Hello, what named rights are required to create Visual Fragments in the ACCv8 web console? We are running version 8.6.4 and admin users are able to create visual fragments, but for end users, the "visual fragment" option is greyed out. They are able to create expression fragments. What permissions are required for visual fragments / where are these permissions controlled?

Hello, We are performing A/B testing on a pair of deliveries and trying to generate a winner delivery for the remaining population after a wait period for feedback. We have followed along with the solution in other Experience League posts, and can generate the delivery within the JS code activity as a copy of the winning test delivery via Duplicate(), post winner decision. The issue that we are encountering is that we happen to use targetData as a source of a number of Target Mappings into broadLogRCP and substitutions into our emails. We haven't had issues with this in the few years that we have been using Adobe Campaign, but this is the first time that we have tried any deliveries from code. All others have explicitly been defined in Delivery activities. In this case, none of the targetData is recognized (we can see it in the transitions) so our broadLogRCP records are mostly empty, aside from Recipient and Delivery references, and our emails are produced with missing conte

I have a below code written in js activity. I need to add 1 hour to the variable currDate. How can I do that? I tried with setHour() and + operator without luck.  vars.currDate = new Date();logInfo("vars.currDate----------" + vars.currDate);

Hello, I noticed this morning that we have several instances of transactional emails being Ignored because the address is in quarantine. However, when I check the 'Non deliverables and addresses' folder under Admin > Campaign Management > Non deliverables Management, the addresses in question are not listed. Is quarantine/block list for transactional messages managed on the RT instance itself? If so, does that data port over to the MKT instance? Thank you for your help!Robbie

Hi, According to the access rights configured for our ACCv8 instance, 'delivery' operators should be able to access the 'Transactional message history' folder with read, write, and delete permissions. However, when trying to access this folder, users in both 'delivery' and 'message center' operator groups are presented with a blank page:For Admin users, this page is populated with data. What additional permissions are needed for delivery operators? Thanks,Skyler

Hello, I would like to get some tips for Campaign Classic Developer certifications. Where can I get question and answers to practice, tips... Thank you in advance @_manoj_kumar_ @heku_ @alnavarg

There is a use case to call a Graphql based API provided by external vendor and we need to call that API from ACC, use the response to define journeys. We are doing a POST call with all possible headers, connection works and we receive a 200 response code but the response body comes back as HTML response. We are able to test this successfully from Postman. Anyone have insights if there are compatibility issues and ACC doesn't support a Graphql connection? Thanks.

I created a simple activity by duplicating the js activity, modified the form, the workflow schema extension etc etc.However, the acitvity does not even log logInfo("test"); On the other hand, I am trying to construct a JSON key value pair object and enrich it with the workflow's instance vars to no avail.   the js library call is able to get the content of the activity, but not eniched. function mytestactivity_call() { logInfo(activity.script); } What is missing?

Hi Team,We have a requirement to create a workflow that triggers an email if the following conditions are met:Hard  bounce rate > 0.5%Soft bounce rate > 0.7%Unsubscribe rate > 0.5%Success rate = 0Kindly help with this.@parthasarathy

Hello, I have a workflow running every 15minutes that exports the latest data from broadLogEventHisto to an external service for tracking sends. The query is setup as follows: query: broadLogEventHisto@eventDate > @lastAuditTSAND@eventDate < SubMinutes( GetDate() , 30)So, the query will gather all records between the @lastAuditTS (which is equal to the most recent eventDate value from the previous run) and 30 minutes before the current date - and it runs every 15 minutes. Generally, we can expect this time window to look like the following: 1:00pm run - selects broadLogEventHisto records from 12:15pm-12:30pm1:15pm run - selects broadLogEventHisto records from 12:30pm-12:45pm1:30pm run - selects broadLogEventHisto records from 12:45pm-1:00pm The issue arises when we combine all of these datasets to get sums of transactional messages sent. Generally, we are finding that this export does not capture all transactional message sends. Does broadLogEventHis

Hi @parthasarathy Request to explain the difference between highlighted ones in Adobe campaign classic.1.Applying SQL based rule 'Exclude domains'2.Exclusion of undefined addresses

Hello, Previously in v7 the following SQL code would be suitable to drop a schema's table: drop table <table name> In v8, for tables which exist in the FFDA database, this SQL code throws an error.  Can someone please point me toward the correct documentation for accessing FFDA tables with SQL commands in v8?

Hi, somehow all the subfolders in our stage instance got deleted.I've recreated them, but I'm worried becuase the aren't linked to their "schema". For example, the Recipients folder doesn't show anything, when cliecked. Same for Predifined filters and others. Why?

Hi everyone,I'm trying to change the default value of the denylisted address check to "unchecked" (no) in Adobe Campaign deliveries, so that new deliveries have it unchecked by default.Could you please help me find how to do that? I'm having trouble locating the field definition, and it seems that a mass update cannot be applied to those "target" fields.

Hi Team,We have an operator with admin access, but we would like to restrict their permissions so that they can only edit or delete items within a specific folder (used for testing). The operator should not be able to edit or delete content in any other folders within the instance.I’ve attempted to limit access at the folder level, but since the operator has admin rights, they are still able to edit and delete activities across all folders.Is there a way to configure permissions so that admin-level access is limited to only a specific folder? Any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!Regards,Ankita Vishe
