Adobe Workfront Fusion

Greetings All. My co-worker and I are looking for places where we can learn. We both took the Bootcamp, but we feel there's so much context to understand that we need to learn more. We're also wondering when to choose which module for what.  Are there sub communities we should follow?Are there any videos, or reading material?Any training available from Adobe?Should we take the reporting training?What about API training?We will take anything you can share with us! We are using the new OAuth process to pull data from Workfront using the API key. Pulling data for HOURS has proven to be on the difficult side of things - as the new concurrency limit is 10 - so we can only run 10 API calls in parallel, this takes the pipeline very long to run if we are even pulling data on a filtered view of the last 1 year or so. Does anyone have a work around to this, or have a insight into if Workfront will increase their concurrency limits?

I'm sure there's an easy way to do this that I haven't explored. I have a scenario where I set up an API call to pull recently completed tasks for a project. I want to filter the most recent completed tasks so it pinpoints a single task vs. multiple. Is there a module I can set up to take the projected completion date from my API call and and pull the task that is closest to today? 

Is it possible to create a custom field that lists all of a project's task statuses? If not, what would be the best way to display this information in a field that would be readable by Fusion.

For example: Project A is created using Project Template A.Project Template A has 4 queue topics and 2 topic groups defined.Therefore, Project A is also having 4 queue topics and 2 topic groupsNow before any requests are created in Project A, I wanted to use Fusion to see all the 4 queue topic IDs and 2 topic group IDs. Hi there, the output of an aggregator (module #82), I am getting as an array with values C, F and S as you can refer in the screenshot. Now in the next module #83, I need to concat them as "CFS" (preferably without any separators). I am using join function, but its not working. Please help!   Module #83 output is empty as follows,  

In the below module #11, I am read the request meta data.And I am using these meta data in module # 59 (set variable) with IF statements I am expecting the output of the module as "1" in the 1st operation and "2" in the 2nd operation and "3" in the 3rd operation as per the values captured in the module#11. But output of the module#59 is always the first value for all operations and ignoring the subsequent values. In this example, please refer the module #59 output in the below screenshot, Help me to write the correct "If statement" in the module #59

Is there anyone out there using Fusion and the new Upload Document module (not the one marked Legacy) to upload a new version of a Document? In a heavily used Fusion Scenario, I recently replaced the Upload Document (Legacy) module with the new, non-legacy module called Upload Document, thinking this was a smart thing to do. I have found that it will not upload a Document as a new Document Version (DOCV). I have simplified to perform a test (see screenshot) [1] Assign a valid, static document id to a system variable[2] Download the document into Fusion[3] Immediately upload that document as a new document version of the original document. This does not work either. The scenario runs, does not error and does not save the document as a new version. This is infuriating! I have reached out to Adobe Support, but they are ignoring me. Any suggestions or even confirmation that this BUG exists on any of your instances?? Thanks,Wes Denaro 

Hello, I have a scenario in which I have an empty array passing through a filter despite the filter asking that the value must exist. Can someone point out what I have wrong in my array? Here is my array: and here is my filter: With a second filter/route if the value does existNow here is a the scenario run in a way that would not include any values from those fields: As you can see I have made no entry for those values. Despite that the bundle still passes through my "exists" filter.   Any ideas here? I feel like I am missing something obvious. Thank you in advance.

I need to delete all documents in a project with the word "test" when the status changes to complete. Using fusion

Hi team, We have just signed the contracts to purchase Fusion and one of the biggest questions we have is where to start. Does anyone have any Fusion scenarios that quickly provided value to their teams right out of the gate? We have our own brainstormed scenarios, but wanted to pick the brains of other Fusion friends to see if we were missing anything. Best,E

I'm working on a workflow to reset users to default values when their accounts are disabled (it's quite common for people to leave the company and come back in a different capacity).I have an 'Update Record' module that does most of the work, including setting their Home Group to our default group. Then I have a 'Custom API Call' module to clear the collections, including Other Groups.What I'm seeing is that everything is working except that their old Home Group is remaining in their Other Groups, even though that's no longer their Home Group.Any thoughts on how to get around this?

For testing and hypercare we are capturing issue logs in excel files. Is it possible to read the data from excel files which are stored on sharepoint into workfront via Fusion and post information back into Excel?

Hi Everyone, I am trying to retrieve audiences from AEP by creating a connection using the Adobe Authenticator and the GET method with the audience ID. I am then using another Adobe Authenticator module to update the output from the previous module using the PATCH method.When I manually paste the output from the preceding module, the scenario works fine. However, when I try to map the fields from the first module, I encounter a 400 error.Please suggest how I can achieve this. Regards,

The tl;dr: How do I utilize an HTTP or Custom API Call module in lieu of a download doc module so I can get this info? The reason: There's a piece of data in these response headers that I want to utilize in an automation which isn't available using the regular ignore error handler.   I'm guessing to get this info that I'd need to use an HTTP module or a custom API call module. I just don't know the syntax for this. Help?

In Workfront when you click on a timesheet profile, there is a setting for who becomes the approver for any generated timesheets.This field is not available on the timesheet profile TSPRO object. I have looked through many other objects and cannot find where this field is available over the API.How can one query this field from Fusion or over the API?Ultimately I need this field for generating timesheets in a special way using Fusion.

Hello! I'm building a Fusion scenario in which there's a trigger field in a custom form attached to a project. Once that trigger gets flipped (and a number of other Fusion actions take place), I'd like Fusion to mark a specific task from the project as complete.    Where I'm running into trouble is how to reference the Task ID for the specific task within the project.  I've got the array of tasks from a Read Record module in the scenario (and the name and Task ID for the task is within that). The Name of the task should always stay the same, so I could filter using that.  The project is created from a template and so the (project) Task in question will be created from a Template Task with a consistent Template Task ID. Not sure if that's useful in finding the Task ID. Ultimately, I want to end this scenario with a Update Record module, and update the Status of the Task to Complete, but I need to be able to point that module to the right Task. I feel like with

WOOHOO! But, what I need is to build a webhook or event to listen for the scenario and run when an Issue's Status changes to "Ready for Fusion". Can someone help me create that? I am running a scenario that copies a set of Template Tasks over to a project after it's initial creation, but the last task of the Template Tasks I am copying over is excluded as I only need that task once in the project. Currently after flipping my project I am left with that has that "end/last" task, but it lands earlier in the timeline than it should (due to the original project conversion and subsequent Template Tasks being added later in the scenario).Is there a way to target an individual task on a project and then set that task as the last task in the project?Any help is greatly appreciated!  Thank you,Eric
