for mobile app implementation, is there equivalent for s.abort ? so if we need to not send adobe pixel, even if native app developer sends trackState/trackAction ? UseCase is to urgently suppress some of the trackState/trackAcion calls which are no longer required, and we cant wait for the next app release to suppress the trackState/trackAction calls. We wanted to quickly handle it through adobe launch property.

Hi Team, I have an e-commerce Web Application with AEP SDK built in it. The scenario is - User A and User B both are using same desktop (so ECID is same) to browse my Web App and using their own email-id to do browsing and purchase. Though the email-ids are different, and ECID is same for them, the profiles for User A and User B are getting merged. How can I resolve this issue? Is there any way we can force to generate different ECID per user Login (when email-id is different)? Thanks a lot in advance.

Now I want to export Node B data into RTCDP as a segment/ store in custom dataset (Not in OOTB). Is it possible? Specifically, I am wondering if Adobe stores IP addresses via event forwarding in AEP. oneTrust token expires within a year in source connection. has anyone tried any automation to pull the new token from OT and update it using AEP API(or other way) to AEP, so that no one has to do it manually if the frequency of token expiry is year or less ? Hi, I have created a mapping set to map all the attributes coming as part of a csv file. Then using this mapping set in a dataflow to load all the data in a dataset (Experience Event). In my csv file I have couple of date time attributes containing values like "2025-02-16T14:39:13.000", "2025-02-16T07:14:36.000" etc. In my XDM schema corresponding columns/attributes are defined of type "DateTime". When I run my dataflow I do not get any error but these date time columns shows null values in the dataset. All other attributes shows correct values in the dataset. Please correct me if I'm wrong. We are using the ACDL extension, which will automatically initialize the adobeDataLayer. So, the web application developers only have to worry about initializing the data layer, if they are adding some data before the Web SDK code loads. If they are only doing a "push" they obviously need to make the call after the Web SDK code loads. So, would it be a Best Practice to just have them initialize the adobeDataLayer regardless before the Web SDK code loads? Thanks!

Hello gang... We've been running with the WebSDK for a bit now and all has seemed just fine. We've been impressed with the performance as well as the relative ease of implementation. Note that we use the NPM module directly, incorporated into our front-end build process. Throughout testing as well as live data in Analytics nothing has seemed amiss. However in looking at our raw Data Feeds out of Analytics, there are extra "phantom" hits that are being treated as pageviews. There are few if any actual variables set in the Data Feed for those rows, except for some default Adobe ones like page URL, hit time, etc. And when looking at just raw pageviews in Workspace with no reporting dimensions or segments applied, they can be seen. Our pre-implementation testing and evaluation never included just looking at data this way. Unfortunately it looks as though these phantom pageviews correlate almost perfectly with the extra calls we make to just retrieve personalizations from Tar

Hi there, I have configured a schema using Adobe Analytics Experience Event Field Group (Schema 1)I have another schema with a set of Custom Fields (Schema 2)Primary reason for using AA Experience Event Field group is to send data to AA through Launch Web SDK. I do not want all fields on Schema 1 to be passed into AEP. Hence, schema 2 is created with only required fields to be sent to AEP. I have Adobe Launch implementation to send data to edge network on various interactions (page view, page scroll, link click, product view etc.) . However, I want to send data to AEP only on page view event.Using data object (data.__adobe{}) is one of the method of achieving this.But, Is there any other way to achieve this using Data Prep mapping with Schema 1 and Schema 2? If I use data prep to map the fields, say xdm._experience.analytics.customDimensions.eVars.eVar1 (Schema 1)  ---> schema2.pageName (Schema 2), it will map and send data on all interactions rather than ju

Hi,I have a situation where I'm capturing the usage of a carousel component. If captures the number of times a user interacts with it. Since I don't want to send out a call every single time, the count is stored and sent on the subsequent page view. I want to report on the page name it happens on, as well as the instances on each page. Each page view captures the previous page name. How can I set this up so someone can see a report on this? I want user to be able to see "Page A" had X number of clicks. Page B" had X number of clicks. The dilemma is since this is not directly associated with the page it happened on; do I need a field in my schema for "pageNamesAssociatedWithCarouselClicks" just so I can have the breakdown by page name? Or am I missing something?  Thanks!

I somehow selected the wrong schema for my data set. Two questions, first is it possible to change the schema associated with the data set, and if so, how (in the UI). Also, we have the adobe analytics source data connector. I was wondering how this will affect that?  Thanks!

Hello!In both Chrome and Edge, this error is appearing on every site when the debugger is enabled:Uncaught Error: Adobe Experience Platform Debugger: Store is not ready after 21 checks On Chrome, this means every site as it appears the chrome version doesn't honor "can read site data" preference at all.  In Edge, this error is mitigated if you select "on click" as the preference - meaning the extension is effectively turned off.  If you turn it on, that error appears as well.  This is on ANY site, even sites that have no Adobe integration otherwise.  I have confirmed this with others in my company as well - a few have remoted them to me as errors (I own the Adobe Tags implementation and am an SA for our overall Adobe stack)

Hi  I have setup meta capi event forwarding and data is going through fine (using platform debugger and assurance). Is there a way to log the response from meta capi event forwarding extension ie how many successful responses vs how many failed , in theory creating an audit log of such of all the responses to the meta capi event forwarding extension   

The search box in the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger when checking Edge Logs (e.g. when debugging Datastreams and Event Forwarding) doesn't really function. It shows how many results there are, but it does nothing to actually filter the results, or allow you to step through the list. This makes finding specific events/requests when debugging Event Forwarding with many rules extremely tedious, as even though I can 'search' and see the count of matches, I can't actually view them without manually scrolling through and looking at the entire list of requests/events/logs/etc...
