Unable to populate a Person or Group type field for a list in sharepoint from Fusion

I have created a Fusion scenario to add a new item to a list in sharepoint.  All fields populate as expected except Requestor which is a Person or Group Type.   If I subsequently edit the item directly in the sharepoint list, I can enter the same name I pass from Fusion, the name is found and after I select it the field is populated.  

My feeling is that sharepoint is expecting a specific format for the name but I'm unable to determine what is expected.
