I am not sure if in documentation it was 100% confirmed but the customer might be in the same time in the origin journey and in target journey?

Hi all, As we scale and build more journeys into AJO, we will need a way to start proactive monitor & alert if certain journeys are working and delivering, and throw errors if not.  Curious how are people approaching this since this is not an OOTB feature, I am also wondering if there's any creative ways to achieve this with another journey, and then sending a hourly count (for example) via a customer action to somewhere? Thanks.

Hi,I can't publish any new audiences using the Audience Composition canvas. I have not reached the maximum of live audiences. The error message is "internal server error". How can I find more information on this error? Best regards,Mikael

Hi @satheeskannak  @mohan_dugganab @ivanmi1 Have one doubt that is it possible can we change the Date format in the Email Templete for the Date.It is comming like this DD:MM:YY but i want to show this like MM:DD:YY Is this passible in AJO with any Helper function. I would like to use recommended products from Target in AJO email. I should configure Delivery API post request to Target using Actions or Data Sources? How to use that in the journey?

On the DSN (demo Adobe env) I created sample journey with app push. There is info - No token found in profile. App push channel surface is configured.  

I have used 'personalEmail.address' field in a schema, and ingested data via HTTP... profile got created and qualified for a required segment.and I have created a journey strtng with Audience qualification and used the segment here... the profile got entered into the journey but when I look into message.feedback I am seeing email not found error and I am not able to send any email to the profile via journey  

The way the schema's are created in One profile to multiple account(1:N). So when it comes to personalization, how to put condition over an array for personalizing in the communication(Email, SMS). We want to target customer whose Balance = 0, and personalize there Email/SMS with the Account Number in the content. From the below SS, 2 records qualify for this condition. When it comes to personalization on account level, which account does it take, is it acc456 or acc102? How this can be achieved? 

While creating any event I could see only OOB schemas visible in the drop down. Can we view the custom schemas in the drop down to select. 

I see two places where we can define qualified audience either rule based or segment based while creating and serving offers in AJO.Offer eligibility while creating offer.In decision eligibility while creating Decisions.why do we need at offer level when offer can't be delivered independently with out having decisions created.what use cases we have to use offers and decision rules.

Hi there, For our push notification, there is need to return a dynamic deeplink based on certain criteria the customer is eligible for.  As an example, this is what I am looking to accomplish:{%#if "abc"="123"%} myAppScheme://webview?redirect=https://www.google.com {%else if "aaa"="aaa"%} myAppScheme://webview?redirect=https://www.msn.com{%else%} myAppScheme://webview?redirect=https://www.yahoo.com{%/if%} With just myAppScheme://webview?redirect=https://www.google.com alone in the deeplink, I was able to get it to work. But after adding a condition, the deeplink doesn't work. Is this supported? Thanks.

Attributes like - Opens, Clicks, Tracked URL. Note: It can be achieved using the Audience for each CTA conditions. Wanted to look for an optimized approach. From the below SS, we tries to put a condition based on the time series event in the condition activity of the journey to filter Opens, click etc. Is it feasible to achieve this business logic in the journey Conditions activity. 

I'm trying to configure the capping API to limit the calls to an external system. The system create the rules but when i'm trying to deploy this rules the system give me this error:"errorCode": "ERR_AUTHORING_ENDPOINTCONFIG_2","error": "endpoint not whitelisted: please contact your administrator" How can i whitelist this endpoint?

Hi, Is there a way to access Email body in the AJO Journey? A variable/property of the email action which I can access in the custom action? I want to post the body to an API through custom action so that I could save it and make it available to the customer support staff.  I have looked at BCC but it is not a cost affective way to achieve this. BCC feature usage gets counted against entitled message quota. Is there any other way to pull out this information from AJO? Any API/webhook thanks.

Hi everyone, I'm looking to optimize my email marketing campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) by targeting different audience segments based on their email open rates over the last 90 days. I would appreciate any guidance or best practices on how to achieve this. Identify and track necessary fields such as Email Sent Count and Email Open Count.Create Segments Based on Open Rates:e.g. I have sent 10 Emails in the last 90 days. I want to calculate avg open rate per person and create segments based on it.Is there a way for calculating and segmenting based on open rates in AJO?

Hi there, What are some ways to send a push notification again in a journey excluding those who already received it? We have a marketing need where there was an issue with a journey, we need to urgently send another push out, but exclude those who already received it. We cannot wait 24 hours for a segment to refresh. Thanks.

Same event has been used in the journey and then we have condition activity after the events. This Conditions activity is used to split records based on Clicks and open. but we are getting the error as "resource used in this expression is missing".  Regards,Abhishek

Hi,  is it possible to retrieve the information from a relationship established with a lookup schema into a journey?  In the specific i have an id on a profile schema, this id is related to a lookup entity with further details, such es color, price etc. Can i retrieve the details of the lookup into a journey using for example the data in a custom action?  Then how is it possible to check that the relationship worked good?  Thanks!

Hello, Can someone please explain all the throttling options to me within AJO? I have a client that says the throttling API and manually throttling via journeys through wait conditions are not an option for them. I am open to all suggestions, or if there are not other options, a further breakdown of the API.  Thank you!
