Hi everyone, There are lot of discussions regarding New email editor but none of the spoke about 'Modules'. Are modules still available in new email editor? can we create module like before? If we can create how can I use them? If possible provide some screenshots showing the options of where modules are available in New email editor. our client wants to migrate to New email editor, so they want to check whether we should create modules for new editor or we can use old ones. Thanks

Hi Team,We’ve recently launched a new Revenue Cycle Model (RCM) in our Marketo instance and have configured our Lifecycle campaigns to trigger based on changes in the Revenue Stage.  However, we are noticing an issue where, although the Revenue Stage is successfully updated on lead records (as confirmed in the activity logs), the leads are not entering the associated trigger campaigns.     This behavior has been observed for approximately 90% of the leads. To move them forward in the lifecycle, I had to manually run a batch campaign to update their statuses — something that should have been handled by the trigger campaigns. A few points to note:The trigger campaigns are using the “Revenue Stage changes to [Stage Name]” condition.The stage change is clearly visible in the activity history for affected leads.All campaigns and assets involved are approved and active.Attached screenshot(s) show both the Revenue Stage change and the lack of flow activity for the trigger campa

Hello I'm JiwonIs it possible to calculate the datetime type field on the smart list of smart campaigns based on time? For example, we have the following use case:We want to send an email to customers who registered before 11:00 AM on the event day.Then, for customers who register between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the same day, we want to send a different follow-up email.For the second campaign, we’d like to send an auto-response at the time of registration, without requiring a marketer to manually activate/deactivate the campaign.Is there any way to automate the trigger campaign using datetime logic, rather than relying on manual control?Thanks,Jiwon

Are you able to move emails created with the NEW email editor from Design Studio to Marketing Activities? Can you duplicate an email to Marketing Activities? I have not found any posts regarding this topic with the NEW Marketo Email Editor. I am not seeing any way to accomplish this in the UI. Please let me know if there is any insight on this concern. Here are a few issues I've seen from the new Email Editor, and I wondered if anyone had any workarounds.When I go back into a newly created email from my own template, it's showing HTML code instead of the email. When I click 'Edit email content' to edit the email, it will then show it correctly. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?Can I send a proof if I don't have the access level to see the email as a specific person? Since I can't choose a person from the dropdown list, it won't let me send a test.I've created some Fragments to be used like modules did in the past, and have specified that the text and/or image can be editable, but when editing an email, I'm not able to edit anything other than the image or text. Meaning, I'm not able to edit the font size, color, etc. Is there a different approach to this so that the client can drag and drop modules/fragments and edit the font size, color, etc?

Hi Team, We are developing a warm-up campaign to ensure that whenever new records are added via a list, they do not go directly into our standard marketing flow. Instead, these records will first enter a warm-up campaign. Once they engage sufficiently, we will then transition them into our regular marketing efforts. Currently, we have a global suppression smart list in place to apply basic exclusion rules. However, adding this new rule may not function as intended since we utilize the global suppression for all emails, making it impractical to remove records from the smart list. I propose running a smart campaign daily to add new records to a list using the add list method. These records would then flow through the engagement program and remain there until they are ready to transition to normal marketing. Once they are ready, we can use the remove list method to take them out of the list. Additionally, is there a way to manage this process through a smart list? I am

Hi, We’ve encountered an issue in our Marketo instance where several person records are still marked as Invalid due to a hard bounce on an old email address. However, these records have since had their email addresses updated via CRM sync.For example, a record originally had the email akshat@efgh.com, which hard bounced and marked the record as Invalid. Later, the email was updated to akshat@abcd.com, but the Invalid flag remains.The Challenge: There doesn’t seem to be a straightforward way to create a Smart List that identifies records where:The current email address is different from the one that triggered the hard bounce.The record is still marked as Invalid.I attempted to use the {{lead.Email Address}} token in the Email Bounce activity filter, but it returned no results—likely because tokens aren’t supported in that context.The Ask: Is there a way—perhaps via the Marketo API—to:Retrieve the email address associated with the Em

Hi,I'm a web developer working at a company that wishes to use Marketo forms on it's website.I've successfully gotten Marketo Forms integrated into the website, however, the load times for these embed scripts are unacceptably slow, and cause the website to feel clunky.My possible solution for this is to execute the embed script during the website build, and then inject the returned form into the static webpage, so that the form will be served as static HTML, along with the rest of the page. However, I'm worried that when it comes to the client interacting with the form, the MktoForms2 script might not be able to detect that the form is already in the webpage.Does anyone know if this solution will work? I'd like to know now, rather than starting the work only to realise that it's impossible. Any help is appreciated.Regards.Alex

Fragments - The new feature in Marketo can be used in New Email Editor. It works like a snippet and you can create you headers and footers in fragments. Modules and snippets have been combined and replaced with fragments, which can be used absolutely anywhere – they can be dropped onto any column of any email or template. In New Email Editor, Fragment are like snippets, not ties to any specific template, and can be dropped to any column. Fragments have a Draft and Published status, and by default, fragments behave like No-Draft Snippets. Any updates to them automatically flow through to all templates and Emails that use that fragment, without triggering a Draft.

Hi, I am calling the payloads via webhook to post data from marketo to our internal server. I tried using webhook but when using field token inside webhook payload and run that webhook it is giving error 500 says json is not correct. can you please check the screenshot and error and help me what i am missing here?

I created an email in the new designer, but would like to have it as an email template. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Hi,   We currently have a Marketo and Zoom integration via launchpoint. But because Zoom does not allow you to organise two webinars at the same time we want to integrate a second Zoom account with Marketo via a launchpoint. It did not work and we found this on the Zoom FAQ pages:    'Important: Only 1 Zoom Launchpoint should be created and used for a Zoom account. Creating additional Zoom Launchpoint services will invalidate previous Zoom Launchpoint services and cause associated programs to not work properly with the integration.'   Has anyone else got experience with this? And if so - how did you integrate two Zoom account into one Marketo instance.   Many thanks, Greg

For those of us in marketing operations who are wired to crave efficiency, governance and time-saving techniques, Marketo Engage tokens have always been a critical part of our process. Until recently, tokens could be created at a local (program) level or at the folder level within Marketing Activities. Fast forward to today, in addition to still having your tried-and-true local tokens, you now have the ability to create instance-wide tokens that can be applied across any program or folder!  You can add and edit global tokens by going to the Admin tab, navigating to the left-hand side navigation tree and clicking My Tokens. Here you can drag, drop and edit token types, names and values to your liking. Note that you have to have admin permissions to access this.  These tokens will now be available to use in any program when navigating to the program itself and clicking on the My Tokens tab.             &

Hello Marketo Community,We are looking at designing a custom backup framework for our Marketo instance, specifically focused on campaigns, flow steps, triggers, filters, etc. (not data or assets). We were looking at maybe using the Marketo REST API to regularly automate and extract campaign metadata and have the following questions: Has anyone else implemented something similar?Did you go with custom scripts or something hybrid?Any suggestions on structure?Were there any surprises with missing metadata, trigger logic not being accessible,  API limits or anything else we should be advised of?We are looking to make this as automated and modular as possible.Thanks in advance for feedback and examples if you don't mind sharing!E.D.

Hoping anyone can offer some insights. I'm trying to create a webhook that will insert an activity log entry on another instance. However I cannot even get the authentication token, the call times out. I'm wondering if the call between instances is possible at all or if I am setting up my webhook wrong. I've tried Get, and Post just to try it, but neither works. I can however setup webhooks to salesforce the same way and they work fine. Any help is appreciated.

Hi all, relatively new to Marketo so apologies if anything is unclear.I'm using tokens in the "From", "From Address", and "Reply To" fields to put in values from custom fields we've created for Account Managers' names and emails.As a result, the email with these tokens says it no longer uses the custom DKIM Signature, which, as I understand it, can affect deliverability(?)Does anyone know how to/if we can make it so that I am able to use the tokens without losing the custom DKIM signature?Any help is deeply appreciated. Hello! I created a report in Advanced BI Analytics and set up a report subscription the same way you do with RCA (through the Marketo analytics subscription tab). However, when I received the report, the attachment was a one page PDF of the report instead of an excel attachment. I'm guessing that this is because you can build multiple tables/charts within one report, and to export the data from a table, you have to click into the table, click the three dots, and click "Export data".  At the report level, the only export options are PDF and PPT. Is there any way to set up the subscription to send an excel file of all the tables in the report, or set up a subscription just for one table so it can send in excel format?  Thank you!
