Adobe Target

I am new to Adobe Target and I would like to know how Adobe Target Form Composer can be implemented for website forms.Could you please explain the process of creating a custom mbox for a specific hero banner on a website?I am currently experiencing an issue where the mbox offer does not reflect on the website when using the VEC and Form composer activity. What might be causing this problem, and what steps can I take to resolve it?

Hi all,  We are currently operating with two different websites (homepage where we are running tests on one and resulting orders on another). I was provided a solution by Adobe to run my experiment as normal with the engagement metrics being measured (in one reporting suite) and to setup another XT using a profile script that looks for anyone who qualifies for my initial AB and track their orders associated with it (in the other reporting suite).  This solution worked but didn't separate the Control vs Experience orders - it just gave me one value of orders for the activity as a whole - not useful when trying to determine uplift against the control! I need to amend the profile script to also look for the attribute 'experience.name' or 'experience.id' - this is the original script just looking for the activity qualification://retrieves all the activity IDs on the current pagevar arrAct= user.activeActivities;// Define the Activity ID to search for examplevar num

We are using AEM 6.5 (AEM as Managed Service) and there is no option to export content fragment to adobe target but i have a option to export XF. Is there a any other option to  export content fragment to Adobe Target? 

Hello, We are looking at implementing the customer attributes feature. I have reviewed the documentation both in the Target section as well as the "Experience Cloud Interface Component" docs.  I understand you upload customer IDs and associated attributes to the platform and that you must send this ID to the platform on the page level after the user logs in. However, based on Adobe's docs (primarily https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/audiences/visitor-profiles/working-with-customer-attributes.html?lang=en and https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/audiences/visitor-profiles/working-with-customer-attributes.html?lang=en) I am unclear on the relationship between the customerID functions from the ECID lbirary and Target's `mbox3rdPartyID`. Specifically, does one: (1) send the ID in the `mbox3rdPartyID`, (2) use `setCustomerID()`of the ECID service, or (3) both? Thanks!

Does anyone know how the Adobe Target category affinity algorithm treats multiple values passed to the user.categoryId mbox parameter? Let’s say that I have the following journey. Hi -I am fairly new to Adobe Target.  I want to set up a experience to split traffic between 2 experiences (initially 50/50).  When users visit each experience, I want it to remember who it was based on their customer ID so that when they come back they get that experience again.  The split would continue until all users are onto the new experience.  Any tips?

Experience Fragments are getting displayed as Empty page in AEM when ever tried to open after exporting into target from AEM 6.5 as Cloud - We have enabled AB testing activity in Adobe target for one AEM page with 50/50 score, we have used same page for experience-A and for experience-B , we have removed form content in current page & replaced with experience fragment ( offers) which was exported from AEM as cloud. - Later we are trying to update changes in same Experience Fragment in AEM, but suddenly this page is getting empty in AEM author ( AEM as Cloud). any insights/suggestions on this matter, why exported experience fragment to Adobe target pages are getting impacted  on AEM side and Thank you. CheersRaju

Hi, I am setting up my first AT test and found that my activity did not run at all after I activated it. I went to check in the collision tab and saw that some of the past inactivate AT test might be affecting the same page but I am not sure if my assumption is correct.  How do I remove these roadblocks as these inactive AT tests have stopped running more than 3 years ago.Any advice and guidance on this will be most appreciated.     Thanks!Jean

I have an A/B test dashboard set up using A4T segments.  I am seeing activities that are specific to the challenger being pulled into the CONTROL group. In this case, activity links that are specific to the challenger only, are being reported as click activities within the Control group. What might be happening here?  My assumption is if they are the control group, then they are excluded from seeing the challenger experience.  And if they cleared their cookie/browser history, then they shouldn't be identifiable as control and they would be grouped into challenger experience as new visitor. I didn't think the two would overlap.  It's not a high number less than 10 but I want to understand why this is happening.  Thanks.

I've set up an basic Activity with "All visitors" targeted. Within the Activity the only modification I made was executing a javascript console log. When I open the QA link I see the console log being made. Only when I navigate to another page the console log is no longer made. When I return to the original page the console log is made again. So the preview persists throughout my session. But it only fires on the initial page I configured when creating the Activity. With "All visitors" targeted, should'nt the Activity fire on all pages?

I am doing A/B Test with a change in the top navigation of my site. The top navigation of my site is designed in a way that you can click it to navigate on my site from any page. It is like It stays on the top of every page. An example of a top navigation drop-down is as below. I have created an experience with changes in the names of the dropdown links.  However, the changes in my Exp B that I have done in the Top Navigation drop-down names are only getting reflected on the home page <https://www.amgweb.com> which I entered as an activity URL when started creating the A/B test. I want my changes to be shown on every page. How can I fix that? Also, can we create 3 or more experiences in the A/B test and select an auto-allocate targeting methodology?  .                       Thanks

I have enabled some configurations in Launch and Adobe Target to capture the category affinity of users but it's not working for me. I created a rule in Launch and configured category affinity as mbox param using "user.categoryId". It's further mapped to a data element capturing the page's product category type.  And, In Target I created a profile script as below screenshot and mapped it for audience creation   I tried to put mbox trace but I don't know why for my visits I am unable to see affinity for my product category, I am seeing below thing in value [luxury] I don't know from where it's coming up what is that? Am I missing something setting up CA?

I want to be able to run AB tests that consistently drop a user into a specific (randomized) experiment experience - no matter which browser they sign in on.   The experience is post sign in - so essentially I want to randomly assign user ids to test and control - as opposed to visitor ids.   Is this possible?  I cannot find out how to do this in the documentation.  Can someone point me in the right direction - I may be looking for the wrong thing!Thanks,Matt

We have used AT as a reporting source for an A/B test activity. Now, for our additional analysis on this audience list selected for this activity, we wanted to create an audience and share those with Adobe Analytics workspace. I know this would have been easier if we had used AA as reporting source rather than AT. But, how should one perform additional analysis when AT is used for reporting?
