Adobe Workfront Fusion

Hi All,I've created a few simple Fusion scenarios already and when an update was needed on a Task/Issue/Project/etc., I always used the Workfront "Create a record" Fusion module, selecting "Update" as record type:When I added a URL to the "Update Text" (as seen above) Workfront conveniently displayed that as a clickable link.But I always thought that it's not possible to create a link with a displayed text other then the URL, i.e. something like this:<a href="https://{{workfrontDomain}}/project/{{projectID}}">My Project</a>Maybe I tried it earlier and it didn't work, or I just made this up - I don't know any more. Today I set out to find a solution and I learnt a lot:.Updates are actually note records in Workfront.The note records have a noteText field and a html field. Hi everyone, I need some assistance with sharing projects in Workfront. We have around 700 projects, and I have a list of these projects along with the teams they need to be shared with in CSV. Could anyone guide me on the best way to efficiently share these projects with the respective teams? I cant find option using Fusion action modules. Any tips or best practices would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I am trying to connect Workfront to an external platform, Wordbee. I have the information successfully going from Workfront into Wordbee. I also have the HTTP Make a Request modules working correctly, however the ID it is generating the request id and not the order id in Wordbee. WordBee takes a few seconds/mins depending on the queue to complete order creation.My next steps are:Create custom webhook in Workfront to watch new order events in wordbeePass this webhook URL in the Create Order API request along with current dataOnce WordBee completes creation of the order, it will trigger the webhook URL configured in WorkfrontBuild a workflow that listens to this trigger and saves this order id in the Workfront projectBut my question is: Do I need to make a separate scenario for the webhook to listen to Wordbee and pass the information back into Workfront or can I have it all in my current scenario

Currently, I am getting a problem of referencing a specific element in a collection such as "1163:body.data" ("module-number.body:data") in Fusion.  Therefore, I need to convert a collection to an array so that I can use array functions to get specific elements. Does anyone know how to convert a collection to an array in Fusion? I really appreciate it! Anh Ly-HangVanguard Group

Hi, I am still trying to wrap my head around the way fusion handles variable creation namely arrays (coming from NodeJS).I am fetching all documents from one issue, and for each document I am fetching the proof information for each version. I am only interested in checking the proofDecision of the last version of each document; I am trying to set a variable (an array) that would store the proofDecision of the last version of each document. This is the scenario currently; my aim would be to have an array of collections with all the information from each operation/bundle in it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi, I am trying to create a scenario that would be triggered whenever a document's proof status is updated. Quick setup is there's a Workfront project with issues; issues will have documents (although it's not mandatory) and those documents will have a proof workflow. I need to trigger my scenario every time there's an update to the proof status of any document. Idea is to change the issue status when all documents are approved. I tried triggering the scenario with issue record type and lastUpdateDate changed filter, but it seems that when the proof is updated, it does not alter the issue updated date. Same happens with the document record type and lastUpdateDate filter.I can use the document version record type, but then I can't seem to target a specific projectID. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi All, when Fusion creates a record (Project / Task / etc.) in Workfront, the enteredByID field on the new record will reflect the Workfront user that represents the Fusion automation (more precisely: the WF user who created the Oath application used by Fusion to connect to WF). I wonder if there is any way for Fusion to create a WF record with a different enteredByID. For example, when Fusion processes a request and creates a new task (not by converting from the issue), I'd like the task to have the enteredByID matching enteredByID of the original request. I tried mapping enteredByID in the Create Record module, and also tried changing the enteredByID via Update Record, but neither worked. Thank you for any inputs.Tibor

Hi, I am currently working on a scenario where I need to trigger an e-mail notification to all the project owners under the "Event " program about their incomplete task before 5 days to the "Event Date" (custom field).  I have created the scenario but its sending the notification only to a single project (1st in the queue) and not sending the notification to all the other projects that under the "Event" program. I have create the custom API to get the all the data->used Iterator->created the set variable to get the no.of days lefts. Its working fine but only for just one project and sending notification to all the projects.Sharing the screenshot for reference.   Any suggestion or different approach would be highly appreciated. Hi All, I'd like to run a Fusion scenario when either or both of these 2 events occur on an Issue:A) Status changes to "Booked" while a user is already assigned.B) A user gets assigned (as Primary assignee) while the status is "Booked".("Booked" is a custom status coded as BOC.) Since the Fusion UI doesn't allow me to create a webhook with multiple subscriptions (so as to achieve the "OR" operator), I used the subscription API to create the 2 subsciptions:A) (new state) assignedToID EXISTS AND status CHANGES AND status = BOC B) (new state) assignedToID EXISTS AND assignedToID CHANGES AND status = BOCThis works most of the time, except the situation when the 2 changes happen at the same time, i.e. both assignedToID CHANGES and status CHANGES to BOC in the same update. In this situation the webhook gets 2 notifications with a few nanoseconds difference and my scenario runs twice. (The second run fails because it attempts the operations that the first run completed parallel.)&nb

Hi, this might be a trivial question, but I am unable to get it to work.I have a calculated field that should update its value whenever a second field (status) is updated. I want to use Fusion to update the status, and I am able to make that update, but it seems the formula of the calculated field is not triggered with this update. Is there a way to actually update the status field through Fusion, and trigger the calculated field to be updated as well? Thanks in advance for any help. Joao

Hi everyone,  Problem: Proofs that are created in the issue are not automatically moving over to the project once it's been converted and the requester doesn't remember to do it.  Solution: I would like to use Workfront Fusion to automate this process.  I'm looking for some information or help if anyone is familiar on how to setup something like this in Fusion. Thanks in advance. 

I have a task watch record module that I am trying to use the optional filter to capture only tasks that have an actual completion date of todays date.  I have tried actualCompletionDate=now but it errors out.  Does anyone know the right syntax? In addition, is there any documentation on using the optional filter? Thanks in advance for any any all help. Frank

Is it possible to export fusion scenario logs to an external tool such as Splunk?  We use Splunk to trigger alerts when errors or issues are deteted.

I've noticed that since Fusion is linked to my account that it will attach me to the People section within every project launched. This is overwhelming me with notifications that don't necessarily apply to me.  Any suggestions on how to eliminate this?  

Hello,I have an easy question for the greater minds on here. I've created a simple https query to test snowflake environment. I'm trying to process the data I receive by iterating through it and I'm having some difficulty with that step.  In detail - 1. The returned results look like this - 2. the data is captured into a module that looks like this 3. Sample of data when passing through this get Data.data module4. This is converted into an Array    5. Then iterated ...  Question - If I only wanted to read the email column in the next module, how do I do that?    

How to trigger fusion instantly when new team is created or updated?

Hello, I have a simple ask that I am unsure how to achieve in Fusion. Is it possible to unassign Tems/Roles/Users from Template Tasks as an action? What if I wanted to just simply remove one of those assignments from a Template Task but not replace it with any ID? Thank you,Eric

Hello,Hoping someone can assist.I need to display different field level data on different rows of a CSV file I create via Fusion.E.g. in Workfront the users specifies how many Leads they need via a dropdown field and then fields appear for each Lead for them to fill in:Name 1, Date 1Name 2, Date 2Name 3, Date 3I need those fields to be placed on separate rows on the CSV but I am struggling to find a way to do it.Any help appreciated! Hi All, I'm trying to create a filter on my fusion scenario that filters out all newly added documents that do not live in a project folder labeled "Weekly Production Report".  There is nothing native in the options that I currently see.  I attempted to use "folder:name" as a condition to my filter but that didn't seem to work. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
