> </ ctx>I found the 3084060158136088 in the column external ID.In general, all real-time calls, I stock the external ID. On the other hand, when trying to push a communication.<ctx Svoc-CommunicationRequestId = "205154" address = "test3.test4@mail.com" externalId = "205154" template = "ACCOUNT_EMAIL_MODIF_NL"> <recipient> <Civility> M </ Civility> <LastName&gt

I have a query activity that feeds into a javascript code activity. One of the columns of data that I am feeding from the query uses an aggregate function: count(products_purchased). I am using xtk.queryDef api to write pull the results from the query and need to figure out how to pull this column in the following javascript code: var query = xtk.queryDef.create(     <queryDef schema={vars.targetSchema} operation="select"          <select>               <node expr={count(products_purchased)} />          </select>     </queryDef>).ExecuteQuery();for each( var row in query)     logInfo("Total products purchased: " + row.count(products_purchased));

Most of the adobe reports are created with single schema or cube. I would like to know is there any way to reference multiple schema in the same report.One report Icon in the global report page - User can select 2 sub reports from drop down ( one from tracking logs & Delivery logs ). Based on selection, respective output page selected.

Hi,We are currently creating custom ODBC driver and having a hard time figuring out how exactly Adobe recognizes the provider/dbtype?We need our custom driver to be recognized as hive.I found this .js application.getDBMSType('nms:extAccount:'+'hadoop') but couldn't find how getDBMSType actually reads the db type, anybody has any better insights here?Here are some sample outputs from the function getDBMSType:When using ClouderaODBC hive driver --> output = 'hive'When using Teradata driver --> output = 'teradata'My initial guess is that it would read something from the driver itself but cannot figure out what exactly?Regards,Ari

I have set up below capacity typology rules to trigger between 10/10/2019 11:05 AM and 10/10/2019 11:30 AM.  But when I run the Campaign which is using this Typology before or after time specified in the capacity.  It consumes the quantity that is setup Initially.Basically I need to restrict it to use the Initial quantity only during 10/10/2019 11:05 AM and 10/10/2019 11:30 AM.
