Created email report: I can't see metrics for my country but from other regions

Hello,

 

I've created this report with the schema Delivery and Tracking statistics:

But apparently, I only obtain results from other regions, not from mine. Do I have to make any configuration in the account or in my emails in order to get this data?

This are other countries sendings because we obtained the tool this year.

If you click next in the query, is there any condition mentioned w.r.t. Country?

Thanks for your help. What do you mean by wrt country? I've never heard that.
