Adobe Journey Optimizer

We have a 4 email journey.   Day 1, Day 4 (3 days) , Day 18 (14 days) and then every 14 days for another 2 emails. We can see that the audience received the 3rd  email but then everyone stopped moving in the journey - they did not unsubscribe and they did not move to the next wait condition?  Anyone have this type of issue?  It raises concerns of multi touchpoint journeys.    Is there a cap on the number of days a journey can last?   Has anyone had success with Adobe helpdesk getting these types of messages unstuck or do we need to abandon the journey?     

Hi, I am promoting an event and would like the LP of registration to show on specific language based on browser language of the user. I understood how dynamic content works on Marketo: it only works with existing segmentation. but here I'm getting new leads and so the language is crutial prior to knowing them (filling the form and having their country. Any idea how I could do that? Thank you

Hi, I was wondering how one would be able to write this in the "advanced mode" expression for condition nodes: profile.segmentMembership.get("ups").get("0e7acbf5-bf4c-4673-8c66-c3177e045335").status == "exiting"%}Based on the documentation I have found, "inSegment('segmentName') == false" should be doing the same thing (added a link to the documentation below). However, it does not seem like the expression above refers to cusotmers with an "exiting" segmentMembership, but rather no segmentMembership (such as the regular Not(InSegment('segmentName'))  ).Boiling it down, I want an expression that works within a condition node that identifies profiles with a segmentMembership == exiting, i.e. split a read segment based on customers that either exited another segment or not. Hi, is it be possible to check numbers of profiles in a segment in a Condition in a Journey.  In my journey I have a read segment with 1000 profiles. If an audience (Audience A) has less than 10 profiles I need to send all profiles down this path X, if Audience A >= 500 all profiles should go down path Z. Is this possible and what would be the a syntax for this?  Many thanks in advance! 

Is there a way to have a default value described for a record in a schema/dataset; ie if the value is Null, the default value is automatically added?

Is there a way to fulfill a user journey that has multiple actions (email, SMS, etc.) and wait periods that exceed the 30 day wait activity limit? For instance, if a user submits an application, they are sent a thank you email 24 hours after the submission. A journey of sequential emails is then sent to the user 30, 60, 90 days after the application submission. My initial thought is to break them out as separate journeys, but unsure as to how you could accommodate the 60 and 90 day actions as those would exceed the 30 day wait activity limit. I see that a user can add start and end dates for journeys, but not sure if you put the end date past 30 days, if it automatically overrides the 30 day occupancy limit a user can remain in a journey. Any recommendations that can be shared would be greatly appreciated. Hello guys,   I am delivering Offer through APIs by using Decision Management. If 3rd Party System read the offer and it does not want to retrieve the same offer again cause the offer has been read. how can i deliver the offer once via APIs? Is it possbile tpo update the Offer status from 3rd Party ? Thanks 

Does AJO have the ability to run on specific days of the week or month? For example, if I want journeys to run only Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during the week or the first two weeks of the month and then go dark for the other days/weeks. I'm aware that you can schedule a start/end date for journeys and the ability to manually turn off a journey, but unsure as to specific days of the week/month.

Hello, As part of our customer 'journey' process flows, there are times where we have to send regulatory letters, promotional letters via Direct Mail channel for particular segment (audience). We are in need of following 2 integration patterns for Print shops depending on the print vendor - 1) AJO sends data feed (sftp); and Print vendor maintains templates, print, package and delivery2) AJO would manage template and PDF creation for letters for vendors (sftp). Vendor manages print, package and delivery To summarize, in #1 client sends data and print-shop manages creative design, personalization based on the data received. In #2, client manages creative design, personalization and print shop manages the logistics of printing and packaging/delivery. As per the AJO documentation, looks like #1 is available only in the campaign use-cases and that too for non-HIPAA shield clients (We have AJO with HIPAA shield).  Can these 2 DM use-cases be achieved (eith

Hi,  I am working on a use case, where we want to send the message to customer with the channel, they are most engaged with.  So based on their interaction with the brand, if customers interact (says opens) the email more than SMS or Push, they send them Email, if they interact with SMS then send SMS, if they interact more with Push, then send them Push message.Do we have anything inbuilt in the tool (like send time optimization)? or what would be the best way to do that. ThanksPreeti

Dear, I would like to use an event field from event X in event Y (it concerns a language field).These events are linked because they carry the same order uid, so I would like to cross reference based on this order uid and then see the language value from the first event. I have tried the following:containIgnoreCase(#{ExperiencePlatform.ExperienceEventFieldGroup.experienceevent.at(0)._"companyName"."OrderObject"."Languagefield"}, "nl") This did not give the desired result.
