Hello community,   We are deploying this ACC for our company, and the first channel integration is Email. In the UAT testing, ADOBE recommend us to do the test with their domain. Do you think that it's good? Why shouldnt we do the UAT test with our own domain?    What are the usual test cases that you have done in this phase of UAT?    Looking forward to the answers, many thanks

Hi Team, As part of our SMPP implementation at our marketing side, we have some issues related to maximum throughput i.e. we are expecting 300 messages per second but in reality it is going around 20 secs. As per our analysis, nmsdeliveryparts are dividing with 9 broadlog records i.e. ircpcount is 9 and looks like this is the main cause of the slowness. Can we increase this value? if yes then how to do that. Thanks

what is frontal server and who manages it   please help m to understand this

I am trying to adopt the packageImport form to have a third option functioning like the "standard" package, but for my own packages in my own namespace. Everything works fine until "my" copy of the "standard" container showing available packages to install; all packages are shown i.e standard and my own. I guess the soapCall in the form (in enter tags): <soapCall name="GetDbParams" service="xtk:builder"><param type="DOMElement" xpathOut="dbcnx"/><param type="DOMElement" xpathOut="createdbParameters"/></soapCall> Needs to be adopted with something like:  <param exprIn="@namespace" type="string"/> but I can not find the GetDbParams soap call or know how assign the value of my namespace. Any suggestions on how to approach this is much appreciated.

Hello,   I've created this report with the schema Delivery and Tracking statistics: But apparently, I only obtain results from other regions, not from mine. Do I have to make any configuration in the account or in my emails in order to get this data? This are other countries sendings because we obtained the tool this year. Thanks to anyone that could help me    Mar

Hello Folks, I am working on "Delivering Offers on Outbound Channel" with the options presented in Integrating via Workflow I am using Enrichment way of filtering out offers, but not doing any delivery. Even though I can see some of the propositions generated (from the logs), I cannot see the same getting populated in Proposition Table. This is the same case when I tried using Offers by Cell too. However when I tried sending a Delivery i.e., Configuring Offer prepared during targeting in Wizard, I can see offer(s) which were eligible in previous activity (Enrichment/Offers by Cell) is populated into Proposition Table. So trying to understand when exactly Proposition Table will get populated when using Outbound Channel. Any inputs/thoughts around these would be appreciated Thanks, SSB

Hello,   We are using inApp channel using custom js connector to send communication to client's application. The channel is working fine and now we are looking to integrate the existing Adobe Analytics connector to the links we are using in the inApp delivery.    However, when adding the analytics connector to inApp delivery(which is custom built) it couldnt append the parameters like cid, bid, etc to the urls and we are facing "message.delivery" undefined error which tells us that the delivery couldnt retrieve the analytics related personalisation fields for the urls from the backend as it do for the email delivery.   The cid, bid values are getting populated if we maually pull the message.delivery fields into the delivery content but not when using a new delivery.   Do you have any idea what we are missing here? How to link the delivery template to pull the message.delivery schema attributes by default(as like in email channel)?   Thanks, Annie

I'm trying to programatically remove a proof seed from a delivery. I can remove the FCPseed from the delivery XML but since the FCPSeeds are not in a node of itself but directly as array under delivery node the write function doesn't remove anything. It only updates or adds. How can I remove an FCPSeed programmatically?   Example of the code I have that does not work: function removeProofSeedFromDelivery(proofSeedId, deliveryId){  var deliveryObject = nms.delivery.load(deliveryId); //Load delivery  var delivery = deliveryObject.toXML(); // Convert object to XML to manipulate with JXON     delivery.@xtkschema = "nms:delivery"; //Add the schema, needed for xtk.session.Write  delivery.@_operation = "update"; //Add operation, needed for xtk.session.Write     //Iterate FCPSeeds in delivery and delete matching node  var i = 0;  for each(fcp in delivery.FCPSeed){    if(fcp.@id == proofSeedId){      delete delivery.FCPS

Can you please help, How to access AWS - dynamodb from Adobe Campaign?

hello,   I am looking for a way to set up a connection to a postgre non-public schema in AC Classic. Normally the connection to the postgre database uses the public schema. So in the instance configuration file you can set the user, password, and connection and server.  However, in case I want to group several schemas inside one postgre database, I would need to specify the schema to connect. For example, the idea is to have a schema for app, another for frontal, and another for message center. All of the schemas would be under one pg database. The normal database configuration looks as follows <dataSource name="default"> <dbcnx encrypted="1" login="username:database" password="xxx" provider="postgres" server="localhost:5432" /> </dataSource> is there a way to specify in the datasource to connect to a specific postgres schema?

Hi Team,    Just a simple question here, would it be possible to use a scheduler with an AND-JOIN in campaign. I know its doable but what would be the primary set, is this best practice.    The scenario is as follows a campaign is executed tomorrow (data prep) but has deliveries which need to go out on a specific date and time, volume is present but want to trigger these sends based on different times and dates. I want to use an AND-JOIN in conjunction with a scheduler to ensure that the volume is only passed when the time and date are reached.   I remember a while back I had a similar scenario but the implications on using this approach was shot down by the garbage collector wiping down temp tables, I dont know enough about how this function works in order to accurately and confidently say this is the reason we should not be using this approach.    Any guidance on this would be appreciated.
