Hi, After a dataset deletion would it be possible to recover the information of the records inside with the processing duration of the records that were present in the dataflow? Maybe with API? Thanks

Hi All  My requirement is every day i will get new file in S3 and need to ingest into my dataset and previous batch need to be deleted. For this i have used below curl'sTo get the batch details curl -X POST https://platform.adobe.io/data/foundation/import/batches \-H 'Authorization: Bearer {ACCESS_TOKEN}' \-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \-H 'x-gw-ims-org-id: {ORG_ID}' \-H 'x-api-key: {API_KEY}' \-H 'x-sandbox-name: {SANDBOX_NAME}'-d '{"datasetId": "{DATASET_ID}","inputFormat": {"format": "csv"}}' Batch deletion curl -X POST https://platform.adobe.io/data/foundation/import/batches/{BATCH_ID}?action=REVERT \-H 'Authorization: Bearer {ACCESS_TOKEN}' \-H 'x-gw-ims-org-id: {ORG_ID}' \-H 'x-api-key: {API_KEY}' \-H 'x-sandbox-name: {SANDBOX_NAME}' While testing it in postman i am able to view the deletion happen but if i query the dataset i am able to view the records Can any one suggest me any alternative way. Thanks in advance. Thanks a

Hello Team,We have a requirement to create segment recommendations in Adobe Experience Platform using Machine Learning and AI capabilities. AEP should predict and provide similar segment recommendations for specified targets, such as churn reduction, re-purchase likelihood, and cross-sell opportunities. Has anyone worked on a similar requirement before?

I have custom tracking done and when in the debugger I am testing that out my event is getting fired twice instantly. What could be the potential reason? I have the same configuration set up on one of our digital properties and I just duplicated the same on another digital property but saw the beacon firing twice.   What potential scenarios should I check?

Hello! I'm looking to create an AEP audience based on a URL which contains a query with 5 characters. Some are 5 numbers and some are a letter and 4 numbers. Is there a way to accomplish this? There are too many possibilities to input them all individually within the rule ex: "query=J0585" "query=G2211" "query=99406" "query=76942" etc. Thanks!

Hi,I am looking through some of these new features in the latest release and I see that there are some new updates regarding alerts (Adobe Experience Platform Release Notes September 2024 | Adobe Experience Platform). I see that you can now subscribe to alerts for when audiences are created, updated, or deleted. I am wondering, can you do this for specific audiences or does it only apply to all audiences? It would be super helpful if we had the capability to do this for specific audiences.

Hi Community, I've completed the setup of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with schema, data sets, data streams, and web SDK, and our data is successfully flowing into AEP. We are using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for our analytics needs.Recently, we realized that many fields in our schema did not have descriptions, and this lack of descriptions is reflected in our data views and reports. I understand that the descriptions in schema fields are passed on to data view components and are visible in Workspace as well. However, I've noticed that when we add missing descriptions to the schema fields, these updates are not automatically reflected in the existing components in our data views. The only way I've found to see the updated descriptions is by removing the component from the data view and then re-including it, which updates the description instantly.Given the large number of components in our data views, we want to avoid manually reconfiguring everything. Here are my questions

Hi everyone,I’m hoping to get some guidance on integrating WebSDK and Mobile SDK into our front-end applications (Angular, React.JS, and React Native) in a way that reduces the need for ongoing support from our front-end  development teams. After the initial integration, we’d like to know if it’s possible for the AEP team to manage future changes to data collection (like including new fields or data points to be collected) without needing much involvement from the front-end teams. Essentially, we’re aiming for a setup where the SDKs are configured once, and any updates can be handled by the AEP team alone.A couple of questions on this:Is this kind of autonomous setup achievable, where the AEP team manages adjustments without developer input?Would setting it up this way require a significantly more complex initial integration compared to other approaches? We’re trying to find the right balance between a streamlined initial setup and minimizing ongoing dependencies for the front-end t

In this post, we explore the challenges of onboarding new team members to Experience Platform, and how AI Assistant can ease this process by reducing the time required for new hires to become productive. When a new marketing operations manager joins, the first steps they take in the onboarding process are to become familiar with the platform, such as learning how to create, monitor, and evaluate campaigns. Before AI Assistant, this onboarding process often took anywhere from three weeks to over a month, heavily relying on digging through documentation. This experience was articulated through a recent marketing operations hire for one

Hello, I hope you're doing well.We have 360 degree profiles in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) that contain several IDs. For some anonymized profiles, we're looking to remove certain IDs to ensure no one can trace back and identify the customer, even though their contact information is already anonymized in AEP.Could you advise if this is possible in AEP and how we might go about it?Thanks in advance for your help!

Is there a way to edit marketing actions on a destination after the destination has been created? I don't see a way in the UI but maybe via API? Thanks!

Hello,We are doing a bit of inventory and I was wondering if there is a table that we could check to see the Account ID mentioned in this documentation:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/social/facebook The one mentioned as: Account ID: Your Facebook Ad Account ID. You can find this ID in your Facebook Ads Manager account. When entering this ID, always prefix it with act_. We would like to check it from query service, so we can know which destinations are using which accounts. We have inspected the technical tables, but this field doesn't seem to be available. Thanks in advance

Hello, I am testing our the new Beta feature in the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK extension for event grouping of link clicks where the network call gets sent to Adobe on the next page view. Please see settings in extension below.I have ticked this box but when I review this change, I am still getting requests for link clicks immediately and I cannot see any link click data in the page view request on the next page. I cannot find any guides online that explain how the data should look when this setting is configured but I don't think it is working correctly in my case. Does anyone know how this should look or has anyone experienced a similar issue with event grouping? Many thanksLiam

I am trying to insert nested arrays output from a sql query into another dataset but it is not working. insert into b_array_processed_data_testing(_spnam.profileIds.B_UID,_spnam.arrayOfObjects)SELECTb_array.UID,b_array.arrayOfObjectsFROM(WITH grouped_data AS (SELECT_spnam.profileIds.B_UID as UID,ARRAY_AGG(STRUCT(_spnam.arrayOfObjects.coolestInt,_spnam.arrayOfObjects.FavDessert)) AS arrayOfObjectsFROMb_array_staging_poc_testingGROUP BY_spnam.profileIds.B_UID)SELECTUID,arrayOfObjectsFROMgrouped_data;)b_array

Hi,In Launch have a Data element of type session Storage, when i do  _satellite.logger.log('mySessionStorageJsonObject', _satellite.getVar("mySessionStorageJsonObject")), i see an JSON object like {"userName":"John_Doe","region":"flooded"}.how do i read/push the region value into another DataElement? when i do varmyJson = _satellite.getVar("mySessionStorageJsonObject") and then do var region = myJson.region or region = myJson[region] or region = myJson['region'] are all not working.

Hi, We are using Web SDK and working on a scenario where the data has to be sent to a different report suite and also event forwarding destinations depending if the web page is accessed in mobile web view or normal browser. We thought of using Datastream report suite override but it seems it cannot take care of the event forwarding destinations. So we created 2 differnet data streams, and tried to use the "Enter Values" in the Web SDK extension Data Stream config., like below, But it is not working as expected, as the data stream ID always follows the default value of the data element, and it won't use the other data stream ID value popluated. Anyone have experience on this? Thanks,John

Hi Team, For mobile push notifications, we have created a datastream to add the data in AEP.However, in source dataflow, I'm able to see dataflow runs and records received but not ingested. Could you help me with the reason and how can we rectify it.

Hi, I'd like to have the Activity Map functionality enabled in the Web SDK implementation the same way I had it in AppMeasurement. This is having the click information on the subsequent page load when possible.  In May this year, when I started the migration I found this piece of information on this official documentation page:   Now, I can see the following updates related the Web SDK implementation on the same page:  Has this new release that was mentioned solved the issue of sending additional server calls? If so, what are the steps to implement the Activity Map functionality? Do I need to enable new dimensions on the AEP schema? I couldn't find much information about it, hope you can help me. Thanks.

Hi all,  i have a question regarding the visualization in Real Time customer profile of lookup attribute.  I created a custom class (Record) to store attributes regarding a store (the relation is set into a Profile schema with the store id). However if i want to see the store attributes i cannot find it in the real time customer profile, using the identity i used in the schema. The ingestion went good.   Is it normal?  I set the store schema based on a custom class, than set a primary id (matching with the id in the profile schema where the relation is set).  Any suggestion will be appreciated

Hi Everyone,We have created a schema which contains an array type node and in this array there are columns such as SKU, price, productname, quantity etc. We will have to ingest data into this dataset via query service. So we have created multiple CTEs to get what we needed: This is how we form the node in question via CTE (table name: abandon_cart_data): collect_list(STRUCT(`productName`, `SKU`,`quantity`, `price`)) as cartContents INSERT INTO abandon_cart_sales_datasetSELECTSTRUCT (email AS address) personalEmail,STRUCT (AccountNumber AS AccountNumber, leadStatus, LeadID AS LeadID ,array(cartContents) AS cartContents, cartValue AS totalCartValue, currencyCode AS currencyCode, latestAddToCart AS latestAddToCartDate, website, campaignCode, leadSource, number_of_line_items_in_cart AS numberOfLineItemsInCart) _abcFROM abandon_cart_data It is throwing error as: Batch creation failed

HI there, What are the best practices/steps we need to follow to export schema's from PROD sandbox to QA sandbox using packages? Context is our QA sandbox is cleaned up and need to sync up our QA with PROD  schema objects. I'm going through below article, but any pointers/directions from this group on exporting schema's/dependencies will be very helpful ?https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/sandbox/ui/sandbox-tooling Thanks,Sagar.
