Adobe Marketo Engage

Hello, is there a way to import leads from a 2gb csv file. My goal is to not split the file, or do it the less time possible.  is it possible to upload the csv to adobe cloud? and import it to market from adobe cloud? in this case, can I import a csv file bigger than 100mb?    Thanks!

We were working on a business review with our Marketo Account Manager and now we're getting bounce back that their email no longer exists with Adobe.   I'm guessing they may have been unfortunately let go in all the tech company layoff that have been going around this month,  though I haven't seen any specific communication on layoffs in January from Adobe (or Marketo).      The canned option in the bounce back email to get a new Adobe contact is pretty useless as it all relates to Adobe Creative Cloud products.   I put in a Marketo Support ticket in, in the hopes of getting help there... but does anyone else have experience with getting in contact with a Marketo representative?   Does anyone have a Marketo Account Manager that they are currently in contact with that might be able to help us re-establish a connection with someone?     Any help is greatly appreciated!  

Hi everyone, we have a issue that needs your help:we want to be able to prefill checkbox field on a 2nd LP.flow:click Email- LP1 (with a form) prefill works via marketo token - LP2 form continuation (with checkboxes for area of interest , prefill not working) the Mtk token lost tracking on 2nd page .Marketo suggests: "There may be a way to add the tracking script to the page with iframe and custom code. However, this would be a custom implementation and Support will not be able to assist in the set up or troubleshooting of this method."does anyone know what code /script that can be added to prefill for the 2nd page as well please.Thank you

Hi all,   I have kind of a strange situation that I'm looking to find a solution to. I have a number of duplicate emails, but that is because some of the recipients in our system share an email address among multiple unique individuals within the business. Each of these entities has their own unique ID code within our business that feeds into Marketo with their other information, which exists separately from their automatically assigned Marketo ID. The duplicates in this case are not necessarily a mistake and while they share an email, it is correct that they do not share an ID code.    What I would like to be able to do is to isolate the email duplicates based on another factor. In this case, it is their rewards level. Some individuals share the same email and the same rewards level, but have different proprietary and Marketo ID numbers that correctly identify them as them separate records. Hello, we have a company lead referral program. Currently, associates can submit leads on a salesforce embedded form that syncs them to SFDC and adds them to a campaign. There are some limitations with this and we would like to move to a marketo form. The problem is that our associates don't always know the lead's email address. When the email address is left blank, marketo will use the munchkin id and sync them to the actual associate or another lead submitted (with email). Is there a way to always create a new person when the email is blank (on this form only)?

Hi guys,   Is there a way we can track a single link performance in Marketo?   Like at the moment, we can see through Email Link Performance how all links in a specific email perform, but what if we want to see how a specific link performs (it appears across different emails).   Thanks in advance ^^

Hello, I deployed an email earlier today to a total of 3,017 contacts. According to the Marketo reporting, 2,214 contacts opened that email and 2,022 clicked. While I did send this email to a group of contacts who had previously clicked on one of my emails, I don't think it's possible that 91% of the contacts who opened the email proceeded to click. I also don't see any sign in Google Analytics of over 2,000 users visiting the page that they would have clicked to. I've had this happen once before and I opened a ticket and Marketo support simply said it was correct.    Has anyone else seen something similar to this? There's just no way this email had a 67% click rate. 

I'm using a 3rd party software called voluum to track visitors from an email. A campaign in market has 5000 clicks, but the volume link has less than 200.    I think it's possible the 3rd party software to track links is malfunctioning or it could be my user error, but does marketo block certain tracking?    Does anyone else feel like the link clicks in marketo are not accurately reported?  thanks

I searched and scanned and didn't see anything.  I am trying to set up Enterprise Recaptcha, mainly for the more granular responses and am struggling. Reading through the docs I'm not entirely sure if it's even possible to use Marketo Webhooks to do it. Has anyone else set up Enterprise Recaptcha in Marketo? https://cloud.google.com/recaptcha-enterprise/docs/create-assessment   we currently have recaptcha v3 setup, not using the native integration as I'd already set it up previously and didn't want to undo it all. I've made several efforts, but so far haven't had any success.

Hello I have created multiple lead gen forms on my LinkedIn account.  But Marketo is only recognizing the first form I created.  It will not recognize any other form that I have recently created.  I have disconnected my LinkedIn account from Marketo and reconnected it.  But I still only see the one form that I created in Marketo.  I don't see the other forms. 

In case we have two different records; one marked as Lead and other marked as contact having the identical email. Can we update both the records using Submit Form API. Currently it has been observed it is updating only the most recent record.

Hello,   I'm trying to set up Marketo with Okta workflows so we can automate our user provisioning via the Marketo api . I've already set up the API only user with the correct credentials on the Marketo side. However on the Okta workflows side I'm getting unauthorized. To make sure I set up Marketo correctly I tested curl calls for Marketo and that worked perfectly.   Okta Workflows requires the following fields and what I've added to set up oauth:   Authorize Path - marketo endpoint/authorize Access Token Path - marketo endpoint/oauth/token Scope - api user email Client ID - Client ID found when setting up api only user Client Secret - Client Secret found when setting up api only user   The portion that I think I'm running into an issue on are the Authorize path and perhaps also the Access token.   Any help would be great thank you.

We have recently connected Marketo to our Zoom licence to run automated registrations and emails with personalised links and, so far, this has been working great for these free webinars that people register for individually.   However, we also run courses delivered via Zoom which are paid for and often companies will register multiple delegates. The payment for this is done via our in-house online store system which gives them delegate info fields based on the number they are purchasing for and we then manually import this to Marketo. I want to automate this process in the same way as the free individual registrations but I'm hitting a snag with how to do this when there are multiple delegates as, from what I understand, the form linked to the event and Zoom can only have one set of fields.   Does anyone have experience of this already and can advise on how they manage this process? I'm guessing an API but if anyone has any examples that I could take to our web team it would

My company is creating an opt-in area on our website with an embedded Marketo form with 4 fields and I am trying to find the best way not to redirect them to another LP upon form submission. Instead, I would like the form to be hidden upon submission and be replaced by a thank you message so they can continue browsing our website without being redirected.Is there anyway to do this?

Hi Marketo Champions,I have been asked to add another language in Language Segmentation. Presently, It already has 20+ segments. I know, how to create this new language  segment in segmentation. However, I am not sure about the impact of it on the already existing assets (Email, Landing pages or other etc) and don't know how to evaluate the impact before creation.   Any ideas or advice or best practices are really appreciated.   Thanks.

The analytics dept of my organization is looking for a data dump on a monthly campaign for 2022 (12 different smart campaigns), all the people that received it each month, whether they opened, clicked that month, and date of that activity. They will then take this data and compare it to conversions (housed in another system at the moment).   This is a monthly lead campaign so an individual could get the campaign multiple times.   I've been searching Marketo reports and this community for a bit and not seeing how this can be accomplished.

Hello there,   I have a question regarding the Marketo Salesforce Sync. Quick backgroundd : The Current team did not set up the Integration. Recently our Salesforce team did a Salesforce Sandbox refresh and we re-synced MKTO and Salesforce using OAuth login ( using Connected App ). The SF team re-created the Connected App and used Consumer Key and  secret to re-establish the connection. However when our SF team checked for the Connected App in Production environment, it was not available but the two systems are connected and running perfectly.   Our concern here is there is no Connected App in Salesforce Production and SF team raised a support request with SF and they got this below feedback "Please note, If a connected app is part of managed package and if we want to see it in the org then we should install that app.Also, if the connected app is part of a managed package then we can not access the consumer key and secret of that app. It is working as designed."   T

Hi I have been trying to figure out why a Marketo Form isn't working on a landing page. I'm not yet finding what the issue is. It looks like the other forms. Can someone please help advise how best to QA and troubleshoot? I rebuilt it a few times now too - can't find the issue.
