Hello,  I have the following code in my HTML I'm trying to use. This code looks for a Campaign Name attribute and applies the corresponding couponID. Hello Community,I've successfully configured a WhatsApp channel in Adobe Journey Optimizer and can send outbound messages using Meta's test number.My issue is with opt-in and opt-out confirmation messages:When I reply with an opt-in or opt-out keyword (e.g., 'STOP', 'START'), the action does process correctly in the backend (I see the user's subscription status update in Adobe Campaign).However, I do not receive any confirmation message back on WhatsApp (e.g., 'You have been opted out').This is happening despite the backend processing being successful. I'm looking for guidance on why these confirmation messages aren't being sent.Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone,  I'm wondering if anyone had successfully retrieved Id from profile.timeSeriesEvents.identityMap in an AJO offer. I had no problem retrieving the id using this helper function. {%= head(get(profile.identityMap,"accountId")).id %}However, when I use the same formula for profile.timeSeriesEvents.identityMap: {%= head(get(profile.timeSeriesEvents.identityMap,"accountId")) %}, it throws this error: Invalid syntax get applied to an array requires integer parameter - was: STRING., Object expression for "head" must be of type array. Was Map[STRING => OBJECT[]].. Error beginning at position: Line 5, Character 23  Appreciate any tips on this. 

Hi all - Looking for feedback on new capabilities we released as limited availability    https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/about-journey-building/journey-action   The new action node will ultimately replace all of the native actions in the Journey left rail, but in this release we are allowing users to explore this workflow as an addition to the existing native channels.    Couple of points here:  The new action node is meant to simplify the canvas and cleanup the left rail. Hi everyone,I’m using Adobe Shared Sandbox and testing a journey in AJO where one profile can have multiple objects (for example, multiple accounts). To model this, I created an object array (accountDetails) inside the profile schema. Each object has:accountId (set up as a secondary identity in a non-people namespace)accountEmail (string field for the account’s email address)other account-level attributes.What I’ve verified so far:Primary identity = customerId (cross-device).Profile Viewer shows all attributes populated, including the nested accountEmail.Audience qualifies correctly and the journey executes without errors.I tested two ways:With supplemental identifier = accountIdWithout supplemental identifier (just using customerId)In both cases, the journey runs successfully but no emails are delivered.I even used my personal Gmail address in accountEmail to rule out deliverability issues, still nothing reaches the inbox.Content simulation works fine and shows the correct email addre

Hello, Please consider above image as reference. This is regarding link tracking in email. Questions -1) what is the use of tag here ?2) If i try to add tag here, it does not get saved. I tried using already created tag and it did not work.Please let me know if you need any other details. Thanks!

Here in this example the email " emma.jones@mail.com"  failed 3 times within the timeframe 24 hrs. So, in what intervals of time the email has been  tried  in the last 24 hrs timeframe, to infer it that email had failed 3 times? Is it that we have to manually send the email after setting the 24hrs threshold?   

As both send the copy to email what is the difference between BCC and seed list?

How would you do that? 

Hi all, I want to export a journey triggered by a custom unitary event from PRE to PROD environment. This journey is started by a custom event sent from a 3rd party platform and it sends an email to the customer/profile specified by the custom event. Email uses contextual attributes as content personalizarion. Issue: After exporting the journey (and its dependencies), we see that the context attributes need to be re-added to the template inside the journey in order to get the journey published. However, I get this error when trying to do this: Workaround: The only solution I have found is to delete the email action from the journey and add it again (with re-work configuring everything again). This is not ideal because it involves manual work in PROD environment. I'd appreciate any help on this topic. @mayank_gandhi @satheeskannak  

Dear Community Members, I have a use case where I’ve created an audience in Data Distiller that is evaluated daily. This audience will be used as a Read Audience in an AJO journey. Business requirement:Each day, we should send only 1,000 emails total.Within this, we want to apply quotas per attribute. For example, I have attributes (attr01, attr02, … attr100), and I would like to ensure that only 10 emails are sent for attr01, 10 for attr02, and so on. Questions:1) Is it possible to enforce such per-attribute capping directly within AJO journeys?2) If not, what are the best practices or recommended approaches?For example, should this be handled in Data Distiller SQL before sending the audience into AJO? (The drawback here is that we lose a significant portion of target profiles if we randomly select only 10.)Or, is there a way to manage this within AJO using journey throttling or splits?Any guidance, examples, or workarounds would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in a

HI all,I recently came across a issue in AJO mail where if I use contextual or personalization attributes in the url link. Assuming I want to create offer regarding the Credit Card. However based on the user credit scoring details of the offer might differ. Is it possible in the offer to personalize offer copy based on the profile attributes which tell us about credit card interest rate for the specific user?

Hi,I am working on creating a Dynamic Template using Conditional Rules. While adding a condition to my rule, I was able to add 5 values. However seeing below issue: For my use case, when I tried to add 200 values, it showed an error.Did not find any mention of this limitation or guardrail in the documentation.But it will be helpful if some one can help me with the details. I wonder i sombody knows anyting about how the Mirror Page link is build, the structure of the link.I have faced a problem that in some cases I get a Mirror Page URL without the /ee in the final link in an email. And that link does not work. Sometimes I get a Mirror Page with the /ee included in the link, and then it  works. I can manually change the link in my browser (set in the /ee in the right place, and then it works)https://data.nordea-test.cjmadobe.com/ee/v1/ ..................https://data.nordea-test.cjmadobe.com/v1/ ..................So the one million dollar question, what causes the /ee to be created in the final link, and what make this to be left out when rendering the link. Since it is the same mistake every time withe the same letters, this to letters must have some connection to something in the solution - putting them into the final URL.
