Collections not working

When creating a Recommendation activity in Recommendations Premium, I AM able to get my recommendations to show up on the site when I use the Admin-created "All Collections" but when I go to use a collection I made, the recommendations no longer show up. 

In the interface, collections show that products are coming through appropriately via the # of products identified. 

What is the reasoning behind a collection showing products when created in the interface but not live on the site through activities. I need a solution to this as soon as possible

Hi Kayla,

 

Can you please confirm if your company has been provisioned for Recommendations Premium? I tried searching for Rosetta Marketing Group however was unable to find a provisioned organisation.
