Hi Team, Hope you're having a good week so far. Actually, just a quick question on the bespoke code that we have added in our email HTML so that we can send an alert to our contact center regarding the comms that are going out. I would like to see marketo newsletter template that has very little white space. Houses about 12-15 links with descriptive copy. What we use now is cumbersome

Hi all. It seems some files disappear in the 'New Experience' for Design Studio. I'm not seeing any trends for which ones are visible and which ones are hidden but, switching back to the 'old' experience shows the remaining images.   How it was discovered: In searching for a keyword in an images folder, I was displayed with a significantly shorter list of items when I knew a certain file should have been included. Switching to the 'old' experience returns a longer list that includes the expected result for the same keyword.   Is there a reason for this? If so, no worries. I'm assuming there may be a process of auto-archiving, invalid-hiding and/or duplicate-removing actions that reduced the file results. If this is the case, how can I restore these files and rectify the removal-reason? Please advise.

Hello,   We have been receiving unqualified contact us form fills . We are NOT sending them to SFDC , so they only live in the Marketo Database. I receive a weekly vetted  list of people who should not be in our Database ( based on the weekly form fills)   What is the best way to permanently remove a list of names from the Marketo Database? Do I need to delete them 1 by 1 or is their a way to upload the  list.  

Hey all,  For marketing attribution purposes we add UTM data onto SFDC campaign members.  Currently we copy over UTM data from the lead or contact when the person is becoming a campaign member (with Responded=True) which is prone to errors if there is a sync delay or other issues.    I am looking for a solution to push this UTM data DIRECTLY to campaign members to avoid any errors.  I know by default Marketo cannot write the SFDC Campaign member object (please correct me if I am wrong), but there is maybe a custom solution via a webhook or something similar that would work?   I assume I am not the first person to try to add data to campaign members from Marketo but I haven't found any relevant solutions yet.    Please let me know your thoughts or if you can point me to the right direction I would very much appreciate it.    Thank you! Hello all,    I'm doing a little experiment to see if it's possible to calculate a new value in a currency field based on another currency field, using a flow step and tokens.  I know this type of thing works with date fields, for example {{lead.Date of Birth}} + 18 years, but am curious if this trick translates to other field types.  Here's what I'm trying to achieve:   If someone has an Available Trip Credit under $1000, we want to double that and populate a separate field called Increased Trip Credit Value with the doubled amount.  So if they have a $400 credit, the newly calculated value would be $800.   We want to put a cap on the upper limit of that credit they can double (of $1000, so the most they can get is $2000).   This is what I've attempted so far - Choice 1 works, but Choice 2 doesn't.  Not totally surprised about that...  Am I using the wrong formatting or anything, or is it just not possible?  Are there

Whenever I receive an Alert email from one of my client Marketo instances, this or similar copy appears in the inbox preview - and I can't figure out where it's coming from:   The name "Jennifer" is being populated by a {{lead.First Name}} token. So that part varies. It seems to be coming from the email template but I can only find pieces of it in the template. For example, the first name token is there but not the "you requested is now available to download." And I can see the "123 Main Street...." in the template.   1) The Email Preheader is unchecked 2) The Email Footer is the real company email address 3) I don't see the preview in Outlook or Google Mail - only in my iPhone inbox.   It doesn't have too much of an impact as far as I can tell - because I only see this with Alerts. I haven't seen it in any "real" emails.    Can anyone explain why it would show up ONLY in iPhone previews and give me a clue to what to look for in the email template? I'm not an

Trying to do SSO with Azure AD.  Tried all the workarounds (removed Relay URL, set identifier to sp/munchkinid, set algorithm to SHA-1, every combination of those I could try).  No matter what, the Reply URL returns a 302 and then redirects me to whatever I have set as the Error URL.  Azure test always gives: Azure AD successfully issued a token (SAML response) to the application (service provider).   Questions:   Azure test shows NameID as urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress Marketo shows it as urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:email Is that an issue?   Has anyone actually ever gotten this to work?  Just plain vanilla Azure AD to Marketo SSO... u'd think for the amount of money we pay for both of these that it would just fn work.  I love contacting our Marketo Enterprise Support and being told there's nothing they can do and them just sending me links to discussions from this board 🙂

Hi Nation!   I'd like to trigger a flow based on a date field changing, but only if the date is in the last 7 days, today included.  Would having the "New value is in past 7 days" cover me?    Alternatively, if I want to trigger it only when the date is today, could I do "New value is {{system.dateTime}}"?   Thanks!

I'm trying to submit a form twice via Marketo. The first submit should post all of the original data. The second submit should remap some of the form values. For some reason the form just gets stuck at "Please wait" when submitting. No errors - nothing. Has anyone been able to successfully apply IP restrictions for their web services? Specifically, for something as large and dynamic as the Zoom integration? When discussing with our Zoom rep, they directed me to this "Zoom network firewall or proxy server settings" page which shows a metric ton of IP addresses/ranges. Further, they said this isn't exhaustive and may never be due to Zoom's monolithic connections.   Basically, they said that, we can restrict all of these ranges and Zoom may be outside of these at some point in the future. This is essentially the only service we have yet to establish an IP range for before applying IP restrictions within Marketo. Looking to see if anyone else has been able to resolve Zoom or something similar like MS Teams with an undefinable IP address/range?

Hey! We're currently using velocity script tokens for dynamic content on our emails and currently having some challenges with getting the script to show a dollar amount with the $ format. I was expecting the field lead.yearlyAmount to spit out the amount with the $ sign (field type is currency) but I guess that's not how it works so we've tried using the script below to no avail. So we've sent out a html email to a large audience. HTML only. Text-only version was not edited to reflect the html version. Text-only version was NOT ticked to go out. Confirmed on the the approved email that was sent. Text Only = No   Gone to link performance and saw an odd link being clicked many times. It's a mailto: link, which is present in the plain-text. Again, did not tick in the settings for this to go out. But, looks to be that a large number of recipients received and clicked the link.   Is there a setting or bug that would cause the text-only email to go out, besides us not selecting that option?
