"Scenario was Rejected"

I find myself getting this error a bunch lately. However, I don't see error icons on any modules. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? (It doesn't occur with any particular scenario, it feels almost random.)

    I hope you are doing well.

    It's unlikely you are doing anything wrong. I suggest approaching this as a support issue if a scenario is reject more than once.

    Please include a link to the scenario and indicate if it is active or one you are currently building so that our support team can prioritize appropriately.
