Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi, you can see the error rate better with the new view of journeys. This e-mail has 120 errors, with all the same reason: message execution error. I can not find out what it means when I check the documentation. Does someone know? Also a request to Adobe to just have a list with all error messages with explanation because I very often wonder what error messages mean in Adobe.

Hey, I am looking implementing AMP emails from AJO,how every there is a block of creating the email in AMP syntax, i tried import HTML, it stucked at the step of "import your email", it shows"{error: Error: Failed to execute 'setAttribute' on 'Element': '⚡4email' is not a valid attribute name." in the Console.but that is the basic syntax required for AMP email.I also tried other method of creating email, like "code your own", or save the code as fragment, then try to add it to the email. both failed again.so is AJO totally incompatible for implementing AMP emails?

Hi Everyone, I want to run a campaign from a custom audience upload, there is a column in this custom upload which I want to use for personalisation as well.According to Adobe doc, when importing the externally generated audience, all the fields except the primary identifier field is considered payload attributes. These attributes are considered non-durable, as they will only be associated with this audience for purposes of personalization, and are not connected to the profile. However, when I try to find these payload attributes for personalization, I am not able to find it. Can anyone please help me in understanding how we can use attributes from custom audience in our campaigns? Thanks in advance for your help! Best Regards,Swastika

Is it possible to schedule a query to obtain information about the number of unsuccessful emails sent compared to successful emails sent in the journey, store the results in a dataset, and then use either campaign or journey to communicate the dataset by email notification?

Hello All! I am posting here for the first time with a question regarding communication scheduling. Does Adobe provide the capability to avoid sending communications to customers during holidays, ad-hoc days off, bank holidays, etc.? Thank you!

Hi there, For in-app messages, what does decisioning.propositionSend mean? We have a journey that is a one-time launch where the in-app message will be live for the month. Looking at the AJO inbound activity dataset, I see event = decision.propositionSend occuring throughout the month, where initially i would have thought this event would just means how many were targeted, which means it would only show up when we published our journey. For reference, on a particular day, I see for example 20K propsitionSend, and 3K propsitionDisplay (impressions).  Anyone know what does this event mean in the context of in-app messages? Thanks.

Hi Team, Working with AJO here.  We need to ensure that emails/push as part of a streaming Journey are sent only during day time ie. from 9 AM to 9 PM only. And we need to queue up the notifications from being sent out until 9 am the next morning.Any suggestion how we can achieve the same in AJO?Thank you!

Hi all,  In decision management, I try to create a decision rule  to evaluate the priority or the ranking value of an offer. The goal is to filter offers with a score = 0 I have tried without success :( ... offer.characteristics.get("score").notEqualTo("0") ...(... offer.characteristics.get("Prioritycore").notEqualTo("0") ...(.... offer.Priority >0 ...(... offer.ranking > 0 ...(...  offer.Score > 0 ... ...How can I use  object "offers" or "ranking" in a rule ?  Thank you in advance.

we are trying to get alerts for distribution List in AJO. How can we achieve that?

Hi Team, We are trying to populate the dynamic offer end date in email creative base on journey run date + 30 days in specific format.Did anyone can help me on the same? I can populate the date (2023-07-02) but want in MM/DD/YYYY format

I am trying to understand how to render properly code base experiences. In the documentation there is info that you should send with the sendEvent decisionScopes:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/web-sdk/personalization/rendering-personalization-content However where you configure while configuring Decisions in AJO this human readable names of decisionScopes in AJO? Or I misunderstood something...

Hi @satheeskannak @mohan_dugganab @anuhya-y @_manoj_kumar_ Is there any way we can manage channel surface in condition activity without adding any new email activity.Eg : if code is  Status=1 then i have to select the channel surface is ABC and if the Status = 0 then the default channel surface has to be selected. If there is any was can you show some example but i dont have to add the new email activity beacsue there is constraint that we cann add only 50 activity in the journey canvas. Thanks Abhishek

Hi Team,I want to discuss is there any possibility, that if I schedule a query seeking some data, let's say unsubscribe data from a journey for the past 24 hours. And if that data value crosses a threshold like unsubscribe value is greater than 10. I will get an email from Adobe that threshold unsubscribe has been breached.

Hello,I do have date format like this "formatdate(now(), "%BI %2D %4Y")" in ACC but  I want to use this in AJO. How this can be achieved. Expected result is "JUNE 21 2024"

Hi! I wanted to try this new feature in one of my active journeys, but an error keeps popping up saying:"There was a problem loading your project. Please refresh the page and try again".I did that, but nothing happened and there is no way to go back to the other view. What can I do?

I would like to use web channel in AJO and editor does not load. I use different browsers - Edge, Chrome, Chromium, Mozilla . Installed Adobe Experience Cloud Visual Editing Helper and still editor does not work. I disconnected from corporate VPN. Any hints?

Hi! I wonder if there is any chance for the users to opt out for a specific journey wich contains several steps. I mean, a contact enters a 3 emails/steps journey, that are going to be sent during a week. I wante to give the contacts the chance to opt out from the next steps.I added a condition to check if the customer has booked so if he did, he will exit the journey. But also I wanted to give the chance to exit the journey but not opting out of all subscriptions. Thanks

In AJO for any particular journey we see an Indicator “Failed Individual Journey” in the view report. I want to know what does this mean specifically ?Whether the person has entered the journey and has exited for some reason (what reasons that can be) ? or whether the person could not enter the journey and the journey was not executed for him (Again what reasons that can be) ? Can anyone please clarify this.

As I read in the documentation code base experiences are run as soon as WEB SDK is loaded. Taking into account that WEB SDK should be in the head section of the page. What if we would like to (as an experience) personalize some banner. Then in the js script we should check if DOMContentLoaded event is fired and the our script should run and then change the banner? What is your experience?

Hi Team,I have to hide the view in browser or mirror page text, when it opens in the browser

I am tryign to use the following code:{% let newDate = profile._loyaltyone.onboardingJourney.firstOffer.endDate %} New Date = {%= newDate %}which returns the following:New Date = 2024-05-12T00:00:00Z I would like to format as "May 12, 2024" but my code is not working:New Date = {%= formatDate(newDate, "MMMM dd,YYYY") %} Invalid syntax Usage of function "formatDate" does not match available signatures. Usage: [PQLSchemaImplJson({"meta:xdmType":"date"}), PQLSchemaImplJson({"meta:xdmType":"string"})] Signatures: [(List(PQLSchemaImplJson({"meta:xdmType":"date-time"}), PQLSchemaImplJson({"meta:xdmType":"string"})),PQLSchemaImplJson({"meta:xdmType":"string"})), (List(PQLSchemaImplJson({"meta:xdmType":"date-time"}), PQLSchemaImplJson({"meta:xdmType":"string"}), PQLSchemaImplJson({"meta:xdmType":"string"})),PQLSchemaImplJson({"meta:xdmType":"string"}))]I know I am doing something wrong, just not sure what.

In AJO I want to use switch case in HTML for finding the set of data to be personalised inside each case.

I am not sure if in documentation it was 100% confirmed but the customer might be in the same time in the origin journey and in target journey?
