Sending event error for Web SDk

I am sending test values to web sdk through Adobe Launch and I get above error "Failed to Fetch" . Not sure what I may be doing wrong?

I have Web sdk extension with default settings ON.

Your configuration looks correct.

I assume that your datastreams have been setup properly too, with the appropriate Adobe services configured in them.

Can you show screenshots of your Web SDK extension's configuration? That might help us to better troubleshoot your issue.

I am getting the same in our splunk logs but enable to understand when it happens.
