Hi Everyone, Adobe Campaign Classic Community is now Adobe Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8 Community! We have made a slight change to our Community by renaming it to Adobe Campaign Community from Adobe Campaign Classic Community. This has been done to welcome our new version of Adobe Campaign – Adobe Campaign V8. Now, we will be using the same community to host all your queries, discussions, and ideas for Adobe Campaign Classic as well as the new Adobe Campaign V8. What’s changed? The community name has changed from Adobe Campaign Classic Community to AAdobe Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8 Community to accommodate the users and their queries for all the Campaign Classic versions as well as the new Campaign V8, going forward. How will it impact us? This should not impact the way you are using your community. But it would be helpful if we maintain clarity while posting any content. Does this mean Adobe Campaign Classic has no community now? This is still the community
Hello, I am trying to create a new schema and i have this error i don't know what to do knowing that nms recipient and nms excludLogRcp are a factory-configured objects Regards Amir
Hello, Itried to extend the schema nms Recipient so i can use the extension to do my tests, but when i try to update the database structure so i can use the extension i have this error do you have any ideas on how to fix this problem nms recipient is factory configured object, i can't edit it. Regards Amir
I'm working on upgrading some builds and similar to the issue/flaw wherein selecting a language can only be done once without some convoluted work to revert temporary config/registry entries - if you don't execute the installer the first time as administrator, you seem to lose the ability to access the 'Select installation mode' screen any attempt thereafter as the same user.I'm trying to determine what registry entry or temporary files (assuming at the user level) need to be changed or outright removed in order to see the 'select installation mode' screen once again.
Add recipient time zone scheduling to deliveries using recipient's location or explicit preference, e.g. nms:recipient/@timeZone.Deliveries gain another enumerated value in their scheduling time zone dropdown: Recipient time zoneWhen applied, deliveries will stagger sending across target population's timezones. so that everyone gets their emails at the same time on their clocks. E.g. Hawaii and New York recipients will all get their emails at 8 AM.
Hi Team,While trying to make any changes to database I am getting below error code errors: GEN-300000 and GEN-300002.Please help.Regards,Sonika

Hello everyone,I hope you can help me solve this issue. We launched a workflow with a query-->enrichment box-->change dimension box...The workflow stops just when it reaches the change dimension box because of the following error: ORA-01652:unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP.We already extended the temp tablespace in the database, but it didn't resolve the problem.Do you have an idea please? because we had the same error with the same workflow in the query box too before.
Hello! I am developing an email that will send using a specific data schema, but I do not have that schema in my sandbox. I am wondering if the correct flow for this would be to start a workflow -> call the data schema in question -> populate the variables - but how would I populate the data schema with the data I need for the send? Also, is there a way to do this as a proof or individual send? Or do I have to run a workflow in order to call the schema in question? Thank you. -Bob

Information has been added about the tracked URLs signature issue in a guideline documentation: Tracked URLs Signature Issue As per recent developments, tracked URLs can fail when URL signature is active in Campaign. Some mailboxes can be more impacted than others, as some companies have specific security tools which can impact links and alter the URL signature mechanism. If you are impacted by this, then refer to the guideline documentation for best practices and recommendations along with the steps to do it. In case you have any questions, please feel free to post them below or reach out through the community Q and A section. In case you have any ideas and/or suggestions regarding the Campaign Classic product, then kindly submit them here.

Preload acivity is able to load the Text fields from Recipient however for Boolean fields, preload acivity is not working. Now value for Boolen fields could be problem as i see i gave true and false. Hi all, we have asked to export delivery content per recipient (email, sms and mms content) to the middleware system used by call center agents. They need preview of sent communication per user and content of the delivery (preferable as .pdf attachment) as soon as delivery is sent.Do you have any ideas without touching business users and their campaigns/workflows? Something like export data from delivery logs and content from delivery...but there is no easy way to transform email/sms/mms content to the .pdf and hot to even link that to the particular customer...Any idea is appreciated... Regards,Milan

description Today we can send attachments to recipients using standard ACC functionality:Attaching files | Adobe CampaignHaving an OOTB functionality that would upload automatically files configured as attachments to a public ressource and create automatically the links(ex: https://<%= external.attachment[0] %> to access them would be a great feature This OOTB functionality is important at different level:1- sending attachments in emails is tricky for deliverability purpose: depending of the attachment size, the nature of the attachment, the ISP of the recipient, the amount of emails... It can badly affect your different ISP reputation.2- it affects your throughput as more an email is heavy, more the MTA takes time to process it... If you add the point 1, it can slow down your entire platform sendings during hours (retry feature)3- the ecological footprint created when downloading a file through HTTP is smaller than sending this file through SMTP (email). For compa
