Hi, Data is getting lost after saving composite multifield content fragments when we save the composite multifield the data is getting stored in JSON object and after some time if we open the content fragment the data is lost. If we go to crxde and check on the node the value was stored in a string array and the previous JSON object stored was deleted. we have written the custom JS with the help of the below link https://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2023/06/aem-cloud-service-multiple-composite-multifields-in-content-fragment-editor.html  Please help me on the same what might the issue.  Thanks & Regards,Kalyan

Is this a general use-case or is this not recommended and should we include icons in some other way? 

Hello all, I am attempting to add a new option to the Relate List in AEM. I successfully was able to add the two options needed to the dropdown. But when I go to relate them, nothing appears on the right hand side, showing the Related list. Screenshots of examples below. Does anyone know if this is possible to extend, would love any support here! Thanks.  As you can see below I added two options to the relate dropdown but when I go to add them. The relation does not take effect and does not display in the Related list/references section.  Ideally the image's should be added to this list above. 

I am looking for documentation on how to properly configure audit logs for creating, updating, moving, publishing, unpublish, and deleting operations on assets and pages. All I can find is documentation on how to set up Maintenance/Audit Log Cleanup tasks in AEMaaCS. Can anyone refer me to the appropriate documentation or a good article on the topic? Also, I am not sure if I should expect audit logs to appear in Cloud Manager UI or if are they only available via API? Thanks,Daniel

Once I edit my source page (master) and then try to add it to XTM Job again, a launch page gets created. There an inconsistent issue where the launch pages are getting created multiple times causing duplication and change of page url.Why are these duplicate pages getting created?

Hi,     I added rte(rich text editor)  to meta data properties of dam asset image. But I'm not able to edit nor save the properties as it is throwing error. It shows unable to edit properties insuffucient permissions.I checked permissions and all look good I have access and I'm able to save other properties except anything from rich text editor. When I checked logs I found this error apparently its trying to create textIsRich property at root level node of image which is not allowed. Hello, I am attempting to reformat a website to appear analogous to an older version of the site hosted on Wix. There, the site has a short, 10 second MP4 that plays behind some text. I believe I can accomplish the text overlay, but placing in the MP4 on the site as a Hero Image is proving to be a challenge. The file and link paths are all correct, but it will not appear. Is there another way to accomplish this?

I know that when I go to publish a page I can either select "Now" or "Set a future date".Is it possible to publish an XF or CF that is on a page, alone? In other words, I have a live page in production but I add an XF or CF to the live copy and want to set a future publish date as well as a future removal date for the fragment.

Hello All, Using metadata schema editor in Tools -> Assets -> Metadata Schemas. We have made title and description as required fields. Applied this schema to folder and uploaded image. It doesn't show "REQUIRED METADATA MISSING" alert in List and Column View but we see the alert only in Card and Insights View.Let us know how can we enable this alert for List and Column view as well. PFA screenshots for reference.

using GraphQL in aem i want to access the ootb rendered images that i can use for various screensizes,Is it possible to access in that way or dynamic media requirement is mendatory for doing this. 

Is it possible to retain "everyone" group permission after server restart? so that admin user does not have to login and set permissions manually for this group?

Extending Page Properties   by Mayur Satav Overview It is always one of the prime requirements for the projects to extend page properties. It helps to manage metadata and many other functionalities associated with the page.In this blog we will see how to extend page properties.   Step1: Open CrxDe and go to your project package. Then select the page component node. You will see sling:resourceSuperType property copy the path associated with that property. This property points to the v2 version of the core page component.   Step 2: Now paste that core page component path in the node search bar and do not forget to add /apps/ before /core/. Otherwise, it will not navigate you to that component. Hi, I am new to AEM and exploring the mobile apps part of it.  The AEM help section has a phone gap kitchen sink example at https://github.com/blefebvre/aem-phone gap-kitchen-sink I downloaded the zip file but when I try to extract it ,it throws an error 'The zip file is invalid". Now we don't want to get that event handler triggered when the replication event occurs by this job.Is there a way to identify the replication event is coming from that particular job or any other way to achieve this?

Hi all, my first post here. 🙂 Please let me know if things aren't clear. I'm responsible for maintaining an AEM as a Cloud Service instance that will serve about 20 sites, each with its own domain name and hence its own certificate(s). I don't want to maintain them manually.  From what I've seen in this community someone in 2019 asked a similar question but it seemed clearly targeted for on-prem (happy to be wrong though):https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/regarding-renewing-the-ssl-certs-automatically-in-author-and/m-p/318289 So my question is whether one can somehow integrate a tool like Certbot (https://certbot.eff.org/) that would automatically renew all certificates (usually on a quarterly basis)? I am encountering a strange issue in AEM. We have multiple projects (representing different domains) on a single instance, each with its own separate codebase.The problem is that the references for an asset are updated correctly when the page belongs to a particular project (lets say A). However, if I use the same asset on a page from a different project (lets say B), the reference does not get updated, and in the asset properties, it shows 0 references. I am using AEM SP 17.What I tried:1. Either I deploy project A or B, the problem remains there. In both scenarios references are updated only if the asset is used in project A.2. No browser console errors are there when I open the asset > properties > references after using it on a page in project B.3.
