Adobe Target

I've created an A/B test activity that is being served on our site's homepage via a VEC activity. Half of the traffic is being redirected to a different URL while the other half should be seeing the default experience that is being loaded in via the global mbox. What seems to be happening is there are other XT activities at a lower priority than the test and these are serving targeted offers on the homepage, so the control experience isn't what we want. Any suggestions on how to avoid this happening? Or best practices for executing a redirect test using a VEC A/B activity?

How to create an audience for people coming from specific Mobile phone models in Target? I am trying to get an audience for users of Google Pixel 7 models and higherI do see a field called ‘Device Marketing Name’ in Target, but it does not have models beyond Pixel 7. Any help would be appreciated!

I have create ab activity via api and have added the metrics also and my request body is as below. After creating i can't even the Goal section in ui and also while using targetClient.getAttributes function i'm not getting the mbox data but if i create the same within ui i'm able to get it. Hi All, I have a page that includes a Pardot form, which is injected into an iframe.Our goal is to track form submissions on this page and determine which experience (A or B) had more submissions. We are using VEC (Visual Experience Composer) to create activities and experiences.Note:Due to the form being inside an iframe, we cannot directly target the submit button of the Pardot form in VEC for a page. But we can target the form separately in different activity to track the number of submissions, then we won't be able to determine from which experience each submission originated. Please consider this limitation and suggest a workaround.

We use Target for our AB tests and Analytics for our metrics.  I understand Analytics and Target uses the Frequentist model and not the Bayesian model?  We have another product that uses a different platform for it's testing and metrics (neither Adobe), but they use the Bayesian model, and I'm trying to understand in laymen's terms the pros and cons of the Frequentist vs the Bayesian model for determining if a test is succesful or not?  We're using tests to sell a non-tangible product, such as insurance.

I have created XT activity and its qualify. I can see values in network call but i am not able to see in visitor profile. I have run activity multiple times.

Hi everyone, I would like to discus the answer of the question for the exam for the Adobe Target Business Practitioner Professional as the answer in my opinion is wrong.The exam question is: When creating an A/B test in Adobe Target, what is the primary purpose of a "control" in the test set up?Correct anwer accoring to the exam is: To serve as the default content for users who are not part of the test. Please tell me how this can be true as the users in the control of course are part of the test and counted in the total visitor. In my opinion the answer should be to measure the difference between the control and the variation but this option didn't even exist.I would be super happy to receive any option on this one. Maybe I understood the question wrong. Thank you!Christina

I am trying to combine audiences in Target, one is an inclusion of a profile script and the other is an exclusion. When I build it, it looks correct. When I hover over the "i" to view it later, it adds in "all visitors" to the exclusion piece and now looks incorrect. I can't determine if that's normal or if it's truly correct or not. I ONLY want visitors who have fulfill that profile script and also make sure no employees see it. Why would it throw in "all visitors"? 

Is it possible to fetch bestsellers (sales ranking from Target back-end?) from Target to somehow check if bestsellers recommendations are made properly? I know that there is a workaround is AA etc. 

Beginner Question - What strategies do you use to AB experiment a website that is not exactly an ecommerce website but is similar in terms of its offerings and services. (Adobe Target)1. How do you test AI chatbot and help section?2. How do you include MVT testing?3. And how do you leverage "recommendations" in Adobe Target and build tests? 

Hoping to get some additional help/insight into how Total Sales (Control Offer) is determined for a brand-new test. Do we need to run the test for a few days ahead of the full test to get an idea of what the control offer generates? Is there best practice guidance into how this is done? Any help here would be appreciated!

Hi Everyone,I've set up an experience targeting activity with the following configurations:Experience A: Displays a cycling hero image with a unique CTA on the homepage for users in the "Bronze" Loyalty segment.Experience A0: Displays a beach-walking hero image with a different CTA on the homepage for users in the "Gold" Loyalty segment.I’m using localhost (we-retail) for testing. For audience creation, I've set the profile parameter to equal "Bronze," which I can confirm is correctly reflected in the AEP platform debugger (please see the screenshot)However, despite being qualified for the "Bronze" audience, I’m not consistently seeing the intended experience. Most of the time, the default hero image and CTA are displayed instead. Could you help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?

Hello,  I have a quick question. I wonder if it is possible to update existing visitor profiles or create new ones using the sendEvent command from alloy (no tag manager available). I know that on page load in the first sendEvent command you can pass profile Params to target inside the data.__adobe.. property but I don’t know if I can pass new params during the runtime of the page for example when a user do something within an activity for example clicking the add to cart button. also would be great to know if that works not only for existing profile params passed in the first sendEvent on page load but also to new ones I come up along the way. thank you all a lot!

I already creating my adobe target configuration , IMS configuration , and also the legacy cloud service configuration.But when I try to Export my content fragment to adobe target is Failed is somebody know what is the issue ?But if in experience fragment is working fine.
