Adobe Target

Hi,Before we had the Analytics 4 Target (A4T) integration, it was possible (I know it is still possible, but it don't seems to be stable!) to send the Target campaign activities to Analytics, where we could export the data via a data feed to our data warehouse, for further analysis.Since Adobe released A4T, it don't seems like it is possible to do this anymore, without using the old integration witch I found very unstable. Anyone who have found a way of doing this? My key is the visitor ID that i have populated to an eVar. I can populate Target with that eVar value (custom parameter to the global mbox etc.) if needed, but it don't seems like I can export/report on that data anyway...Does anyone have a suggestion on how to solve this?/Løjmann

Hey All,I'm stuck...I created a campaign that requires a specific parameter to be loaded into the Global mBox 5 pages after someone sees the offer.  I can see the parameter being passed to the Global mBox via the debugger but Adobe Target Classic doesn't recognize it as a conversion....I am using this code:mboxUpdate('Global','deliveryDay=NextDay')Any ideas????Cheers,Eric

Does anyone has any thoughts about using Adobe Target to split outside-USA traffic and direct them to a different website? Is this a good use case for the product?

Whenever I try to pay the product I receive the massage that my account is registered in a different country and that I have to log in again with the right account. Hi,I'm a noob (about 30 mins old) into mbox and don't have access to our Adobe Target software (client has it)Our client is using Adobe Target for their homepage which contains 8 tiles (images, with some text). They have currently implemented one of these tiles to use mbox and have the content change per Adobe Target rules that come in via a javascript object (provided by the client, not created by myself). Since the client only controls one tile it's easy, whatever comes back from Target gets thrown into the single tile. Fast forward to today, the client now wants to be able to control all 8 tiles in this same fashion. My question is, on the Adobe target side, is there an easy way to name/create a well defined data structure that maps to each tile so the frontend javascript can map each set of data properly (eg "tile-1": data, "tile-2":data, etc)?Thanks!

Hey guys,I see that the usage of MBOX.js is quite similar to Google Analytics with some minor differences.If I include mbox.js in my site header, will changes made on the admin interface of Adobe Target reflect automatically on the site, or will I have to re-download the mbox.js file.Thanks.

What is the most efficient way to troubleshoot Mbox's?

I have recently taken over a Test and Target configuration with hundreds of Campaigns, Offers and Locations.  I am attempting to reconcile URL file references and confirm that references to old websites on an asset server are removed.I am not seeing a means of Searching across campaigns, offers and locations to wildcard search html content for specific references.  I likewise do not see a means to export these entries, whereby a grep could be performed and narrow down specific outdated references.Does anyone know how to wildcard content search or export to help in performing this task?

I am trying to access saveCampaign API for testing purpose.I followed the instructions provided, formed URL to create a plain campaign with URL  : https://testandtarget.omniture.com/api?client=user&email=user1@acme.com//testandtarget.omniture.com/api?client=user&email=user1@acme.com&password=pword&version=1&operation=saveCampaign&thirdPartyId=extID501&version=1&campaign=<campaign><id>NNNN</id><name>Campaign Name</name></campaign>ofcourse, by editing proper email,clientID and password.I get below mentioned error message : This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.<error><message>A generic Exception has occurred.</message><code>500</code></error> However the operation listCampaign works fine and returns a list of campaigns.It would be a great help if someone could help. thanks in advance. 

Hello,does anybody know how can I exclude Internet explorer traffic from a test? I have tried a few things with no success. My latest attempt was to create an expression target which excludes IE Traffic and then use it in a segment. The expression target is this return (user.browser.indexOf('MSIE') == -1);This means users that do not contain "MSIE". So this should work, however I keep getting considered in my demo test.I would appreciate any hint.Thank you,Ivan

Hello!My company has 2 TNT instances. One is for our JP market where our pages are hosted on a 3rd party server. The other instance is on our internal servers. These instances essentially are two separate companies from an Adobe Target perspective. I have to run an AB test that will cross between these two instances. Does anybody have any insights on how to get this done? My problem is if I set up 2 different TNT campaigns, how do I maintain the visitor count to be the same within this test? If someone jumps between the 2 pages, which would be in different TNT instances, TNT will session the same visitor as 2 unique visitors, rather than one.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!!

How do I check If my campaign has been set up correctly?

I am current trying to use the following two data sources in Audience Manager in order to create a custom audience:1) Data uploaded to Audience Manager  i.e. visitor-uk2) Mbox parameters i.e. visitor logged inI would like to create a combination audience of the above data sources: i.e. a uk visitor that has logged in.Is it currently possible to combine an audience from Audience manager with an mbox parameter?Any advice to point me in the right direction would be great, Thanks. 

When creating a Recommendation activity in Recommendations Premium, I AM able to get my recommendations to show up on the site when I use the Admin-created "All Collections" but when I go to use a collection I made, the recommendations no longer show up. In the interface, collections show that products are coming through appropriately via the # of products identified. What is the reasoning behind a collection showing products when created in the interface but not live on the site through activities. I need a solution to this as soon as possible

Right now the marketing cloud "Customer Portal UI" is down again. Most products can still be accessed via the Legacy Product Logins. However, Adobe Target Standard is inaccessible when the cloud portal is down and there is no legacy login or workaround for accessing it. This means that a considerable amount of highly visible content showing on our site (including always-on Automated Personalization shown to all visitors) cannot be modified, leaving us exposed when we have important/timely promotions that need to be updated (e.g. product launch, key events, etc.). Also, if a content mistake/issue is reported in one of our campaign experiences, we have no way to fix while the cloud portal is down.What is being done to address this downtime exposure for clients who have embraced the new Target and have multiple campaigns running all the time? Are there other users of Target Standard out there affected in this way by marketing cloud portal downtime/maintenance? (This is the second time in

Hello, I have a client that is exploring Adobe Target at the moment, however one question that came up is where (Data centres, physical boxes holding the data) is the data stored ?In this context, "Data" is campaign configuration, HTML offer values, campaign results. Is there any options to choose where the location of the Data is stored ?  The reason why I ask is because we have to comply with legal requirements set upon us that any solutions we use needs to be hosted within Australia. 

I'm looking to start an A/B test, in which a specific offer would be the top offer shown to the visitor on a specific page, but only when that offer is available. Here's the link we're looking to test: http://uo.loewshotels.com/en/booking/uo?hotel=UECBB&checkin=05%2F11%2F2015&checkout=05%2F13%2F2015&rooms=1&sr=&code=&iata=&na=1&nk=0. I want to test having "Family Suites" as the top offer, but only when it's available. We deployed Target Standard last night and set up an A/B test. When I debug the page I can see the requests coming through but I can't see any data in the reports. How long does it take for data to start coming through? if there is a problem how to troubleshoot it?

I have a test set up linking to a URL that currently does not have an MBox on it. We are not seeing any data come in (launched May 5th).
