Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi, I have a journey which triggers an event (first activity) The parametrs in the event are - an array called "legs" and "customer Number" . I am using a condition activity to check if a specific value within the array exists.  Within the condition, I am passing the array and value as parameters using the "in" function. Below is the expression: If i check for the array at position 0, or at position 1, the expression looks correct with no error. However, if I want to search the whole array using "all()" the expression throws an error as below . How do I check if a value is present in all of the array?   Below is the schema structure:   Thanks in advance. Ishani

Is it possible to integrate the Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe Commerce. If yes can you please provide me with process for integration or configuration.

Because of the high number of members we create journeys for, we cannot use the "Jump" custom action (moving someone from one journey to another). Could I instead try to do something similar where –at any given point in the journey– I could just add another segment qualification node and qualify a different segment of people? Would this work or would the journey just stop before the qualified profiles flowed into the second segment qualification node?  See the attached image to see how I would construct this journey in AJO.

Hello Community: I found this reporting setup in AJO configuration tab but couldn't find any documentation. What is the purpose of this option?ThanksAndrea

Need API to redeem offers

I'm trying to upload a zip file to the email designer inside AJO, everything gets uploaded but when I try to save I get this error. Is the maximum payload 2MB? Thanks

Hi,I have some questions regarding AJO.The requirement is to send email and push notifications to customers every day at 4 pm, but before sending them, we need to check if the product is available by calling an external API.Is it feasible to initiate a journey in AJO through an API from an external third party? If yes, how can we accomplish that? Can we schedule a journey to run at a specific time daily, such as 4 pm?Additionally, is it possible to make an external API call from AJO? For example, only send the email if the products are back in stock."

While using 'Segment Qualification' activity in journey, even after a profile getting qualified for segment, Journey is not getting triggered.Journey is in ‘Live’ state and we are ingesting data using HTTP API streaming ingestion.PFB details of the setup done.Segment details:Segment Name: IN CustomersCriteria: HomeAddress-->CountryCode eq "IN"   Journey DetailsJourney Name: POCsegmentqualification   We are able to see data in segment

Hi all, need your help with the following question. In AJO, we have created two environments: Production and DEV (staging). We have already created some segments in production environment but we want to move then to the staging environment (DEV). How can I achieve this? Thanks in advance, Blanca

Sorry, I am just getting started with AJO and have a very basic question. If I create a Journey and have Email as the 'Action' - how do I incorporate an Offer into this email? Say for example the use case is - Loyalty members who visit the Seasonal Sale page should get a 20% off coupon in the email. I understand the Journey and Offer Management modules individually, just trying to understand how they intersect.  Thanks

Could i integrate content from non-Adobe system on Adobe Journey Optimizer or Customer Journey orchestration application?

Hi Team,I was trying to create email content templates in AJO.While creation, on image upload part there are 2 options to upload our custom images.1. Via local image upload2. Assets from AEMFor both option we are getting error : "Error 403: ForbiddenEither your organization is not currently entitled for Adobe Experience Manager Assets Essentials, or you have no accessible folders." 1. Is it mandatory to have AEM assets essentials access for local image upload?2. In which way we can use local/custom created images in emails?Error SnapshotsUsing Import option Using Browse from AssetsThanks

Does anyone successfully implement push and in-app (beta) messaging? I am trying to use Firebase for android and iOS and checking if anyone created any custom action for a similar use case as the configurations are different for APN and Firebase as per Adobe doc.   Thanks!

Hello,   I've a question regarding Object Copy API  I understand that with /exim/snapshots/copy I can copy objects from one sandbox to another. This works fine. But how can I "dump" an object to a local JSON file? I tried with /exim/snapshots/export but I only get some "correlationId". How can I download my stuff (e.g. a Journey in JSON format) based on this "correlationId"?   Thank you!

Hi Community Team, How Typology and Typology Rules are maintained in AJO? At the moment i can see only one rule i.e Frequency rule which is used to set capping, what about other rules like Filtering, Capacity & Control that Adobe campaign has?

Hi Expert, I have couple of queries related to AJO SMS integration,1.Is AJO supports only Since and Twilio OOTB? Can we use other SMS providers to integrate with AJO. If Yes, How can we do that?2. How inbound SMS and URL shortenings works in AJO in case of other SMS provider like Turnpike from Link Mobility? link: https://linkmobility.com/news/link-mobility-and-adobe-team-up-to-transform-digital-marketing-landscape Thanks in advance

Im curious if anyone has a use case for setting up and managing a preference center in AJO. I have a client who has multiple email preferences (newsletter, events, products, education) as well as a global opt out option. I created a journey in AJO to send an initial email to allow users to update their preferences, and using a condition, send them a follow up email confirming their preferences. The issue im seeing is when I reference the segment for the subscription list. The segment created by the subscription list is batch evaluation, which means a wait step of 1 day is needed in the journey in order for the evaluation to complete. Every time I test the journey flow, the follow email step is never reached. If anyone has any best practices for creating and managing a preference center in AJO, that would be super helpful!

We are trying to find the right Json where check the date occurs less or greater then xx days after today. please find the below sample. Birthdate has the year init. Do we have any other option to crack this? {%#if profile.person.birthDate occurs <=30 days after today%} {"content_id":"sample": "{{profile.person.name.firstName}}"} {%/if%}

Hi all, need to know whats the difference between read segment and segment qualification? Thanks in advance, Blanca

Can you help us the fix the client's name in proper case. which function we need to use.

Im creating an opt in journey for when a user selects email preferences to opt in to via a landing page and form in AJO (newsletter, events, education, products). However, im noticing that when the preferences are selected on the form and added to a subscription list, the system generated segment is showing 0 people and the choice value for the preference is not appearing on the profile record. Do I need to create a schema for the email preferences choices?

I know Adobe Campaign can connect to other email service providers, but is this possible for AJO yet?
