Hi, The source data is sending the date in format: "May 28 2020 8:07AM". I have to map this field to a dateTime field. How can I do it?I tried using this as a calculated field with logic: date(Last_Status_Update_Date,"L dd yyyy h:mma"), but my field didn't get any values.I will appreciate any help on how to transform this field to zoned dateTime format. Thanks,Swastika.

In the Assurance screen for validating Tracking for Mobile SDK, I am seeing events are missing post-processing data.  Does that mean that processing rules have to be configured?    

We are trying to ingest Adobe Analytics report suite data into AEP via the Adobe Analytics source connector. Using the custom mapping interface, it is for most cases fairly straight forward to map the "_experience" fields to the corresponding fields in our own "_tenant" custom fields collection. Even for listprops it is fairly easy to create a calculated field, that creates a string of values to be used in CJA - for example this listprop:join("|",_experience.analytics.customDimensions.listProps.prop34.values) However for listvars this is not possible. First off, because there is no "values", there is only only the following available, which not permitted in the calculated field interface:_experience.analytics.customDimensions.lists.list1.list[*].value I have tried to just include the list:join(",",_experience.analytics.customDimensions.lists.list1.list) But that returns the full object in CJA, which is not ideal for reporting purposes - example:{value=listvar-i

I have a weird situation, where if I turn on the debugger, Adobe Launch will show a rule as firing but in actuality, it didn't execute the JS code (in the action) and no error was thrown? I put console.logs in the code and they never happen. This doesn't happen all the time, but it happens enough where it is an issue. This happens to more than one rule. Any ideas on what can be causing this and how to debug/fix it? FYI... this isn't conditional code; one rule creates a JS object and the other one starts a page load performance timer. The only variation with our implementation is that we don't load the primary Launch library until we get a response back from a geolocation API but it is very fast and still don't understand why this type of issue would happen?Thanks,MJ

Hello,I've encountered an issue with segmenting data using a "Look-Up Table." I've set up an XDM individual profile schema with the following fields:Customer IDAddress IDCustomer First NameCustomer Last NameAdditionally, I've created a look-up schema for customer addresses with the following fields:Address IDStreet NameHouse NumberCity NameThe Address ID in the customer profile schema is linked to the Address ID in the look-up table. Both schemas have been enabled for profiles, and datasets have been created and enabled for both schemas. I've inserted data into both datasets.However, I've encountered an issue when creating a segment for customers who reside in a specific city. I consistently receive a profile count of 0. I've double-checked the IDs and the city name and can confirm that the data is present in the profile-enabled dataset.Could you please assist me in resolving this segmentation issue?Thank you. @arijitg @anil_umachigi @atulchavan @

I am trying to use the query string parameter in launch to bring in send date &senddate=2023-09-18&. Below is my setup for the data element, but when i check the console for the evar I get enddate%. I have set up other QSP's in launch and have not had an issue, would the date be causing an issue?   

Hello,I am attempting to accomplish the following use case using segmentation in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).I need to calculate the average price paid for all the bookings falling within the range of 1000 to 2000 USD. The pricing information is stored within the experience event schemas.When I apply an aggregate function to the container, I only see options like "greater than," "less than," and "equal to," but there is no option for "between." Additionally, when I attempt to use an aggregate function on the second container, it doesn't seem to work.Is there a method or approach to handle this specific scenario? One idea would be to create two audience one with less than 1000 USD, other with less than 2000 USD purchase and then exclude the first from the second to get all the bookings between 1000 USD AND 2000 USD. @arijitg @danny-miller @atulchavan

Now our requirement is to enable partial ingestion with 1% threshold.Through UI we were able to enable partial ingestion. Hi,I have a question about establishing relationships between schemas. I have one schema called "Customer Profile" which is based on the XDM individual profile class. It has an object array of booking IDs made by the customer. I also have another schema called "Customer Booking" which is based on the custom booking class. This schema contains all the booking details. These two schemas are related to each other by establishing a relationship between the booking ID from the booking array in the Profile schema and the booking ID primary key in the Customer Booking schema. My question is this: Suppose I have 10 customers, each with around 10 bookings. This means that I have around 10 individual profiles and 100 entries in the booking table. If I enable the booking schema for the profile, the number of profiles increases to 100, because there are 100 separate booking IDs. Ideally, I would expect only 10 profiles to be consumed, but because of enabling the profile on the booking sc

Do we need to use processing rules for Adobe Analytics if we are using Alloy.js?

Hi there, We have ECIDs enabled as primary identifier on our site, and another CRM ID as an identifier too. Per this article too, I am running into a similar problem with customers logging into different accounts on the same ECID, and the identities are forever stitched.  Using myself as an example, I have a CRM ID and respective ECIDs, and then one day I mistakenly logged into a test account which is used by many other people in the company and on my own ECID. Now my identity graph exploded and I can forever not be segmented. So I am just wondering if there are ways to clean this up? I have both the Experience events TTL and pseudonymous profile TTL set up. The "login mistake" happened a few months back and so it's way passed the TTL, even though the TTL cleaned the events but the linked identity remains.  Thank you

Hi Team,I'm currently working on a use case involving the creation of a schema using XDM Experience Event and the setup of a dataset with profile integration. One observation that has surfaced is that when data is ingested multiple times for the same record, the event tab in the profile seems to capture only the initial record, disregarding subsequent ones. Hi,I am trying to ingest a delimiter(space) separated string from a CSV file to an array field in AEP by using "split" data prep function. Below are input string and data prep function I am using.Using data prep function the data that gets inserted is an error text " [Ljava.lang.String;@59c1a063}"  and not the split values from the string.Can anyone please suggest what could be possible issue here and how to resolve this. I'm working on adding AdobeAssurance but when I go to startSession, the SessionId_Key isn't set. Where should I be setting this? 

We setup CMK for Adobe Experience platform following the documentation below. The setup is completed successfully and we see the desired response in the API as mentioned in the documentation.However, we would like to know if we can confirm if actually the CMK is used by the platform through any means of validation (say API call, or info in any page). Hi All, I'm in the process of configuring the source for Adobe Campaign Managed Services, but I'm encountering an issue where my ACC instance is not appearing in the list.
