Adobe Experience Platform

I see two main methods:1. getPropositions() - This API retrieves the previously fetched propositions, for the provided decision scopes, from the in-memory extension propositions cache.As I understand its not new request but it takes what is already in Cache? Does it also include capping?2. updatePropositionsWithCompletionHandler() - this one gets propositions if there is nothing in Cache?

I want to build a segment where a user has seen an event such as a page view (in this example "brand") more than 3 times but less than 10 times. What is the best way to create this in AEP segment builder when you build out the rule? Do you do it at the top where it shows include then between 3 and 10 or do it at the count level? But count only lets me do greater than or less than. Someone mentioned that you need to do it as an aggregator first to do the count.  Anyways hope this makes sense.     

Is it better to use some custom field with ECID as a primary identity or to used Identity Map?What is the advantage of Identity Map?

Has anybody track something like that? Is it even possible?

I am doing project for a company which consists of 3 entities. Data Mart would ingest to CDP 4 datasets:- data for entity 1- data for entity 2- data for entity 3- combined customer view across all entities Would you make ona schema or 4 schemas? Is it some max number of fields which schema 

hi, I've recently developed a custom destination conenctor for streaming audience that pushes audience membership to Eloqua. The connector is set for testing purpose with a maximum time of 10 minutes or 10 profiles. Its all working perfectly, except I find quite randomly that the same profile with the same audience qualified date/time is pushed around 2 hours later again to the endpoint. Would anyone have any idea why this would happen? I could expect that to happen if the profile qualified for the audience again 2 hours later, but it has the original qualified date and tme which makes no sense thanksMarc

Hi all,  Has anyone tried setting up Technical Account Id to run scheduled query in query services AEP? This a recommended approach by Adobe rather than owning queries by individual users. In case where an user's role changes or account is deactivated, the scheduled query would fail to run.  There is documentation but it doesn't appear very clear to me. Any help/recommendation will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sambit

Hi All,I have configured an HTTP API streaming dataflow and successfully tested it using Postman-profiles are appearing in AEP as expected. However, I recently disabled the dataflow and then submitted another request via Postman. Surprisingly, the profile was still registered in AEP, even though the dataflow was disabled. Could someone help me understand how this is possible? Is there a delay in disabling the dataflow, or could there be another reason why profiles continue to be ingested?

User identification (identity stitching) happens using Identity Map. Is it even required to track profile attributes from web/app if this data would come from datalake in batches for separate dataset(every 1h hours)?I know that consents other profile attributes might be used in AJO and thats the only advantage I can think of for these datasets

Hi I am trying to create Adobe Launch rules using Reactor API + Python Script, I am able to create the RULE but unable to create the component, the Sample API request available in the documentation is not so helping, I am need help on the sample API request for different Rule component request.
