Did Marketo ever implement a campaign sync feature for Microsoft Dynamics users like the SFDC-Marketo campaign-program sync feature? I've read some posts about the absence of this feature from years ago but can't find anything about it in the product docs.  

Hello, I saw a dramatic decrease in click performance for marketing emails sent last week for 2 of our brands. One was down 40% on click-through rate and the other was down 51%. Open rates were in line with previous results.  Wondering if other Marketo users saw a similar decline in results? 

Hello, I am having an issue and can't seem to figure out. This person filled out a Request Demo Form on but wasn’t scored MQL.  Her Lead Status was SQC at the time when she filled out the Request a Demo form.  Are there certain Lead Status or Contact Status values that would skip scoring this person as a MQL when they fill out a Demo Request form.    

We have GoToWebinar as our webinar partner, and we use Marketo for the registration form/landing page and email assets. We always include the City and State fields in our Marketo registration forms, and also select the City and State fields in the corresponding webinar in GoToWebinar.    However, when we pull both the registration report (pre-webinar) and the attendee report (post-webinar) from GoToWebinar, the City field has no data, and the State field for every registrant populates with "Other". The City and State fields appear to populate normally in Marketo, but not in GoToWebinar.   Is there a way to make sure City and State fields populate correctly in the GoToWebinar reports? Hello Community,    Does anyone have Lytics integrated with Marketo for audience management?    We recently had a program that marked leads as a success (clicked), which shouldn't have been. We fixed that on the Marketo end by removing and then adding back as a member.    The data (success-clicked) that was passed over to Lytics from my understanding can't be changed. Does anyone have any experience with this or know of any workarounds that can be initiated on the Marketo side? 

We synced a sandbox instance in Marketo with a dev instance in Dynamics. The contact owner email address in Dynamics shows up in Marketo as "Sales Owner Email Address." We do the exact same sync between Marketo and Dynamics production instances, but the owner email address does not sync up! Strangely, out of the 1500 records that went from Dynamics to Marketo, the sales owner email address shows up in Marketo for about 20 records only, others are all blank.   Any idea what the reason is? All other fields sync up as desired.

Custom integration. Using Opportunity object, so that we can take advantage of $TriggerObject in velocity script, based on both Added to Opportunity and Opportunity is Updated triggers. But we are finding that updates to Opportunities via API are not reflected the same way as updates to Opportunities via native integration.    In the native integration, (Updated Opportunity) Activity Details reflect ALL Opportunity fields. Surprisingly, trigger constraints reference the fields in the Activity Details -- not directly in the Opportunity record (per Marketo Support).    So far, we have not been able to send opportunity updates via API and successfully reflect ALL the Opportunity fields; the Activity Details reflect only *updated* fields.    This differing behavior is unexpected, along with the requirement that Opp field info be present in Activity Details in order to be referenced in trigger constraints.    Does anyone know how to force the Opp

Hi,   I have set all fields as mandatory in a form using custom JavaScript in Marketo. However, I have noticed that only three leads had their values changed in the database, despite submitting the form with all required fields completed. Upon reviewing the screenshot, I noticed that some activities were changed while submitting the form. I am unsure how the values for these individuals were stored as empty. It's worth noting that there were no JavaScript errors during the form submission process, as around 15k members did not experience this issue. Can you please help me with this problem?   After the form validation, the fields 'Privacy Consent' and 'Opt-In' are checkboxes, so their stored value as 'NO' but it is not possible, we validate this fields to check in the form. However, we have noticed that two select box fields are storing empty values even after validation.   And one more point, we are not set any conditions to change the field value in campaigns.  

I don’t usually post in here, but as we await a Marketo Support response I thought I’d ask this community if you’ve seen a drastic reduction in your email performance since mid-Feb? It could be a local instance thing, or maybe a wider-Adobe customer thing, but our click and click-through rates have dropped by about 80%, seemingly overnight. No change to audience, no change to emails etc. It feels as though Adobe has suddenly backed out bot link clicks from security/spam filters at an Email Performance Report level. Anyone else see a change like this?!Example Pre-Feb Avg Click & CTO Rate: 5% & 24% Post-Feb Avg Click & CTO Rate: 1% & 5% It's an 80 decrease there or thereabouts. Appreciate any support from the community to discuss this if support doesn't yield any success.

I am trying to create an email script token for a program with the following workflow:   -A checkbox is selected in the Exosome Brochure Downloads field on form FM 01 -That selection is inserted into the email that sends out after the form fill   I would like the customer to be able to select multiple check boxes and have only those selections appear in the email. For example, if the customer selects B1, only B1 will show up in the email. But if they select B1 and B2, then both selections will show in the email.   I am using the code below but both options show on the email regardless of which box is checked in the form. Hello, Our daily subscriptions to email performance reports constantly get deactivated and emails removed. We'll receive the report for 2-3 days, then suddenly stop receiving them. When I checked, the deactivated button was unmarked, and our email addresses were removed. I then have to re-enter all our email addresses and hit activate, then run the report again and again. All of the recipients are opted-in (internal team). This report goes to only 5 internal employees, including myself. Can someone please provide some insights on this issue? Thank you in advance!

Hi, I have a Marketo form with a Custom Field and would like to update it with some value.   What should be the script like? My Form looks like     In the Click me button, I have the script like below, which does not change the value.   My Goal is to update the COB_CustomData to some value. Hi,   Is it possible to use the "purposeful duplicate" concept to create duplicate leads in SFDC, but avoid duplicate persons in Marketo? We need to allow for lead duplication in the CRM to accommodate lead re-qualification. But having duplicates in Marketo is not an option.   Does it make sense to have a bi-directional sync between the SFDC Contacts object and the Marketo Person object, and a uni-direction sync between the Marketo Person object and SFDC Leads object (Marketo to SFDC)?   What other approaches are there?   Cheers,

Hello all,   I am a Marketo Engage user with some questions about capabilities.    We typically uses Marketo to create landing pages with forms, links to other pages, etc. This works great for us.   The problem I am facing now is whether Marketo has the functionality to create subpages within a landing page. We have an awards gala every year, and that gala's website has a number of subpages that explain the rules, the judging, etc.    The gala website has tabs that direct you to the aforementioned subpages. I was wondering if Marketo has the capability to do this. For example, on the gala website if you hit on the Rules tab, it gives the option of 2 different pages, and once you click on one of those options it takes you to the page with the info you are looking for.    I was thinking Marketo might be able to do this if we build multiple pages and just link them to each other, but that sounds quite difficult to execute. Hi All   Need help to find solution to this or if there is any specific resource for me to refer.    We do have some transactional emails with custom objects and velocity scripting. We migrated these to a new instance and when I am trying to approve the emails, I am getting the below error. Can anyone help me find a solution?      

I'm unsure if anyone else has a better solution, but when we need to edit an email in a Smart Campaign, it can be a pain to work with if the email is used across 20+ sales team form notifications with just token variations. Maybe with tokens, there is a better way, but as you know, you cannot unapprove and edit an email when it is in smart campaigns. So a workaround I use is to clone the email and keep an alternate copy in my local assets folder. This way I can edit these, approve them and quickly paste the email name into the smart campaigns without interrupting the notification flow for forms. Then just unapprove the previous one, delete, reclone new one (so it is exact copy).   Let me know if anyone has a better way to do this, advice much appreciated.

Hi, In a mass email blast, each unique lead (person) will have a unique web address (URL) found within the body of the email. The web address will link to an online gift card for them to redeem.   What is the token I should utilize for these unique gift URLs? ....To ensure they are correctly pulled from the spreadsheet. Hi all, I've seen one post similar to this but wanted to hear from the community. We experienced a pretty sharp decline in clicks and opens after Marketo made a system-wide update on 2/15/23 in which they block IP addresses that belong to a company that provides an email security service that scans emails (their functionality leverages bots to click links in emails to scan for malicious content).  Did anyone else go through this experience?

Hi All,    We are testing hidden Marketo form submissions from a non-marketo (Laserfiche) form.   Unfortunately, the Marketo form does not submit when the Laserfiche form does, and I can't see any error codes in devtools console.   I've followed some previous posts and code from @SanfordWhiteman and also managed to run it by our Marketo partner, but we are stuck at the moment, and before passing it on to their dev team, I was hoping I might get some help here.   The Marketo hidden form has no fields and only a submit button. Hello Community,   We have hundreds of Emails sitting in Design Studio, that we would like to move into programs within Marketing Activities. You can move individual emails, but is there a way to move Email assets from Design Studio in bulk ?
