Hi,I have created the propensity model to score the churn of the records, and have set the weekly timeline for scoring. But after two weeks of successful run, I find that model has scored only 25% of the total records.  I have checked the included datasets, each of them have more records. Is it the expected behavior? or will the model include the entire database slowly and in few weeks all the records will be scored?

we have pushed the page view event when the location. href is changed to the data layer which we are using Adobe Client Data Layer extension. Instead of using Adobe Data Layer as digitalData itself. event is included for all redirections of the page.  This is how we have created the rule to track the custom page view. But this rule was not triggered. But it was showing this message in the console, I will attach the console message belowkindly, help me to fix this

Hi,I can't find the Metric Deduplication check box? I looked and don't see it? Has this changed? Am I just blind? Below are the steps I was given.  Step 1: Access Data Views Log in to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.Navigate to Data Views from the main menu.Select the Data View where you want to enable metric deduplication. Step 2: Locate the Metric Click on the Components tab.Search for the metric you want to deduplicate (e.g., Purchase Event).Click on the metric to open its settings. Step 3: Enable Deduplication Find the Metric Deduplication checkbox and check it.Choose the Deduplication Scope: Session: Deduplicates within a single session.Person: Deduplicates across all sessions for a person.Account: Deduplicates across an account. (Optional) Set a Deduplication ID (e.g., Purchase ID) to ensure unique tracking.  Thanks!  

@1961013 , @danny-miller  There is a date of birth field in profile. The requirement is to create segments based on age. Is it possible to calculate the age from date of birth within AEP?

Hi there,   I have been doing some testing by uploading a 2kb JSON file to update one profile in AEP. It's been one hour since successfully uploading the batch, but I do not see the new profile attributes show up or any update to existing attributes for the profile. I have also checked with the "Retrieve an entity" API endpoint, and no updates there too. Am I misunderstanding how Real-Time customer profile works, and is there a time delay for batch uploads?   Thank you,

Hello Team,We are working on the B2B use cases where we ingest customer and account related information from Amazon S3 bucket once it has undergone a data cleansing process. We are good on B2B scenarios as we have followed the schemas, identity related to b2b model. We are able to see the respective account on each customer on profile tab (Customer Profile) and profile level information on the account profile tab. We could be able to navigate to the account information just by clicking the relevant account link from profile tab. However, we weren’t not able to look the account information using “browse by others”. So, wanted to know where we could get this Source name, Source instance to look using the others option. Please let me know if you have come across using this option to look for account information. Note: We are using Amazon S3 bucket to ingest both the customer and account entity. While migrating our tracking implementation from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Web SDK, we’ve encountered an issue with multilingual content tracking. Pages with content in non-English languages (such as videos, CTAs, and forms) are not capturing properly in the Web SDK implementation.In Adobe Analytics (legacy implementation), the data appears correctly in the respective languages.However, with Web SDK, the captured data appears corrupted or improperly encoded. For example: 【vqd vs 掃除機】“超静かなドラム” vqd106と生活音を比較してみよう！It seems like there may be an issue related to character encoding or payload formatting in the Web SDK.Has anyone encountered similar issues with multilingual data during migration? Hi,I want to send data to Adobe Analytics by setting a new Web SDK property. I have the Adobe Client Data Layer implemented on all pages of the domain I want to track. I have installed the Adobe Client Data Layer extension on Data Collection so I can use the data layer values to set the different rules. First thing I want to track are page views. Every time a page loads the data layer's event key receives the value "x". I have used this value as the firing event for the page view rule with the following configuration: Extension: Adobe Client Data LayerEvent type: Data PushedListen to: Specific EventTime scope: All This configuration works well as expected with a basic configuration and I can see the page view event being sent to the Edge. But it doesn't work properly if I add a condition to the rule based on a cookie value. I think this problem might be related to timing, but I though there won't be any problem with timings when setting the time scope to "all". Did
