Identities excluded and No profile exported due to due to missing user consent

Hi ​@Community 

I am working on AEP-SFMC API based destination connection. I have created a streaming type audience and activated it using SFMC API based connection. SFMC connection is set up successfully as I can see the target fields during mapping. On Audience activation profile get activated to destination.

“Dataexport” is used as marketing action and no consent policy is used.

Destination data flow runs and complete successfully but i get “Identities excluded” while profiles are received but none activated.

“Identity excluded” comes with below description :  
“The identities associated to some profiles cannot be exported to the destination due to missing user consent, or the consent provided by users does not match the consent settings applied to the destination. To respect user privacy, Experience Platform will not export these identities to this destination. For more information, refer to the Consent policy documentation: https://www.adobe.com/go/consent-policy-enforcement. “

 

 

I am not able to export profile to SMFC using API based connection as i am receiving “identity excluded”. Please assist

Hi ​@SantoshRa5 ,

Check if there an active consent policy for the marketing action you might have tagged to this SFMC destination connector.

you can visit privacy->Policy->Browse and double check if any policy is blocking this export. If you are sure to allow this data to flow downstream either update the policy or change the marketing action associated with the destination account.
