I'm looking for Fusion best practices for setting up organizations where multiple groups will utilizing the system in tandem for their group processes. Examples on:How to set up TeamsWhat access levels to giveOnce teams and access levels are setup, how to control that users are only using the "service" accounts and not establishing personal connections to platforms.

Hi all, working on making a connection between Workfront Core (Sandbox instance) and Workfront Proof. I'm trying to set up the connection module in Fusion, but I'm consistently getting a Request Timeout error when I attempt to authenticate.I've double-checked the credentials and endpoints, and everything seems to be configured correctly from my end. I've attached a screenshot for reference in case it helps identify the issue.Has anyone run into this before or can point me in the right direction? Not finding much in the community on this exact error. We see the potential this tool has and can't believe we've gone this long without it. A few of the questions we have are below. Please let me know if you are interested in connecting - greatly appreciate your time and any feedback! What was your experience implementing Fusion - did you handle it internally or utilize consultants/adobe services?What does your Workfront/Fusion team structure look like? How long did it take to feel confident in managing integrations on your own? What technical background do you think is truly necessary to administer Fusion successfully? How steep was the learning curve compared to Workfront itself? Hi, I'm using a custom API call to add Sharing permissions to an issue.  URL: issue/shareMethod: PUTQuery String: accessorObjCode = GROUP, coreAction = EDIT, accessorID = 63ae2a......., ID = 63g.........This is working fine.  What I'm struggling with is checking to see if the needed Sharing already exists on the Issue.  Is it possible?I've tried getting the accessorIDs but not sure how to get what permission is applied.I've also tried getting the accessRules, but that got me nowhere.Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks,Kelly

I know this has been asked before, but I didn't find any of the answers worked so I am bringing it up again. As the subject says, we are using a scenario to assign multiple users to a task. The basic create task module only accepts a single user ID. Updating the task with another "Assigned To ID" seems to only replace the assignment, not add to it.  Multiple people suggested using the misc action module, selecting task, then "assignMultiple" which seems pretty straightforward, but I keep getting errors. According to the module, userIDs and roleIDs are required, but I can pass "emptyarray" for the roleID.  Attaching a screenshot of the error I get, I'm not sure what it's referring to.

Does anyone have a better way to pull all group admins than pulling all the groups and including userGroups:isOwner? I'm trying to compile a list of all the group admins, but so far that's the only way I've found, and the issue I have with that is it gives me all the users in the group instead of just the owners. I'm hoping there's a better way and I'm just not seeing it.   Thanks.

Hello Everyone, I am looking for some suggestions on the Securing Webhook topic in WF Fusion. Below are the details 1. I tried to use the OOB Webhooks module to generate a Webhook, that will be used by a third party to POST Json objects. 2. I would like to consume this data & perform a mapping functionality, that'll be later used to create a Workfront object. The Questions I have are as below, 1. How do I secure this webhook ? IP whitelisting would not work in my case as we are using ALB of GCP (i.e) Dynamic IP. Note: the reply on this post wasn't helpful because the user who posts the json doesn't have to be on WF.2. Frame.io seems like a good alternative to webhooks, but does it come with an additional cost ? Thanks in advance !

Hi all, I've noticed that some of my legacy search modules on one of my Scenarios have started failing. This Scenario is a biggie, but not the biggest one of our collection. The error message: [500] Database error due to invalid SQL statement. The solve is pretty straightforward: Swapping to the newer search modules. But the thing which is mildly terrifying is that they're failing one by one at different intervals. I try to reduce the number of search modules because I want to find all the data that I need pretty early on. That said, for some of our "Swiss Army Knife" style Scenarios, we need different search modules for different objects.  Are other people noticing similar behavior from their search modules? I'm not going to lie, it's mildly terrifying--especially since I'm on vacation in a little over a week. &#x1f605 -j

Hello Team, I'm searching ASSGN object and trying to get the workperdate, AssignedTo ID values, post that I'm storing the data in datastore. So the workperdate is an array having collection(attached the screenshot).  But Now if i try to create a CSV file for the same this workperdate is fields is null/empty. How i can simply the array collection so that it will easier to put in CSV. I have attached the scenario ss as well.     

Does anyone have a Workfront project template that they use for Fusion development projects - i.e., project initiation & stakeholders, requirements/discovery, development, UAT testing, sign-off, push to Production, etc.? I can build one, but was hoping for a blueprint or template to get me started.

Hi, I've created a FUSION scenario that listens for Notes being added, and if they are done by certain user groups, and the task/project is in a certain status - it updates that status to be 'Updated by Stakeholder' I'm nearly there but have struggled to clearly identify what object the note is attcahed to - project, task, document attached at project level, document attached at task level. The 'noteObjCode' seems to be right for when the note is attached to a document or task. But when i add a note to a Project - the' noteObjCode' isn't getting set to 'PROJ' I'm having to check - if the documentID and TaskID  for the Note are NULL - then I'm assuming it's attached to a Project. Can anyone offer any other help ?

Hi, In a Fusion Tools Module I'm trying to set a variable with the first item selected in a multi-select dropdown. However, if only one item is selected, Workfront returns the value as a string rather than an array with one value. This is quite frustrating, but I thought I'd just check to see if the value is an array or not, but there don't seem to be any functions to do this.  I've tried length, but that just returns the number of characters if a string is returned.Does anyone have any advice?Rob

Hi All, We have a requirement to create a project and add tasks to the project after user submits Intake form  For this, we have created a project template with the set of tasks and using this template and create module I'm able to create project and tasks. Problem is based on some fields in the Intake form, we have to add only certain tasks  instead of adding all tasks from the template. For example if user selects  "web channel" field in the intake form, we have to create only web team related tasks from the template. Creating a project using template is creating all tasks. So instead of creating all tasks, how do we control creating only necessary tasks based on form field selection ? Any suggestion/feedback is appreciated. Thanks. 

Helloes, I am trying to create some kind of report or anything that could be exported that includes PTO's and the designated holidays for different users. I can easily get the PTO via search + read related records modules, but I am having a hard time getting the dates of the designated holidays that are coming from the schedule. I have tried using the Custom API Call module to GET those and I have also tried using the HTTP module to GET the schedule exceptions but most likely due to my lack of experience it didnt go too well. Would there be any suggestions on how to achieve such thing? Thank you for your time and looking forward to hearing your suggestions. Also, I understood that the calendar view can help with at least viewing it visually in case it cannot be done.

Could someone give me a little guidance for working with the the Fusion internal API?  I've created an API token (selecting all the 'read' options), and I've looked at the Make.com documentation.I've tried using an HTTP Make a Request module, using https://app.workfrontfusion.com/api/v5/ as a base URL (using v2 like I see in the Make.com documentation seems to result in a "not logged in" error).  I've tried different calls (a list of users and a list of team scenarios).  I don't get errors, but I only get a long string of HTML code (that doesn't appear to contain any of the data I'm seeking) as an output.I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.  Any pointers would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi allWe have created a fusion scenario from a request queue.  Fusion creates a project, then deletes the request.  The notification that follows has a link to the request that no longer exists.  Is it possible to point the link to the project instead?   Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Hi, I am able to create a new issue within a project using an API call.  What field should I use to update / set when I want to be sure the new issue is actually within an existing task within the project using a custom API call.
