Hi, community, I have lists of products (offline store data) that are the best selling in different cities. for example for city A, I have a list of 20 products, for city B, another 20 products this list gets refreshed on a weekly or monthly basis. How can I use this offline data and create different recommendations like top sellers in city A (visible to only city A people), top sellers in city B (visible to only city B people), and so on?   Thanks in advance.

Hello!I am trying to create a curated set of recommendations to be featured on a homepage. I thought i could achieve this by creating custom criteria and uploading products via CSV, but i am not having much luck. Any suggestions?

Hi Team,   In our recommendation activity, I can see the data is present in the download data.  But in the activity response I see this in trace:   { "response" : { "node" : "r3edge-0", "status" : { "code" : "NO_CONTENT", "details" : "" } }}   I can also see in the response: { "Breakdown of Recommendations" : { "Recommendations due to Criterion moreFromxxx" : [ "OFF-66058", "OFF-69167", "OFF-66068" ] }\n}   The collection that activity is using has only three offers [ "OFF-66058", "OFF-69167", "OFF-66068" ]    So wanted to know what could be the probable reason for NO_CONTENT in the response.   Any help on this would be really helpful.

It has been announced that that IOS 15 update for all apple devices will start masking IP addresses of users and will be compounding those to the nearest iCloud server. There have speculations that it will only be a feature for users who are enabling secure browsing on safari, with an iCloud + subscription. But we can foresee this happening to all users. With over 44% of mobile traffic coming from apple devices, it will be a huge impact on geo based personalization activities. How should one tackle this issue? Are there any workaround for this issue?

Hey Target community. I'm following up on a post from @brendanjaffary a few years ago.https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-target-ideas/ui-feature-to-export-all-products-from-a-catalog-collection/idi-p/339648 I manage a catalog of 200,000+ products and am looking for a way to mass-remove products that are no longer available and have thus 404d. If I could simply export our entire Target catalog and compare it against our Target feed in something like Excel, then I could easily identify products that are no longer available, and run a Delete Entities API call on them.http://developers.adobetarget.com/api/recommendations/#operation/deleteEntities @rhornick has noted that there is a Catalog Search API that's close to what I'm looking for. Is there an easy/automated way to flag pages that are currently running tests or personalized experiences?  The good news is our testing and personalization program is now running across a large number of pages across our site.  But this has created some operational challenges.  Our web team has to manually review the list of active tests (or just notice the page looks different in AEM), before they make any updates to a page.  I’m wondering if anyone has come up with a better solution to help avoid web content updates from breaking tests and personalized experiences?    It would be great if there was a way to add a flag in AEM so authors could quickly see a given page has a live test running on the page.

Hi Everyone,While trying to create an A/B test, I am trying for layout test for contents on page, by resizing container on one of the container and moving other using 'Layout' option. However any change gives me an error on modification pane as - 'Action could not be applied due to missing or invalid mbox name'.Also I tried to go ahead and save the experience [even with error] and then test it using QA URL but just the default experience and not the test version.Can you please help me to find the cause behind this error and fix it.Thanks,  

Hi, I have an experiment I have been working that is showing the SRM issue.  Is an A/B test with 50/50 split targeting 100% audience. I relaunched the experiments few times, always trying different setup, but the SRM issue still appears and in some cases, happened 2 weeks after relaunching it. Any idea of what the cause could be?  

Hello, I have implemented the triggerView functionality on my organization's SPA. I can add CSS, basic HTML, and other changes to a particular view in the VEC. However, I have not been able to successfully add Custom Code (specifically a JS script); the script simply does not execute. I have tried multiple combinations: adding to head/not adding to head, various scripts including simple console.logs, etc. To be clear, I am very familiar with adding custom JS to "normal" (not using triggerView()) Experiences to through the VEC, even to the same SPA that is not working with the triggerViews.   Is this a known issue? Specifically, is it even possible to add custom JS to a particular view via the VEC? If not, any suggestions as to what may be going wrong? Thanks.

Hello, Do anyone have any tips on whether MVT can support a 2x3 on two pages? For example, page A has two locations and 3 variables, we want to carry the experience to page B and make it consistent, location A, say color a should carry to page b location A also have a color a.  Or this has to be done via A/B?  Thanks 

Hi everyone!We've just deployed an A/B test with a simple 50/50 split.The test has been running for 3 days and the current split is 66% control, 34% test for 222 visitors (we're using Analytics for Target as the reporting source). Yesterday, it was an 80/20 split between the control and test variants.The test itself deploys a client side redirect if the customer has a specific cookie value (we're not using the built in redirect to page option in Target as we need to modify the cookie value before applying the redirect). The audience is based on customers hitting the site with a specific query parameter value.There haven't been any changes since activation (i.e. pausing and reactivated, changes to audience, etc.) so I'm just wondering if there's a ballpark figure where we can expect the numbers to even out as required.Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I've ran a very simple automated personalization test to kick the tires and try it out. I'm getting the data back finally but I'm having trouble understanding how to read the data. I've attached a screenshot of one of the segments. Should I ignore the risk-free offer since it had so little visits?Would the assumption that free design help, inspiration, and help installing performed the best for this segment?

Our devs have asked to disable the pre-hiding snippet. They do not have it implemented in the source code. How can I disable it through Adobe Launch? Below is the current implementation through custom code.        

Adobe Analytics recently released Folders on the Workspace screen, which is a useful way of organising projects. A similar feature in the Target UI, which is basically Folders for activities would be a great feature. The existing filters are somewhat useful but it would be helpful to have the ability to create and nest folders so activities can be organised by internal things like product, brand, stakeholder group, financial year, quarter etc. Workspaces is not the right solution for this as we use them for clientside, serverside, sandbox etc. We already use a descriptive naming convention for our activities but dozens of them are getting difficult to manage.

Can you edit overlay on the web page and publish changes using AT VEC?

I was wondering if I can get some clarity on this entity attribute?   For whatever reason back in the day, we were firing two mbox calls on our product detail pages with the exact same entity attributes, but one call included entity.event.detailsOnly (set to true), and the other did not. The previous people that set up Launch and Target have moved on and I don't have context on why we had two nearly identical mbox calls on product detail pages.   I'm seeing if I can clean this up and only keep one of the mbox calls. But I'm wondering if I should keep entity.event.detailsOnly or remove it.   Here is what the documentation states:   In the examples below, the first mbox call updates the catalog and behavioral data. Hi All,    I need to set a cap of 20,000 Visitors to an AB test (requirement from a stakeholder), specifically; - we want to allow 20k people to qualify for the experience - we want to keep the test open to the qualified people until;  1) they convert, or  2) the test has run for 4 weeks - if any new visitors after the first 20k people qualify we don't want to show them the experience. I can't find any documentation to suggest this is possible but need to be sure, can anyone help!!??   Thank you so much!

Hi Team,   As per my understanding  - order id, order total & productPurchaseID , these three fields could be send to Target through orderConfirmMbox. For our requirement we also need additional info like "discountApplied"  to be passed in the mbox. So can I pass that like this : orderId : transactionID|discountApplied   So wanted to ask if it could impact the Top Sellers at Target end? I mean can I pass other info in the orderId value using "|" ? My fear is it may not impact the Top Sellers algorithm of the recommendation.
