Unable to filter by created tags

Hi,

I am on 6.5 onsite.

In the past couple of months I created a few new tags and added them to tens if not hundreds of assets. Today I noticed that when I select those tags in the asset search by Tags filter, the search brings no results. If I enter the tags in the search field in " ", then the search result brings those assets. There are 1000+ assets that should show up.

I tested a few different tags I created recently and added to the assets - non of them work through this method.

Why is the Tag filter search not working? What needs to be done to fix this?

Thanks

I think that needs a deeper investigation, please raise a support ticket.

Please also mention a rough time when you saw it working the last time.

Hi @poveim ,

Usually the jcr:content/metadata/cq:tags property should be indexed for all assets by default under /oak:index/damAssetLucene-8. Can you check error logs of any indication where it's traversing a lot of nodes to fetch the results, or you may be using any custom property for tagging ?

Hi Umesh,

Not that I am aware of...

As a DAM Librarian I don't have access to the logs unfortunately, or am not aware how to pull them out on this platform. If error log can be generated with my access level (not a dev) please share the steps.

Many thanks
