ACC instance is not getting listed in Adobe Campaign Managed Services source configuration

Hi All,

I'm in the process of configuring the source for Adobe Campaign Managed Services, but I'm encountering an issue where my ACC instance is not appearing in the list. I've included a screenshot for your reference. Could there be something I'm overlooking? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Sankar

Hi @nitesh_kumar-1 ,

Thank you for your response.

We are trying this integration in sandbox instance, and adobe support confirmed that they will not support Managed services in sandbox.

Thanks

Sankar

Hi @sr10 ,

This integration works with Adobe Campaign version 8.4 or higher Check your version. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/email-marketing/adobe-campaign-managed-services.html?lang=en

Can you check if both are under the same orgID?

Also, feel free to open a support ticket with Adobe for further investigation.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Nitesh
