I'm wondering if there are any other options to export the details of a Fusion scenario, other than the JSON export option? We are trying to document each of the modules, filters and routes, and It would be excellent if there was away to export to PDF the scenario visualization with notes added, or export each module and filter as an Excel with details in columns, or something similar. Otherwise, documenting each piece manually will be very time consuming.
All, I am currently writing a quick workflow to create a baseline for a project through an approval workflow. This helps me work around the migration of the default baseline from the "auto creation" that Workfront natively provides. While I was in this workflow, I was trying to solve another problem that we have. We are trying to tie the issues that caused the baseline to be associated to a baseline. My thought is to iterate through the baselines and find the most recent baseline entry date. I then want to find all issues that were created after that baseline entry date and create a string that concatenates the issue number and type for all of them. Then, I will use that string to name the baseline. I am able to pull the array of entry dates for the baselines and the resolvables. But, I am struggling to get the largest date of the baseline to set the filter criteria for the issues and then creating a variable that will append all of these strings. Any guidance that you
Hiring Manager fills out Request Queue (Custom Form) and submits itThe issue is created for HR (in Project in Workfront)Fusion Creates individual tasks for IT, Operations, Accounting, and HR to get new hire set-up with Company as a full time and/or freelancer/contractor (in the same Project issue is created in) - these tasks need to have Planned hours, Day Durations and Predecessors (FS) with each other.Fusion also updates 2 Google sheets (1. for Hardware inventory 2. HR/Payroll Data)The last step of Fusion is to create a separate Ambassador Project - from a template (new Project, but in the same Program as Project in step 2) to lead and track onboarding tasks. Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone else getting these errors? It looks like I'm getting them on every execution. write EPROTO 139731201759104:error:14094438:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert internal error:../deps/openssl/openssl/ssl/record/rec_layer_s3.c:1544:SSL alert number 80
I find myself getting this error a bunch lately. However, I don't see error icons on any modules. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? (It doesn't occur with any particular scenario, it feels almost random.)
Which module do I use to create an update comment on a task?
When I try to make a connection with the Google Sheets connector, I click on the google account I want to connect and I get the error shown in the attached photo.
I am doing a workflow from Workfront to a third-party application. Upon a trigger, I want to upload a Workfront document. I am wondering if there is a way to chunk a file in Fusion 2.0?
Can't get this date to subtract 14 days. Have added and removed extra colons, tried reformatting the date, nothing works. It's probably something simple or right under my nose.
The documentation for "contains" isn't too helpful ... the (Hello World,Hello) example doesn't show how to check a field. I'm trying to see if a field contains the word Anniversary. If true, I'll set a project ID. If not, nada. Right now, I'm just testing and I'm getting nowhere. I know the field contains Anniversary, but I keep getting a false. Anyone out there know how to do this?
Does anyone know whether you can concatenate in Fusion 2.0? I know there's a CONCAT function in WF but does that apply to Fusion? Do I simply use that command?
Afternoon folks,I'm investigating a business scenario which is meant to keep a Pair of projects' schedule in sync (so to speak). Essentially, Project A starts first and at a certain point the business branches off and starts Project B. Project B cannot complete until a particular task approval from Project A is completed. Manually adding the predecessor works just fine, but we're hoping to trigger Project B automatically based on that Project A task being set to Complete : Pending Approval AND setting the appropriate cross-project predecessor up at the time of creating Project B (without a PM getting involved). I was imagining I'd need to use a Custom API Call module to add a PRED object, but I immediately bump into the following error:[422] PRED is not a top level object and can't be requested directly in internal. Not finding an alternative to use Update Record module, or Misc Action, module, etc. Read Related Record will get me the predecessors. It seems like
I'm trying to create a webhook to a third party API. In my scenario, I need to create a response to the HTTP module (where the webhook is successfully being created in the other API). The response has to be code 200 and a return piece of authorization code, which is data parsed out of the http module. The Webhook defaults to the 200 response, which is great, and I add the code response I'm getting an error, "Gateway trigger is required in order for this module to work." What's that mean? I can't get past this verification step. Help!
I am creating a scenario that has a webhook trigger. I want to set up a couple different webhooks on this scenario ("Document" Creation and "Image" Creation since the third party app distinguishes them as different events but I effectively see them as one). The problem is the template of the responses are different and Fusion structures the metadata based on what it has received. Therefore, I have to use one or the other and not both. My question is this; is there a way to anticipate the structure of an API payload and route it another connector. My thought is like a dot notation as follows; If(WEBHOOK.RESPONSE.TYPE == Image; WEBHOOK.RESPONSE.IMAGE; WEBHOOK.RESPONSE.DOCUMENT) This might not be the clearest way to explain this but essentially I want to be able to anticipate a JSON structure response without having to use the 'hard coded' template metadata that Fusion provides after it has received an example payload.
How do I make this map-able? It comes in from a Webhook as "Data" in a pretty pink box, but I can't figure out how to break it up. {"rowNumber":1,"version":16,"expanded":true,"accessLevel":"OWNER","createdAt":"2020-09-16T00:59:27Z","modifiedAt":"2020-09-16T01:06:19Z","cells":[{"columnId":2644018982086532,"value":"Grand Finale Hopes","displayValue":"Grand Finale Hopes"},{"columnId":7147618609457028,"value":"andy@google.com","displayValue":"andy@google.com"},{"columnId":1518119075243908,"value":"company","displayValue":"company"},{"columnId":6021718702614404,"value":"Dr. Jekyl,"displayValue":"Dr. Jekyl"},{"columnId":3769918888929156,"value":"Email","
I'm working with a third-party API that requires a 200 http status code is sent back after doing a callback to my Fusion webhook. Is that something I have to setup? Or Fusion just does that automatically? And if I do have to set up, can someone show me how?
I have a working Postman command for an Oauth 2.0 "POST." Separately, I also have a working Oauth 2.0 within Fusion for the same destination using the HTTP Oauth 2.0 connector.I'm running into trouble trying to convert what I have in Postman, into Fusion. When I do a HEAD with the HTTP connector, I succeed. Same thing when I do GET with the scope of Read_Sheet.I copied the body from Postman into POST command in Fusion, calling it RAW and setting it to JSON:I receive an error, 1004: you are not authorized, which is weird because you have to set the connection first, and it's verified.I thought maybe I needed to add an "Authentication : Bearer xxxxx" in the header, and that got me an error about expecting HTML.Other things I've tried: putting all of Postman's code into the Body, same 1004. Putting all of the code in as a Query string, same 1004. Putting just the authentication/bearer into the Query string, same.I would love to hear any suggestions people may have.
Can anyone tell me how I authenticate with an API key? From what I can see this is the command: curl https://api.smartsheet.com/2.0/users/me \`-H "Authorization: Bearer ############" I tried to use the HTTP fusion but the URL doesn't work. Ultimately, I'm trying to create a Fusion that will watch new rows on a Smartsheet so I can have them added into Workfront.
Hello to all of our new members, welcome to our Workfront Fusion 2.0 group! We're excited to have so many people start using and learning about this incredible technology. This group is to talk about automating workflows and integrating systems—and using Workfront Fusion 2.0 to do that!
Right now, I do not see it. Would I need to convert the template into HTML? Also, I see an attachment associated with "Send Email" but I am not sure how to add an attachment. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
