Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8

Can I have Web tracking tags on muliple domains?  I need to set up Web Tracking with Transactional data on a 2nd domain. I have set up the Web tracking tags, and deployed these using GTM.  During my testing I have found that the Tracking logs are only showing for one of my test recipients. The other recipients tracking logs are not coming through for the tags. Through, there is no issue with them showing on first domain, so I know the profiles are fine. Do I need to add the second domain with the Tracking configuration? I have not change the the External URL.

Hello Adobe Community,As per the GDPR guidelines, it is necessary for a brand to display the privacy statement and get consent to track cookies. We can configure the Banner in a Web Application to display it on Landing Page and Form for the users,But I am having a hard time in figuring out how to track the cookie consent. Is there a way to document it as a field to the recipient.I am attaching a screen shot for your reference.  How to track if the user has chosen the ACCEPT OR REFUSE..This is the code for OptOutBanner in the sandbox<div onClick="NL.ClientWebTracking.closeOptOutBanner(this);" id="defaultOptOutBanner">          <p>Please insert your message here            <a onClick="NL.ClientWebTracking.allow();" class="optout-accept">Accept</a>            <a onClick="NL.ClientWebTracking.forbid();" cla

I have created a utility workflow which monitors specific technical work flows to ensure they are running normally.  If a work flow which should be running but isn't is found the following are executed to stop and restart it (using java script) xtk.workflow.Stop(strId)xtk.workflow.Start(strId)The problem is that if the job has a scheduler it will wait until it's next scheduled start, what I need is a way to "Execute Pending Task Now" so that the job restarts immediately.  I can see xtk:worflow methods for wakeup which looks like it might be want but I can't get it to start right away. Is there away to start the workflow so that it runs immediately?

Hi Team, Does Adobe Campaign Classic have User level audit log? If yes, do we able to check log on/off activities, date and time of User Loggings etc?  Thanks

I have learnt that for Campaign Optimization to function deliveries need to be scheduled. But we have a campaign that has a recurring delivery which is scheduled using the "Scheduler" activity within the workflow. How do we make these deliveries go through the Campaign Optimization process.... Thanks in advance to all the SMEs. Appreciate you all taking you time out and answering our questions. Rajiv

Hi, we are experiencing very long processing times on a SQL query performed by sqlSelect(sqlParam, sqlQuery) in javascript.Edit: The query is always returning 1 row. The problem occurs intermittently and most of the times the query takes just 1 second to process. At worst it takes more than 1 minute. It does not seem to be a problem on the DB-side. We are using Oracle on the DB side and the nlserver is running on Linux Redhat 7. Could this be a matter of garbage collection in the javascript engine?Or are there any libraries that needs to be preloaded to avoid this? Perhaps some settings in the serverConf.xml? Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

Hiya Adobe community,One of our team members has had a script error while trying to access the Campaign reports on Adobe Campaign windows client version 9188. Below is the error snippet. Hi everyone, I'm rendering dynamic content using JavaScript and it is in English for one email delivery. I want to use same JavaScript for content that should be in another language. For example, I'm displaying month name dynamically in email subject as well as email body in English. I want to display the same in French. I'm newbie with ACM. Can anyone help me how I can do that? I'm using following snippet for email subject for EN -<%= formatDate(new Date(), "%Bl") %> And following snippet for email body for EN - <%function daysInMonth(today) {return new Date(today.getFullYear(), today.getMonth()+1, 0).getDate();}var today = new Date();%><%= daysInMonth(today) %> <%= formatDate (today, "%Bl") %>, <%= formatDate (today, "%4Y") %> I want to display the month's name in French in subject as well as email body. English and French email deliveries are independent so no condition is required.

Hi Team, Hope you are doing well.... We have a requirement to store the images placed in the SFTP location as a Blob object. The instance that we are using is an Adobe hosted environment. Below is the scenario1. The creative/business team places the images in Adobe hosted SFTP in specific folder location2. The ask is to read the images using Javascript (need your guidance to see if this is feasible)3. Store the read image as Blob in the Campaign schema ((need your guidance to see if this is feasible) Requesting your guidance and direction on solutioning this request. Are there any other forum pages with equivalent request or any Adobe Page where there are any snippets that we can refer to. Kindly advise. Thanks & RegardsNavin M. S.

Hi Team, Recently Apple updated with E-mail Tracking Protection feature in their latest update iOS 15. As per the APPLE word, campaign users can't see the email OPEN data if iOS users open the email in their devices. Regarding this, we have done some test by opening emails through our iOS device from adobe campaign or other email marketing tools like mailchimp etc and we able to see the open rates successfully.  Is anyone seeing still the email open from iOS users? Is it working really? Regards,Royston

Hi there I have created a restricted account for our instance of Adobe Campaign Classic. This will be used by an external vendor that we are working with. The login has restricted access to the Recipient schema but it is able to execute workflows and even deliveries, but I am struggling in making the email preview work for the account. I am getting the below error when trying to preview any email:DLV-490105 The selected record does not belong to the main target, insufficient data to compute the preview. Any ideas what kind of permission is required for preview to work? ThanksHugo

Hello All,We are trying to find out a way to apply filters on campaign template selection while creating a new campaign.Use-case: We have 2 Business Units, A and B provided with access in such a way that one BU cannot able to see other BU entities and vice-versa. However, few of the common entities like Templates are shared by both BU's and accessible to each other. We have 4 templates created (2 each for BU).Requirement: Client is now asking is it possible to select the template based on BU. E.g.: when I am creating a Campaign Workflow under BU A and during template selection I should be able to see only 2 templates pertaining to that BU, not 4. Same is the case with other BU as well.I see this is something tricky to achieve and not able to get through :(. Requesting your suggestions on the same.Simpler way of achieving this is by segregating the templates at folder level specific to BU. However, Client seems not interested in going that way and rather want to identify from

Hello everyone, after having encountered a bounce issue with a german ISP, we took a look at the delivery logs to see if the issue has been resolved. We noticed a behaviour that we cannot make any sense of: This recipient received a couple of emails from 07/30/2020 to 10/04/2020. The last email has been sent on 10/04/2020 05:57:07 AM.What we don't understand is why the delivery started on 09/19/2020 (first line on the screenshot) has been modified in the delivery logs on 10/06/2020 - which is 17 days after the sendout of the delivery. In the settings of the delivery template the option is set to "Delivery duration: 5d", so from my understanding the delivery logs shouldn't be updated any more after those 5 days?  We would be thankful for any hint on why the delivery logs had been updated after such a long time! Kind regards, Marcel

Hi All,We are trying to get mirror value from one field to another when a checkbox is checked. While trying we are getting issues as mentioned below.1. when checkbox is checked and webpage is submitted, the 2nd field (the field in which the values came as mirror from 1st field) is showing validation/mandatory issue.2. If we just select the 2nd field in webpage after checking the checkbox and the mirror values is taken in to 2nd field the validation/mandatory issue is not coming and able to submit the form. Can someone please help resolve this issue ASAP? Thanks & Regards,Greeshma@_manoj_kumar_ @davidkangni @debtr @marcel_szimonisz

We have an issue where hypothesis' get stuck in the "execution in progress" indefinitely.  I've seen a few questions regarding this issue but so far no definitive answers.   To mitigate the issue I would like to setup a technical workflow to automatically do the following.Determine if a hypothesis has been in the "execution in progress" state form more than 8 hours.  If a hypothesis has been running more than 8 hoursStop the hypothesis executionRestart the hypothesis executionIt looks like I can determine if a hypothesis has been running more than 8 hours by checking table nms:remaHypothesis and looking for jobs with an "execution in progress" status and a duration of more than 8 hour.  What I can't determine is how to stop the identified stuck hypothesis and restart it from a work flow. Any suggestoins?

Hi, I was curious about one aspect of Adobe Campaign Classic, which I have not found much information in the documentation. What mechanisms does Adobe Campaign Classic use to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data handled by the system? Does Adobe Campaign Classic use any encryption mechanism to achieve that protection? Thanks.

Hi Experts, One of our clients insists on using seeds to run a one off (possibly a monthly ad-hoc campaign). We are recommending to use the recipient table instead, however, they are very reluctant to store certain user record's on adobe campaign as recipients because these set of users have not provided marketing consent, and they make it very clear the ad-hoc campaign is an administration/notification campaign so marketing consent isn't required, given that marketing consent isn't required; we are suggesting to create the recipient records and then delete them after they are no longer required but they are still hesitant. The current method of inserting these set of records to adobe campaign is by uploading a csv file which is processed by a workflow that inserts them into a seed folder, these users are then targeted by configuring the dynamic condition in the delivery template, hence, recipient's in the campaign initial query are targeted as well as the seeds pulled from t

I has a mistake to overwrite my list, and I can't got the correct data, so do I have a way to restore my mailing list in adobe campaign?

I want use variable in query activity and the operator "is include in", but meet some error nonrecognition the variable.

I am having difficulty finding any good information on how to set up SSL for our On Premise installation of Adobe Campaign.  We have the certificate and I have enabled the binding in IIS using said certificate.  I need to configure login to use ssl from an installed client.  We can set the login to HTTPS in the application but it will not log in giving me the error below.  There has to be more to the configuration. INT-150012 The HTTP query returned a 'Method Not Allowed' type error (405)------SOP-330012 Empty return for method 'Logon' of service 'xtk:session' Any help appreciated.
