Adobe Marketo Engage

Hi I am trying to customize a report view in marketo. How do I get rid of this "Other" view? It shows rows by alphabetically. There is no way around this from my understanding. You can only set it to ascending or descending. The issue with this is that I want to show the rows with the highest values and those are not in alphabetical order. Is there a way around this?

After uploading an image to the Design Studio, I noticed that it is listing the URL with "httpss" instead of "https". How do I fix this issue?  

Hi, If a lead comes from Marketo through the Fill Out Form and again the same lead submits the form with different products(i.e,. said to be Re-Engaged), records need to be identified uniquely based on product submission in salesforce(for each form submission). May I know the possible ways of achieving this in Salesforce?  Note: I tried with related objects of lead(Task, Case), please let me know the other options like this. Products --> Multi - Select Picklist  

there seems to be a new update the security certificate but the images are not showing unless you change the URL back to http VS https. Any insight would be great.

Hi all,   Does anyone have experience using Javascript to auto-format a phone number while someone types it? I know you can use "mask input" to request a specific format, but I'm more interested in having Javascript do this for the user automatically as they type. I find this to be a pretty slick user experience.   I found this article in Stack Overflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65240236/autoformat-input-field   I'm not sure if this is possible using Marketo forms or not. When I look in a Marketo Instance under Admin > Salesforce > Sync Status I would like to better understand what the "Skipped" column means specifically for "Sync Schema" operation.   I consistently see "12" in the Skipped column for Person (aka Lead) object. The Marketo documentation for "skipped" says "Count of records skipped because there were no changes to fields of interest for the Sync". But what does this mean in the context of "Sync Schema"? There are many more fields hidden to the Marketo Profile in SFDC so that can't be it. Is it 12 fields being skipped or something else?   Thanks for anyone that has insight here.  

Has anyone run into the issue when embedding a form on Drupal7, that the form appears without the custom CSS, and it is duplicated on the page?  If so, what was the fix?

Filtering of email bot activity   Email bot activity has been one of the most asked features in our Marketo community. As an initial release of this feature, we have taken an approach of filtering the email open and email link click activities by matching them with an Identified list of IPs and User-agents.  This is the list provided by IAB (International Advertising Bureau).   Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)   Q: How this feature works? A: As described above, when an email is sent we receive email opens and clicks as per the engagement. When an email open/click reaches Marketo servers, it will check if either IP or user-agent of the received open/click matches with an entry in the identified list of user-agents/IPs (provided by IAB) then those clicks/opens are considered as bot activity and will not be logged into Marketo   Q: How can I enable the feature?A: Its simple, goto Admin > Email > Email bot activity, click on the enable filtering of email bot

I would need your help with the following issue:I am using Marketo with Salesforce. I have found some cases (cca 80-100) when the UTM parameter fields (all 5 fields) were updated and overwritten by salesforce. It was empty in Sfdc and overwrote to null. I set it back manually and later it happened again. There’s no rule behind which should cause this sync. I set these fields Read only in sfdc, and still overwrite. I don’t want to block this field in Marketo, bc sometimes it needs to be changedThe problem is, that I can’t find the pattern. Why happened only those couple of leads? Why happened with all 5 UTM fields (and 1 more other field, but only these 6 fields), It is random, there’s no pattern when it happens (like 10 minutes after I change it, it will be changed back again). So this kind of rule.Do you have an idea?

I have a survey that I want to go out automatically 1 week after a PDF download. Does this look right to you? In part two, we will dive more deeply into the AEC Connector integration and how you might leverage this integration.   As a reminder, the AEC Connector shares matched audiences (audiences that exist in both Marketo and another Adobe Experience Cloud product through a matched cookie) via list membership. It cannot create net new records in Marketo or in the other application. The AEC Connector allows Marketo to share audiences to specific AEC products, including Audience Manager, Analytics (if you have Audience Manager), Target, Experience Manager, RT-CDP and Advertising Cloud. Analytics, Audience Manager and RT-CDP also can share audiences back to Marketo.   This connector is enabled by mapping your Adobe Organization to Marketo. hey,   has anyone gotten the new Munchkin functionality working to show Mailto etc link tracking?   "Munchkin - Expanded Link Tracking: Extend support for tracking of tel and mailto links with Munchkin to track an expanded set of web behaviors."   https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/release-notes/current.html?lang=en    i've tested and failed to get this work + Marketo support view this as custom HTML so outside of support scope!   

Hello everyone,   I'm trying to use the bulk lead import endpoint to update leads. I've experimented with Zapier also n8n for this purpose because of the tricksyness of multipart/form-data. I use Zapier with the files endpoint to create CSVs in the Design Studio with no issues so I thought it would work for this purpose also.   I get a 1006 error back saying "Header field 'email' not found". Just in case I was supposed to use SOAP I also tried "Email" in the file but same message. Obviously email is a field that exists in Marketo so does anyone know what is happening or have a better method? I know I must be misunderstanding how form data works so even if someone could explain the difference between the files endpoint and bulk lead endpoint and why one works with ipaas and the other doesn't that would be a huge help.   This is what I'm sending with an example file:Webhook.site - Test, process and transform emails and HTTP requests   Thanks in advance, guys.  

Hello all. I am having a similar issue that others have had regarding capturing referral URL on form submit. We've read a bunch of other threads about this topic and we can't figure out exactly how to apply those instructions to our special circumstance.    We have a custom Wordpress site and we are moving from ContactForm7 to Marketo Forms. Current ContactForm7 captures full referrer URL and includes it in the email alert to sales, which is super helpful information.   The behavior I want: 1) User clicks on a product page, then clicks the "request info" button. 2) We want to pass that product page URL to the WordPress landing page with the new Marketo form embedded on it. 3) User submits the form and the URL from the product page gets passed to our unique custom field (Form URL) we created to capture the URL.  4) Email alert uses the custom field (Form URL).    Questions:  1) What type of field should the URL field be? String or URL?  2) Ot

Hi All,    I am having an issue getting the form submission date/time to show in the correct timezone. We are trying to give our sales team accurate lists of leads... We have been really struggling with email scanners. This is the logic that I want to go for but I am not entirely sure how to set it up as I don't see any options for click time stamps in Marketo.   If there is someone who could explain a way to apply this logic with either using Smart Campaigns or even creating changing tags applied to a contact it would help. Hello, I am creating a live event in Marketo, this is a vip event and we want to put forward to friend token in Marketo email but we want only certain people get forwards, since this is a vip live event, we dont want alot of forwards. Can we do this using velocity script in Marketo or by any other feature?     Thanks!
